THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY ROOD ..HE WAS ALWAYS ANGRY...WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN WE FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE AT THE HOTEL ..WE AGREED TO CHECK OUT TIME AND AGREED TO HAVE OUR LUGGAGE IN THE LOBBY..BUT WE ARIVED BACK TO FIND ALL OF OUR STUFF OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL AGAINST THE WALL..IT WAS OUR 4th TIME IN MEDJUGORJE AND THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL..I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMEND TO AVOID THIS HOTEL AND OWNER AVOID AVOID AVOID 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

Location is fantastic. Room very clean. Bathroom shower excellent. Staff accommodating. Bed comfortable.
No hairdryer. Walls paper thin. Breakfast extremely simple, plain, not worth the 5 euro charge.

Hotel Festival is one of the best pleasant hotels we have stayed in so far. We stayed on the 5th floor, where we had a family room, which means that these were two rooms connected to each other. The bathrooms are large and well equipped. What we remembered most was the breakfast, which is divine in this hotel. At breakfast, in addition to the standard offer, they also have different types of honey, liquid caramel, various spices, non-standard omelets and desserts.
It is true that due to its location, it has a small parking lot, but when we needed a car, we were always able to get one, even though it was parked with other cars.
In the bathroom, we were missing a shelf or a towel hanger.

Clean, comfortable small apartments with friendly and helpful staff. Great location just across the church. The breakfast is simple, but OK, they prepare fresh eggs as you wish.
cigaret smoke in the lobby

We had two very puritan rooms, just the beds, wardrobe, a desk and one chair. But what do you else need at a place like Medjugorje? The hotel was just next door to the main church. Breakfast was excellent.
Parking was complicated but the hosts organised it, so it finally worked out fine.

It’s location.
There was no place to make a cup of tea during the day, which would have been very useful or even a kettle in the room would have been great.
