Bardzo miło było

Bardzo się spodobało łóżko, bardzo wygodny materac, poduszka. W pokoju czysto , przytulnie .

Pokój był na niskim parterze i pasowały by firany, bo żeby przebrać trzeba było zasłaniać zasłony.

Eerlijk gezegd niets, we komen zeker niet terug.

Erg spartaans, slecht onderhouden. Sterke cigarette geur in de kamer. Wifi signaal slecht.

Katastrophal und Abzocke. Da ist jeder Euro zuviel!

Einzig und allein die Lage ist okay. Das Frühstück mit Abstrichen i.O. : Frühstückszeiten leider nicht wie angegeben (ab 6 Uhr ist auf einem Zettel an der Tür zum Frühstücksraum angegeben, ist aber erst ab 8 Uhr, und geht eigentlich bis 11 Uhr). Kommt man um 9Uhr ist bereits schon kein Käse mehr da. Nur auf Nachfrage kam dann ein neuer Käseteller. Als die letzten Körnerbrötchen alle waren, gab es nur noch helle Aufbackbrötchen und Toastbrot in der Tüte lieblos neben einem Toaster auf einem oberen Regalbrett abgelegt, genauso wie Brot in Tüten (lag nicht offen griffbereit, was einem offeriert es nicht zu nehmen). Stuten (in Tüte) schmeckte leider trocken und alt. Ansonsten gab es Marmelade aus handelsüblichen Supermarkt Gläsern, in denen jeder rumfingert, ich frage mich über welchen Zeitraum.... Wurst okay. Eier auch. Bedienung relativ unbeteiligt. Tisch war vorher besetzt, musste man nachfragen, on abgeräumt werden kann.

Extrem renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer. Dusche ist zwar neu gefliest aber es existiert kein Abzug !!!!! und KEIN DECKENLICHT in der Toilette (man muss ein direkt über der Spülung angeklebtes provisorisches Licht anknipsen um auf Toilette gehen oder duschen zu können, KATASTROPHE (siehe Fotos). Auf dem Weg zu dieser Nische ein kleiner Flur ebenfalls OHNE LICHT, nur ein provisorischer Bewegungssensor, der dann etwas Licht abgibt. Angeblich hat der Fliesenleger die elektrischen Leitungen überfliest. Die Zimmer sind grausam und mächtig in die Jahre gekommen. Hellhörig, zusammengewürfeltes Mobiliar aus allen Stilepochen, was seine besten Zeiten seit Jahrzenten hinter sich hat, eine leere Minibar (und Kühlschrank aus). Ein Flair wie - ich weiß es nicht- noch nie so etwas gesehen...sprachlos. Das Zimmer meiner Freundinnen -ebenfalls ein Witz. Ein Zweibettzimmer, wo das Bett so dämlich steht, dass der eine nicht aus dem Bett kommt, weil da am Fußende ein Sofa steht...man also über den anderen rüber klettern muss, falls man leider mal auf Toilette muss. Viele kaputte Ecken, kein Föhn, Fernbedienung ging nicht. Ekelfaktor sehr hoch! Das Personal weiß um die falschen, irreführenden Fotos und zuckt mit den Schultern ob der Zimmer. Aussage:"Für das Geld..." FAZIT: NIE WIEDER!

Disgusting

It is a terrible place, with the most unfriendly and irresponsible stuff. Some of them do not speak English. I was left in the street in the middle of the night. It's written check in is until 23:00. I was at the hotel at 22:40, but it was closed and when I called, the person told me my room was not free, they were overbooked and had to rebook me to anothe hotel, 3km away. He cheated it was 24 hours open. when I came there, the hotel was closed, I called emergency hotline and tbey told me there was no reservation made for me from the previous hotel. The Neustadt hotel then did not answer, they were hanging the phone when I called. In the end I had to pay 160 euro in the new hotel, not to sleep in the street. Disgusting!

Very good

the staff is really sweet, breakfast is great and it is calm. my room was very cosy! there is only one toilet with a shower in each floor, but it was almost never a problem. for the price this hotel is really amazing :)

Still under construction

the location is somehow good even though it's almost 20min far from the center

the hotel is under construction, and the restroom/bathroom is still under construction so I had to use the shared restroom/bathroom that was also not totally fixed!!!

fabulous !

If anybody is looking for a lovely bubbly place to stay is this one for sure! Wonderful tiny details all over the hotel, make u smile every moment of your stay.Especially for couples it’s a super cute place to stay, but my partner had first night on his own and also the one person acomodation was amazing value for the wonderful price! Breakfast were tasty and in very sweet little dining place. View from the double room is straight to the beautiful historical church on the other side of the road, great bonus 😄. we are recommending this to absolutely anyone!

Good hotel, great location with friendly staff and a good selection at breakfast.

Good breakfast, large clean room , lovely staff even with the definite language barrier. Nice easy walk into town center, with plenty shops cafes and bars.

For the price you paid I would expect a room with bathroom facilities,

Nothing special but if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in, this hotel is just fine.

The hotel staff was kind. I liked the temperature in the hotel and the rooms, and it was nice that there was a heater you could set yourself and that you were able to open a window for fresh air. Also I liked the cleanliness of the shared bathroom. I thought the pretty outdated ambience was actually really nice :)

Staff is kind but can't offer a lot of information. They also don't really speak English much. The biggest letdown was a very, VERY dirty blanket. Also I had a double bed, but a single sheet. The sink almost came off the wall but was usable. A kettle in the room would have been a very nice addition. There were only two outlets in the room and if you need to use both, you have to unplug the lamp.

They got all you really need.

Hotel Neustadt is supposed to be the right place to check in when spending some time in good old Osnabrück. We were very happy with this cheap hostel run by a very friendly and committed service team. It's located in a quiet street very close to the city center. Free parking and WiFi included. Our room was clean and quiet, too, and there were all amenities you need. Sort of Mediterranean flair. Everything was stylish and comfortable. Thank you so for the good time there, and next time we're surely going to stay right there again!
