The unit exceeded our expectations in both size, amenities, and location.
We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it would be easy to make meals if you were so inclined. We took advantage of the many restaurants steps away for our meals. It was a lovely haven of quiet after a long day of touring (and sweating). We were sad to leave.

Overall, the stay at this property was wonderful, and a great size for our party of 7. The location was perfect, the entire place was very clean, and we greatly appreciated the bread and juice for a quick breakfast. We did book transportation through the listing, but when we landed at FCO, no one was there to pick us up. I tried reaching out to the host on the app, but was unable to get any answer over approximately an hour. I also called the number we were given for the transportation, but that was apparently not the correct number. It did cause a bit of a bad start to the vacation, but the transportation that we had booked for the other two times went well enough. Again, overall, a wonderful property in a great location.

We had four large bedrooms with en suite baths ..everything was clean.. The host was always available to answer any questions and helped with arranging transportation.

This was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We had 7 people total (grandparents and young kids included) - all had enough space and it was a real treat to have our own bathrooms.
AC was great, living area and kitchen allowed space for gathering.
Quiet neighborhood but walkable easily to major attractions and some great restaurants and gelato places!
Great communication from the team and much appreciated the ability to book transfers through them vs finding on our own.

This was the best! Everything about this apartment we loved! It was so clean, fully equipped with anything you would need, property managers were so attentive before, during and after our stay! We would travel back to Rome just to stay here again! We loved it!!

The apartment was just as advertised. Very spacious, great location. We walked to everything! Loved the air conditioning in each bedroom! It lacked for nothing. Would highly recommend this property!

Apartment management was very responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Great stay for 6 adults staying in Rome with a separate bathroom in each bedroom. No frills or extras in the place and it wasn't needed for us. Only issue was one of the key cards not working but when we contacted the host around 10:30PM, they responded immediately with a lockbox code to a back up key directly next to the front door and there were no further issues.

This property lived up to and beyond our expectations. Our grown children and spouses raved about the home and the location. Large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were newer remodels.
Ice cold A/C units in each room were very welcomed after days in the summer heat of Rome.
We loved the location of this property and was very secure with key cards for both exterior enhances and property, which gave us peace of mind away from home. It was a Comfortable "Home away from Home".
I would highly recommend this property, especially for large families

I traveled to Rome with six family members and we were looking for a large, conveniently located apartment. We got all of that & more. The apartment has four bedrooms all with their own bathroom. It was very hot in Rome the days we were there and the air-conditioning was fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment as it was very clean and well stocked. Flaminia was a fantastic host & assisted with our transportation and anything else we needed.

We loved our stay! The set-up of 4 king en-suite bath bedrooms was perfect for our group of 6 adults! The location can not be beat for a trip to Rome. The neighborhood is full of fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops and is an easy walk to most attractions. Perfect place!

This apartment is spacious and beautiful with a great layout. The living room is in the center with 2 en suite bedrooms on each side. The air conditioner works great and one side of the apartment faces a pedestrian street with all the shops and cafes you could ever want. We could walk everywhere, including the Vatican. The management left very clear instructions for everything and were very helpful and responsive. We had a group of 8 — 2 grandparents, 4 adult, and 2 teens — and it was perfect. The building has a new lift which was great for getting our luggage to the 3rd floor. Loved this place! Would stay again!

Fantastic apartment for our group of 8 adults. Perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Close to restaurants and all of the main sites. Would definitely recommend this place!

Our stay here was wonderful. The host let us drop off bags prior to checkin as our flight got in early morning. Great space, location was quiet but close enough to walk or bus wherever we wanted. We were 7 adults and had room to be together and also space to have privacy. Well appointed apartment, they also left us some breakfast items and plenty of recommendations. Hosts were also very quick to respond to any of our questions. Would highly recommended

Grandparents, daughter and husband and 2 college aged grandchildren.
Location excellent. Close to Piazza Navona for lots of restaurants and photo ops. Great place for happy hour or a meal.
Apartment was clean, large and well equipped. We loved having 4 bathrooms too
We would all definitely recommend this place to our friends
Thanks to our host

With 4 other visits to Rome prior this was by far the best VRBO we have stayed! 4 couples with each our own rooms and baths, plenty of room for clothes etc. Washer & dryer was much appreciated. Excellent location to walk to most everything! Spacious living area to gather. So clean. Excellent communication with owner/manager. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment in Rome - very walkable central location. Easy check-in process. Great neighborhood, across from Castel Sant Angelo and close to Plaza Navona. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Elevator was great for our older travelers. (Group was adults/kids/grandparents - 7 total travelers). Plenty of space for everyone (4 bedrooms, with 4 separate bathrooms). Kitchen well equipped for cooking a few meals. Apartment was clean, with comfortable beds. Very little street noise. We appreciated the hosts assistance with arranging van transportation to/from airport. Would highly recommend!

Apartment is in great location that we thought was best neighborhood in Rome. 10 minute walk to Vatican. 5 minutes to Piazza Navona. 7-8 minutes to Pantheon. Most charming quaint old cobblestone streets right out back door (Via Coronarai one of best pedestrian streets in Rome). Many good restaurants within 5 minute walk.
Apartment was very large. Big living room. 4 good size bedrooms all with private baths. Nice clean kitchen. Elevator drops you right at front door of apartment which was nice for elderly guest.
Cannot recommend this apartment enough. I could live here and be very comfortable.

The unit was close to many of the sites you want to visit in Rome. Shops and dining abound right out the door. Everything is quite walkable within 10 to 20 minutes. We had four couples which each had their own spacious bedroom and separate en-suite bath, all with showers. The unit has air and worked quite well. Third floor property but modern elevator. Lots of great security measures in the building and the unit. The staff answered our questions in a timely matter, most times within 30 minutes. Flaminia and her staff were very easy to work with. Our group of eight all agreed on return trips we will look to stay at her properties since they have several, some even in the same building.

The apartment has a great floor plan, is well appointed, and is located in the perfect Rome location. We were easily able to walk to all the great shopping and restaurants. We also walked to the Vatican, Trevi, Colosseum, and so many other attractions.
We were in Rome celebrating a 60th birthday. We had 3 couples and a solo traveler. The apartment had such a great layout - 4 en-suite bedrooms. It was perfect!

We had an amazing experience staying here! Absolutely recommend this place. Location is excellent. Services arranged by property manager were flawless (check in, transportation, private chef). Look no further than this property if you are traveling to Rome. We were a 15 min walk from the Vatican! Excellent food, shopping, grocery stores within a 3-10 min walk. Could easily walk to tourist areas such as Vatican, Ancient Rome, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori, Colosseum and more!

This property is everything you need and nothing you don't...clean, spacious, private bedrooms and a nice sitting area. The best feature is the location. The neighborhood has every food option you'd want, small interesting shops and almost all of the major sites are within a 20 walk.

All six adults loved this apartment. Plenty of space. Updated and clean. Nice sheets and towels. Amazing location — we could walk to every place/thing within 30 min or less. We were able to cook dinner on Christmas Eve in the well-stocked kitchen — but who wants to cook in when you are in Rome! Check in and check out were easy. Flamina and her staff were super helpful — coming by when we had trouble with the safe, arranging tours for us, and arranging an airport shuttle. Honestly, couldn’t be happier.

Fabulous roomy apartment with great access to all that Rome has to offer. Beautiful cafes and shops just steps from the front door. Communication was great, especially when we had issues with cancelled flights. Thank you for a wonderful stay - would highly recommend

Property was as expected. Perfect location. Only issue..we’re only given 3 sets of keys for a 4 bedroom facility. We had 4 couples so it was difficult to plan individual schedules. Owner eventually provided a code for keypad..after we requested a solution to 3 keys.
Owner was very helpful in securing transportation to/from ship (we were on a cruise). I’d definitely rebook this excellent VRBO.

This apartment was located in the nicest area of Rome that had access to all the local attractions. It was on the best street with amazing restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this for your next visit to Rome!

Our entire party wished we had stayed here our whole time in Rome. Hosts were wonderful, responsive and accommodating. Apartment was beautiful! Perfect for our party of 4 couples. Comfortable and spacious. Very well maintained and very clean.

This breathtaking property was the perfect home base for our family vacation. It provided a ton of space for my family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) without ever feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable and the apartment stayed cool in the brutal 100+ degree August weather. The location was unbeatable. It’s off the Via dei Coronari, a beautiful, narrow old road with charming boutique shops and restaurants. It’s also central to everything we had planned: a short walk to the Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, etc. We were able to grab taxis and easily communicate drop off at Castel Sant’Angelo, about a 3 minute walk. Additionally, our host was kind, gracious and accommodating, helping to arrange transportation from the airport, a place to leave our bags while we explored before check in, and the same as we checked out. This was my family’s first time in Europe and I know that this accommodation helped make their experience even more special. Thank you so much!

What an ideal place for a family trip for 7 people. The apartment had 4 bedrooms. We each had a large room with our own bathroom. There was a large living room and a kitchen where we all sat as well. The place was spacious and the AC in each room was excellent. The location was just perfect for us. Downstairs was a lively neighborhood of cafes, stores, restaurants. Yet all was quiet in our place during the day and night. Our host has a guide with restaurant recommendations that were great and helpful. The location is walkable to so many sights. Simple walks to the Piazza Navona, the Vatican or the Parthenon for example and further walks to the Spanish steps. The host was very responsive to a problem we encountered and had it repaired with short delay. We would highly recommend this apartment and location to anyone without hesitation.

This apartment lived up to it’s online hype. The location was unbeatable. We could walk everywhere, the hop on hop off bus was a block away and the neighborhood was great. Good restaurants and shopping within steps. The apartment itself was modern, spacious and well-appointed and easily accommodated our party of 6 adults and two teens.
Our host was friendly, informative, easily reached and responsive to all our requests. She arranged both our airport pickup and port departure flawlessly, as well.
I would highly recommend 37 via Vecchiarelli to anyone seeking superlative accomodation in Rome

The location was perfect - walkable to so many sights and located on one of the best streets in the city for quiet strolls, morning coffee, shopping, and hidden restaurant finds. The apartment was well appointed and amazingly clean. The owners were incredibly responsive and kind.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Probably the nicest one of our trip. It had 4 bedrooms each with their own full bath, and then a good common area and kitchen. It was in a great location with walking possible to all of the sites you would want to see. Communication was great. It was self checkin, but the host was in good communication and also provided a good info packet, and arranged our private transportation from the train station and to the airport. I would definitely recommend. Can't think of any negatives.

Spent 3 nights here with extended family. Hosts very accommodating. Centrally located to most of major historic sites and Vatican. Sites walkable or quick taxi ride away. Clean, spacious, safe. Extreme heat wave while we were there but AC worked well. Would definitely stay here again when in Rome…!!!

We visited Rome in July with 7 adults and 1 child. This apartment was perfectly clean and refreshingly cool with AC thermostats in each space. Kitchen was well appointed. My crew enjoyed the espresso machine and toaster. We found the living room space to be super for gathering to regroup for sightseeing trips away from the apartment. The VRBO host was helpful and ended up saving us in a pinch…after Rome we had train tickets to Positano for the remainder of our European vacation. An unexpected train strike upended those plans. I reached out to the VRBO host and she found us a driver with a van for 8 to get us back on track quickly! If you are headed to Rome, stay here. You will be pleased!
