Ok modern hotel but the cheaper rooms are on the north side and a little gloomy. Might be worth paying for a balcony. But big issue I have is that food and drink are not allowed in the bedrooms -first time I've ever encountered that and a real no no for me (and so may be not worth paying for a balcony) but of course hard to enforce!

Allow plenty of time to find this place. There is no signage on the external of any building, nor any other signs at all that you could see from the road. After driving around in circles it turns out this accommodation is located in a shared reception area of another hotel, and you can only find it after wandering around each hotel.
Receptionist provided swipe card to access the room which did not work, went up and down the lift three times to try different sipe cards from reception. When I insisted the receptionist came up to try the card herself, she found the room was operated by key lock only and then went to find the key.

thé price of the stay was very expensive.

Excellent staff at reception, bar, restaurant. Happy and helpful. Location is perfect, on the slopes. All-in booking was
more than expected; even the Pastis was included.
Parking is difficult, you must walk a few hundred meters if you’re unlucky.
5.0
easy access to the slopes. 20% reduction for ski rental with intersport. good breakfast.
value for money is poor: too expensive for the size of the rooms and service in general. the swimming pool was closed for 3 months, which was announced in hotel site. it was possible to book a sauna for 30 mins at 10 euros/ person and a swimming pool at their sister hotel Le Chastillon, but the whole spa area is a joke really: dirty floor, not a swimming pool but rather a bath (and despite, kids were not allowed there to my knowledge). pretty disappointing that the ski resort did not build something decent as a spa complex over 50 years of functioning

Room was a good size for the range of economy room, doublebed very comfy and bigger than standard, quiet area, view was good. access to indoor swimming pool - The hotel is at the center of the resort so well located. free coffee.
Although the floor carpet was very clean, it is something that I wouldn't consider having nowadays in a hotel room. apart from this nothing I didn't like.

Lovely big room with kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and nice balcony facing out onto the slopes. This is a basic hotel but the location is super.
Breakfast could do with a bit of improving. Bring your own towels!

Everything was good, nice & cosy! perfect stay! location is really good, on the slopes, close to restaurants & shops.
You can enjoy skiing/snowboarding during the day then relax at the sauna or the swimming pool after riding.
Shame that there was no chairs and a little table on the balcony to chill and enjoy the view.

Staff was very helpful. The room is not the newest but its for ok for us. Technically you can ski into the hotel. :) everything in place: you can rent ski, you can get ski pass at the hotel(needs advance book). Everything was easy and comfort. You have shops and lots of restaurant. Big plus for the free tea and coffee machine. We liked that hotel.
