Úžasné místo přímo u jezera, přitom v docházkové vzdálenosti od centra města. Krásné pokoje, stejně jako celý hotel. Čisto, milý personál, výborná snídaně a večeře. Jsme nároční a hotel splnil vysoká očekávání. Určitě se vrátíme na další pobyt.
Není co vytknout.

The hotel itself has an impressive array of amenities and well maintained facilities. It is in a very nice location close to the lake with a nice contemporary architecture. I particularly enjoyed the swim in the morning and all the facilities along the lake. The hotel's breakfast and dining options were nice with a high quality of food and a variety of options to satisfy different tastes.
While the facility left a very positive impression, we encountered a few instances where the staff interaction did not meet the high level of service expected. On a couple of occasion, I was surprised that the staff was more focused on guests that seemed to have preferential treatment e.g. prime table reservation, check out process were the staff interrupted our check out to serve another more "premium" guest, long wait during dinner. Additionally, the room was not clean at our arrival as you would expect for this type of hotel, the mirror had plenty of fingerprint from previous guests, bath accessories not refurbished after day 1, no hair conditioner, no free bottle of water in the room. While the architecture of the facility is nice, the room itself was dark. I believe that improving staff responsiveness and communication could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. It would be wonderful to see the staff undergo additional training to ensure that each guest feels valued and attended to promptly.

The hotel is very beautifully designed and nicely located by the Schwarzee and at walking distance from Kitzbuhel (and very close to several hiking spots). The breakfast was abundant and tasty. The rooms are very big and comfortable and the staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating.
Apart from the reception staff, all the personnel seemed to only speak German, which is strange for such a fancy hotel.
As said above the rooms are very nice but those in the Steghaus, in spite of having a lovely view of the lake, sit right on top of a bar/restaurant with loud music starting at 9am until the evening, which is not great for those looking to relax. In our case - however - that was a non-issue as, when we flagged the noise to the reception, they were very kind and allowed us to move to another, quieter room in the other building.

Everything was very clean and modern. also the location is stunning, and only a 20min walk from the centre of Kitzbühel.
The staff was NOT professional, it was clean that they had no education in hotel being. They spoke very poor German of English, clearly didn’t learn any manners on how to clean tables or make an order or answer friendly. They were all taken from outside Austria.

We could not imagine a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. The hotel exceeded expectation. It was even more luxurious, well organized then it looks on the photos. All services provided were very high quality. The staff were great, polite and really helpful. Food was delicious and fresh and it is worth it to book half board with dinner. We have spend there a week and everything was great. Thank you for the great experience!
There was only one problem with my gluten and lacto intolerance husband. The waiter assured us that the plate is gluten and lacto free. We have insisted to double check with the chef, it turned out that one of the components is with gluten. This could have ruined our vacation, because the intolerance is severe, and we have informed the hotel in advance.

One of the standout features of this hotel is the dinner experience. The food is nothing short of amazing - the menu is diverse and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish. The chefs here are truly talented and their culinary creations are a feast for the senses. From perfectly grilled steaks to exquisite seafood dishes, everything is cooked to perfection and served in a stylish and elegant atmosphere. The restaurant also offers a great selection of wine and other drinks to perfectly complement your meal.

The hotel was in a very beautiful and quiet location, so there was no traffic or noise to spoil the amazing views. The quality of the breakfast was excellent with a vast choice and we were particularly taken with the separate rooms for cheese and breads. All staff were remarkably helpful at all times and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel another time as we enjoyed the well-equipped and large bedroom.
I cannot find a fault.

This hotel is a special diamond in the heat of the Austrian Alps. There are so many things to like I cannot list them all; the food was exceptional at all hours of the day, and the options for activities around the lake and at the spa were great respite after big ski days. I will 100% come back again.
They keep the heat way too high both inside the main lodge and the rooms. Even our penthouse with the heat turned off was roasting. we had to sleep with the windows open or I would wake up soaked with sweat; and I know other guests had the same experience. For being concerned about the climate, people should have more control over individual room temperature. (fan option or cooler setting). this was the only negative remark for this property and to be honest, this is a trend in all of Europe Im finding.

10/10 experience
It’s hard to fault this hotel, as our experience was 10/10.
Perhaps the pillows could of been better/firmer.

It was away from the Kitzbühel traffic but a very short drive or the preferred 20 min. walk into town. The spa facilities were top notch. The trails surrounding were nice since snow was scarce.

Very nice hotel with cozy wood furbiture in front of the lake, welcoming staff
We arrived for the dinner 20 min after the schedule (we noticed the delay in the afternoon) and half the menu was finished

Beautiful newly renovated hotel right on the lake with amazing views. Food was delicious, we loved the restaurant by the lake although that was only open on Monday (not Tues or Weds). Rooms were comfortable and spa is amazing as well. Breakfast was delicious - your selection of local breakfast items hot & cold, as well as chef making fresh eggs to order. Overall staff were friendly and would return!
A few small things -
We couldn't find a bottle opener anywhere in our room and staff wouldn't allow us to borrow one (said they "didn't have enough"). There are wine glasses in the room and we brought a couple bottles to enjoy but no opener... so had to walk out to the restaurant to have them open our wine, wouldn't have minded but it was 10F degrees and icy. very strange!
The shuttle is just to/from the ski lift and they won't take you anywhere else - so to get into Kitzbuhel town you have to take a taxi and that can really add up (and taxis in this area don't take card so you'll need euros).
Just a note that if you'd like a late checkout they charge roughly 20 euros - not really a problem but I've never seen a hotel do that, feels a bit like you're being nickel & dimed.

The location was perfect. Close to the ski center the train station and the Main Street. Really beautiful scenery and amazing facilities. The saunas were incredibly clean and the relaxing area just a dream. We are totally coming back!
Everything was perfect only the dinner can have a bigger variety

Gorgeous hotel in a very beautiful location. Very clean, comfortable, beautiful. The spa is simply incomparable, several saunas at the highest level. Heated pool with amazing view! Very helpful and unobtrusive staff. I will gladly come back here. Very recommended!

The property is newly renovated and fairly modern, the staff was friendly and well-trained.
The spa area and the entire room climate was way too cold. It was impossible to relax without 2 blankets. Further than that, the pool cannot be reached from the spa area but you needed to go through the rain and cold to get into the water. The dinner (Wiener Schnitzel) was only average.

This is a beautifully recently renovated (I assume) property right on the lake. Amazing infinity pool. Quick train or bike ride into town. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!!
