Struttura bella, pulita, molto grande e ben raggiungibile anche in auto (parcheggio coperto a pagamento o molti parcheggi gratuiti per la strada davanti). Vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto.

La colazione a 10€ forse non ne vale la pena avendo la possibilità di farla nel proprio appartamento.

Ottimo soggiorno, tutto perfetto.

Appartamento molto bello, con terrazza al dodicesimo piano, posizione un po' fuori dal centro storico, ma a poche fermate di bus si va in centro, il personale della reception erano tutti gentilissimi e preparati. Zona residenziale, molto tranquilla la sera, vicino qualche bar e pochi ristoranti, ma ripeto a 10 minuti di bus si arriva in pieno centro. Consigliato!

Personal súper amable, especialmente Corina siempre tenía la mejor actitud en el desayuno.

Hay un sofá cama en la sala pero no hay una puerta que de un poco de privacidad en relación al resto de las recámaras La puerta del baño sonaba mucho al cerrarla

Repetiremos seguro😍

Dar las gracias al personal de recepción ya que pudimos entrar antes de las 4 de la tarde, llegamos antes de lo previsto y teníamos al peque malito y a fuera llovía. Al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos preparada la cuna, con ropa de cama y una manta así como su colchón y almohada. Es de agradecer ya que en otros hoteles no es así, y creo que es un detallazo. Además de un juguete para la peque. Todo el personal de recepción muy amables.

Decir que había de todo en el apartamento en cuanto a menaje de cocina, pero por decir algo echamos de menos un lavavajillas aunque fuera pequeño. Ya que nosotros estamos acostumbrados a usarlo, pero la verdad cabe decir que había estropajos y lavavajillas cosa que en otros apartamentos no proporcionan.

Muy buena opción un poco alejada del centro

Excelente ubicación para ir con niños, sobretodo si piensas ir al Bioparc y pasear en bici por los jardines del Turia. No está nada mal para aparcar. El centro tampoco queda muy lejos andando y se puede ir perfectamente en bici o en bus. Las instalaciones de los apartamentos así como el personal, perfecto!

Que no se cerrara del todo bien la puerta del baño. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Ideaal voor gezin

Comfortabel appartement met 2 aparte slaapkamers en zitgelegenheid; aan de rand v Túria park, oude stad te voet of met fiets goed bereikbaar, restaurants en supermarkt in omgeving. Ideaal voor gezin die Valencia paar dagen willen verkennen

Really enjoyed staying here

Very clean and comfortable, lots of space Nice breakfast and car park on site Friendly staff. Bus services nearby. Didn't want to leave.

A little out of town, though only 20 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins to the nearest metro. Not many restaurants nearby.

Nice apartment with easy access to transit. About a 25 min walk to the historic old town area, and a 20 min bus ride to the oceanography/science museums. Very friendly staff, and on-site reasonably priced parking. Nice kitchen/living area in the apartment, and the bathroom was spacious for this type of flat.

There was a lack of available plug outlets in the bedroom, but we got around that.

pleasant atmosphere and very kind reception staff

Very helpful and welcoming reception staff. Very clean and spacious apartment no background noise . Very comfortable bed, The district of Campanar is mainly modern development but also offers something in the way of old Valencia . Supermarkets are within a short walking distance and metro stops Turia and Campanar

The shutter on the window in the living room area was absent . It was not possible to shut out strong sunlight during the day, Minor marks on living room furniture, The lift is rather small and can feel cramped with 3 people in it, The apartments are on main roads. ok but exposure to traffic if you are walking to and from the building , Rather poorly served by cafes or restaurants in the immediate vicinity near the building,

Beautiful one bedroom apartment a leisurely walk from the old city centre

Arrived early, checked in and they stored my luggage. Very friendly lady on front desk who spoke good English. Also advised I could come back earlier than official check in and would be able to access the room.

24 hours receptionist. The staff were very good and friendly. Room is okay

Room a bit dirty (dirty bedsheets, which we asked to change) , the aircon in the room is not working well. The toilet is very slippery

For the staff alone, this place is a gem.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a 24 hour reception was great as our flight was delayed & we ended up checking in around 1 am. The location was ideal for walking to the city & for shopping locally.

Small stuff- the appliances- coffee machine & toaster weren’t up to much.

I was very satisfied with the apartment, especially with the bed.

The location is very good, the bed was excelent, the heating is great too

I was disappointed with the shower. The shower handle could have allowed a little more water flow. Very few cooking utensils, fortunately I did not need them.

Superb

The location was very convenient for me. Public transport available to go to the city center or even to the beach. Very close to the Turia park, so you can enjoy a nice walk or go for a run everyday. Staff is very nice. They have always done everything they can to meet customers' expectations, or at least that has been my experience as I've stayed in this hotel a few times already.

I think the noise isolation is not that good, so sometimes you can hear in your apartment people talking, laughing or watching TV from rooms next to yours.
