Lekker dicht bij het station.

Lekker dicht bij het station en dus in het midden van de stad. Super aardig personeel. Lekker ontbijtje. Aantrekkelijke prijs.

Een facelift zou het hotel niet misstaan en iets meer water uit de douchekop zou ook wel erg prettig zijn.

Good location, near the train station. The room was clean and the bed (mattress) is excellent ! I slept like a baby

The temperature panel didn’t work properly. It was a bit too hot in the room.

Good standard of hotel, right next to the railway station.

All good, efficient and friendly service from the staff. The room was well appointed room, with a balcony and decent shower & toilet room. Perfefct location for getting the train the following morning. Breakfast was available early for our early start too.

No complaints, all good!

Good location

Hotel smells in the hall, the corridor and the room. Very unpleasant smell all around. There was just one small used toilet roll in toilet on the first night ( next day we had two which is fine).

Comfortable, well located, amazing ski experience

Excellent position, very close to bus station to go ski-ing. Spacious room, extremely comfortable bed. Parking available in the inner courtyard, super convenient.

Breakfast not included. Staff not knowledgeable about ski details (e.g. bus station details). Electricity sockets not close to bed.

The recessionist stole our hearing aids

We forgot some headphones, 10 minutes later we returned to the hotel to retrieve them but the receptionist refused to let us look in the room, so they have stolen our headphones

You may not be allowed to access your room if you come back too late

location is very good and the rooms are nice

the management was incredibly bad. The kettle in the room was not working. After communicating the problem to the reception and having been told they would replace it in the following days, nothing happened. But the worst still has to come. During night to enter the hotel you are required to ring a bell or call a number. I literally rang the bell for an hour and tried to call but nothing, I had to sleep over in another hotel for that night. When communicating this experience to the reception, the answer was that it was not possible since they have somebody there all night.

Very enjoyable!

Staff were very helpful. Hotel location was perfect for purpose of my visit. Bathroom was excellent (even though shower was a little small for someone my size). Room was very clean and good size.

My room card had to be reactivated twice. Pillows were square, which was unusual for me. But overall, everything was great and I would use the hotel again for sure.

Basic good option for a quiet and convenient stay in Grenoble.

Good quality of sleep - quiet room, comfortable bed. Good cleanness - Clean room daily serviced. Good location - 30 second walk from Train station, 1 minute walk from WTC, 15min walk from city centre. Nice staff.

Nothing really disappointing. Some room features could be improved: e.g. bathtub only (no shower)

The luggage room was unlocked and I picked up my luggage, while reception was not occupied. Anyone from the stret walking in could have done it as well.
