Filed View is a well-appointed bungalow situated behind the owners home and cattery business, in the small village of Humberston, 3 miles south of Cleethorpes. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and cosy sitting area and French doors opening on to a lovely decked area, with delightful views over the adjacent fields. A separate dining room includes a small useful desk, and a bright and airy bathroom completes this ground floor accommodation.Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a patio area equipped with furniture, barbecue and a decked area. Field View is a perfect base for a memorable holiday at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed side patio with furniture, rear newly re-decked area with seating. Shop and pub 20 mins walk. Sorry, no dogs and no smoking. Note: Property is behind the owners cattery business, owner can accommodate cats, rabbits, guinea pigs etc by prior arrangement. Please note: adults over 30 only allowed, or infants under 1year old. No children under 18.
