Clean, modern, large room, courteous staff.

Staff very helpful and friendly.
Our room wasn’t 100% clean - old linens, all wrinkled up with stains. Shower wasn’t 100% either.

After a long day of driving having the restaurant inside the hotel was great simple and filling food kept a few hungry kids happy.
Kids enjoyed the view of the highway and getting to watch the big trucks

The room was nice, clean and spacious.
The price was quite expensive for the location.

Property was great! Spacious rooms and lots of activities!
They didn't receive my reservation and didn't know about my arrival

Easy to find, quick check in and room was quiet
Beds were too soft

Location is great; easy to access highway while getting a coffee and something to eat on the way. The decaf coffee in the room and the real glasses and mugs were truly excellent. Ice bucket was great as well.
Check-in was a bit discombobulated due to a shift change, and there were no tea bags in the coffee supplies. Didn't have enough time to golf or try the entertainment complex next door.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, although when I asked the person who checked me in for a copy of the paper that I had just signed, he asked me why and said no one had ever asked for that before. Well, I don't sign things without getting a copy. I run a wine tasting room and our policy is that the customer is always right unless the request is really unrealistic or rude. I think the man who did this was the manager and should have known better.
The breakfast cost $10 for a few minimal cold items and another $5 (I think - might have been more - for hot. For such a really bare minimum breakfast that wasn't included in the room price, it borders on unacceptable. I have stayed in Holiday Inns at a lower cost with a very nice, much better, breakfast.

Very nice hotel with beautiful scenery. Was nice that they let us have a small fire in the back of the property that we were able to sit around and interact with other guests. That was our favourite part of the stay.
Nothing really.

Great location and setting
Bathroom doors were barn doors are didn’t allow for much privacy

Free laundry room!
I don't think most people knew it was there but there was a free guest washer and dryer which is great! It's also pet friendly so we could bring our dog which was very helpful.
The breakfast was pretty bare.
The excuse was there was a large bus that went through before which we understand however there should be enough food planned for all guests. In this case there was almost no fruit, very few pastries left and NO bread. They made up for it by only charging for one person instead of 2 but I would have expected a hotel like the Radisson to know how to account for the # of people at their hotel.

We had a big room and got the bath chair needed for the shower. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was not included.

I liked the breakfast it was awesome and no shortage of bacon and milk for my baby.
I didn't like being charged 100 extra on top of my room rate per day... I tried to argue that point but the staff has strict rules about charging the extra 100 for incidentals

Just outside of Fredericton on a beautiful golf course.
staff when we checked in were friendly and knowledgeable of the local pubs and areas we could visit. we took them up in a recommended pub and it did not disappoint
breakfast was a little over priced for what was offered. staff in the morning was not as knowledgeable of the best local food places to eat

The rooms and bed were clean and comfy. We stayed for a night and enjoyed the amenities
The hot breakfast spread was not up to the mark.
