The position - The villa is situated directly on the Lagoon of Marsala candidate to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can enjoy this spectacle of nature from our condo, this is why we think it is almost unique.
Marsala and Trapani Province offer history, art and culture, but also untouched nature and excellent cuisine. It is allowing easy access to world-class sites (Selinunte, Segesta, Agrigento), the medieval village of Erice, the Egadi Islands, the city of Trapani.
The Stagnone of Marsala is one of the best places in the world to practice Windsurfing and Kitesurfing, with several clubs nearby.
The Villa has a parking area, the garden and the first floor terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea.
On two levels: - the ground floor is the spacious living-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, with sofa bed; - The first floor includes a large master bedroom, another bedroom with a bed (a bed) and loft bedroom and w. c.-shower.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location with a fantastic view. The apartment is very nice, large and equipped with everything you need. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. Thank you for a super stay.

Schöne Lage an der Lagune, netter Vermieter, liebevoll angelegter Garten
Alles war sehr sauber. Netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Teo. Unschlagbar schöne Lage direkt an der Lagune mit teils spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Liebevoll angelegter Garten. Im Frühjahr (Mitte April) leider nachts noch etwas kühl und die "Zentralheizung" war jeweils eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion in den Schlafzimmern, sowie ein kleiner Heizlüfter für's Bad und die Wohnküche. Den Heizlüfter hat man abends durchlaufen lassen müssen, um nicht zu frieren. Ideales

Die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Siziliens
Tolles, sehr geräumiges Haus, fantastische Dachterrasse mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Wir saßen jeden Abend bis in die Nacht bei einem Glas Wein und haben dem Rauschen des Meeres und dem Plätschern der Boote gelauscht. Alle blitzblank sauber und gepflegt. Super nette Gastgeber, perfekt in der Kommunikation. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl, wie zu Hause gefühlt, vielen an Teo & Rosella siete molto gentili! Einziger Abstrich, die Distanz zu den wirklich schönen Stränden Siziliens.

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Sie entsprach den Bildern und war sehr geräumig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einzigartig! Wir haben einige Abende dort verbracht und haben den Sonnenuntergang angeschaut oder bei Dunkelheit entspannt die schaukelnden Bote auf dem Wasser beobachtet.
Toll ist auch, dass man das Auto in der Einfahrt parken kann und sich somit keine Gedanken über den Parkplatz machen muss.
Das Bett bzw. das Gestell außenrum ist etwas wackelig. Ist aber nur ein Problem für große Menschen oder wenn man sich anlehnen will.
Teo und Rossella waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Sie hatten einen Begrüßungskorb, sowie Obst, Milch und Wein für uns bereit gestellt. Wirklich sehr nett!
Unser einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Grundausstattung für die Küche. Salz und Kaffee gab es zwar, aber eine Pfeffermühle, Öl und ein paar Gewürze wären schön, falls die Gäste selbst kochen wollen.
Kleiner Tipp für Reisende: in der Region gibt es wirklich sehr viele und sehr aggressive Mücken 😱 Hier muss man dringend vorsorgen. Die Gastgeber haben zwar ein Abwehrmittel für die Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, aber wenn man draußen unterwegs ist, hilft das natürlich nicht. Also, Spray einpacken!

Soggiorno indimenticabile
Vivere in questa struttura, anche solo per pochi giorni, è una bellissima esperienza... dormire e svegliarsi ascoltando e contemplando il meraviglioso Stagnone sono sensazioni che non dimenticherò. Posizione strategica per recarsi alle saline, alle spiagge, al meraviglioso centro, restando comunque immersa nella pace dello Stagnone, perfetta! La struttura è grandissima e indipendente, a due piani, con un bel giardino esterno e soprattutto un terrazzo al secondo piano che vi regalerà tramonti mozzafiato e serate fresche e ventilate. Non vi mancherà nulla e anche se fosse Teo e Rossella saranno completamente a vostra disposizione per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Il prossimo viaggio nell'incantevole Marsala non esiteremo a prenotare qui, consigliatissimo!

Wonderful days and splendid view
Thank you so much, Rosella and Teo. You were such generous hosts. We spent an excellent week in your house. We felt just at home! At every time of the day we found a sunny place around the house. Especially in the evening we loved sitting on the balcony looking at the sea and the romantic sunset. We hope to come back next year! Your house is an ideal location to start trips along the western coast of Sicily. Thank you too, for your bikes! That helped us very much!

Traumhafte Unterkunft in faszinierender Umgebung
Wir verlebten Ende Oktober 2017 14 wunderschöne sonnige Urlaubstage mit spätsommerlichen Temperaturen über 20° und ohne Regen in Rosalia und Teos tollem Ferienhaus. Etwas außerhalb von Marsala gelegen hat man kaum Verkehr auf der unmittelbar vor dem Grundstück verlaufenden Strandstraße, denn der Haupverkehr Richtung Trapani führt landeinwärts entlang der Bahnstrecke. Somit ist es herrlich ruhig und man wird vom Meeresrauschen in den Schlaf gewogen und auch wieder geweckt.
Vom Quartier aus haben wir ausgedehnte Radtouren entlang der Küste unternommen und konnten uns nicht sattsehen, besonders die ca. 2 km entfernten noch in Bewirtschaftung befindlichen Salinen waren total interessant und viele, viele Fotos wert.
Marsala und Trapani haben beide ein imposantes Centro strorico und sind einen Ausflug wert.
Kurz und gut: Buchen Sie diese wahrhaft beeindruckende Unterkunft und lassen sich vom Charme Westsiziliens gefangen nehmen!

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem direkt am Wasser gelegenen Haus von Rosella und Teo. Hervorragend geeignet um die Umgebung im Westen von Siziliens zu erkunden.

Gemütliches Wohnen mit Blick auf's Meer
Der Aufenthalt in Rosellas Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben unsere Ferien in ihrem gemütlich eingerichteten und grosszügig bemessenen Haus sehr genossen. Die Sunset-Apéros auf dem grossen Balkon behalten wir in bester Erinnerung.
Rosella und Teo sind super sympathische Gastgeber, sie sorgten dafür, dass es uns während unserem Aufenthalt an nichts fehlte .
Das Haus steht an einer nicht stark befahrenen Strasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans une superbe maison, le cadre est magnifique, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques; situation idéale pour découvrir le nord de la Sicile. Maison très bien équipée, il manquait peut-être une machine à laver, sinon c'était parfait!

Soggiorno rilassante con vista mozzafiato
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevole grazie alle cure ed ospitalità dei proprietari, che trasmettono l'amore per il luogo. La casa è molto pulita e dotata di ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, e a prova anche di bambini piccoli che sicuramente apprezzeranno il giardino e i gatti! Il tramonto dal balcone sulle saline è uno spettacolo unico che rende la location magica. Grazie ancora e a presto!

The perfect spot to rest, relax and explore Western Sicily.
The villa is ideal for a couple but would easily accommodate a family of four. Spacious and comfortable just five minutes by car from central Marsala. Rosella and Teo are the perfect hosts - sharing ideas for visits, local knowledge and some delicious food! They also let us borrow bikes which ideal for the trip to the local gels terai. Easy days out include historic Erice, Segesta and Selinunte and a boat trip to the Egadi Islands is a must. Marsala is a delightful town to explore.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially the big balcony and the garden from which you'll see beautiful sunsets. The house is spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable. With the car you'll reach the kite spot and Marsala in about 10 minutes. Rosella and Teo are very friendly hosts. We'll be happy to return.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison qui correspondait à la description faite: beaux espaces intérieurs et extérieurs - propreté - confort ( la cuisine pourrait cependant être plus fonctionnelle) - situation face à la mer, dans une région très agréable pour se promener et faire des sports nautiques (kite, planche à voile) ainsi que pour visiter. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires (explications, guides touristiques, nourriture dans le frigo, petit déjeuner) à qui nous envoyons un grand bonjour de Bruxelles. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner!

Gemütlich, freundlich & gute Lage
Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich, haben uns zuvorkommend mit selbstgemachter Orangenmarmelade und klassisch sizilianischem Gebäck begrüßt! Fahrräder und ein Paddelboot wurde zur freien Verfügung gestellt, und die Aussicht von der Terrasse (zu groß, um es als Balkon zu beschreiben) vor dem Schlafzimmer ist toll!! Jede Mahlzeit haben wir mit Sonnenuntergang von da oben aus genossen. Das Haus ist großzügig und es fehlte an nichts, die Einrichtung ist währenddessen gemütlich und sauber.
Zu den Kitespots nur 10-15 Autominuten am Wasser entlang entfernt!! Mietwagen sehr empfehlenswert, u.a. zum Einkaufen!!

Superbe location face a la mer
Nous avons passe un très agréable séjour. Rosella et Teo sont disponibles pour nous conseiller sur les visites. La location est tres spacieuse, bien aménagée. Nous avons du balcon et de la terasse.
Nous avons apprécié de voir les couchers de soleil de la maison. Le jardin devant la maison est compose de cactéess et de beaux palmiers.
Nous etions 3 et sommes venus en voiture, nous avons trouve facilement ( Rosella et Teo nous avaient envoye avions des iindications très détaillées).

If you are looking for a beautiful private home, right on the water, not far away from Marsala, and only minutes from the kite-beached of Lo Stagnone and Tonnarella, then this is your home. The home sleeps one couple and two children on a bunk bed (in a separate bedroom) upstairs, plus 2 people on a futon downstairs if you are a party of 6. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. The beautiful balcony overlooks the fishing pier along the coastal road. The speed limit on the road is 30Km and it is not overly busy.
I stayed at Rosella’s and Teo’s property in May 2016 for 2 weeks and could not have been happier. The owners are lovely, friendly and trustworthy people. The home was beautiful and clean and anything you could ask for in a vacation rental. They started a WIFI just for my stay and provided everything I was looking for.
