overall a very good relaxing break

superb breakfast the hotel was very clean the room was cleaned every day. very helpful and friendly staff, good location to get to all tavernas and a short walk to the beach.

the parasols around the pool are fixed in position to the ground at midday there is no shade given by these. at the time of our stay in may the temps wert to bad but could be problem july and august as temps reach 30 deg +.

Exceptional

Very clean and big rooms, fully renovated hotel, family buisiness, staff very helpful and polite, breakfast and dinner not huge variety but very tasty and enough to cover your needs. Very close to the beach and to many facilities like pubs, restaurants, beach bars ( polyxenia isaak) and supermarkets and pharmacy.

A fab chilled out holiday had by all.

What great apartments these were. Central to the Pernera strip with lovely restaurants and bars. 2 minutes from the lovely little bay beaches and a great swimming pool that still had free sun beds at 11.00 in the morning so no sunbed wars whatsoever! That just makes a holiday in itself. I would highly recommend and the breakfast is lovely too!

There was nothing we disliked about these apartments.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant prices were reasonable. The proximity to a nice sandy beach that was not crowded. The size of the room.

The lack of soundproofing Windows. The smell of "clean" towels.

Very convenient for families, beach is 2 minutes walking through a private path, cafeteria beside the pool has a great selection of tasty food and drinks with good price. You can relax by the main restaurant while the kids are in the pool or at the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean with toiletries and a few kitchen supplies including a fridge. The beach was close and the atmosphere was appropriate and family friendly. It was sandy beach witch the kids loved.

Excellent for families

Very good noise insulation, good bar pricelist, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly staff. There is a shop in the premises which is very handy. The beach is a 2-3min walk and it's great for families, without waves and it has shallow waters. Also, good variety on the dinner buffet. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

There should be more sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool. Pitty that you have to get there very early to grab a set. That is the only one, but important let down. Other than that, we have two comments, one being the pillows were a bit thick and stiff and the second is that the urinals in the pool area flush manually, which is not easy to realise

One of the best places to stay in Protaras

Very friendly and helpful staff. The direct connection to the beach offers an excellent positioning. Close to restaurants and small supermarkets. Far from the crowded mass-tourism places. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a short stay

Room was modern and clean Not noisy although the poolbar was straight underneath our balcony Only 2 minutes walk on private path to the beach Big and clean swimming pool

Unfriendly bartender told us off because we started to take things from breakfast buffet at 7:40 instead of 7:45. We had to wait till the 5 minutes have passed although everything was set up and ready to use! After telling him that this is a ridiculous chicane he started mumbling in greek language. What a great staff! Breakfast could be better: There is no fresh coffee, they only provide instant coffee bags with hot water Only black and green tea Poor selection of fruit and vegetables No Nutella

Lovely hotel, clean and modern

Found it ridiculous that towels were on all the sunbeds from 6.30am.....but no one laid on them till 10.30am. So make sure you get up early to secure one

Relaxing stay! Big room with sitting area and sea view balcony. Polite and friendly staff. Path to sandy beach. Quiet area with supermarkets, restaurants around. Perfect location for walking/running at Protaras coastal promenade.

Will definitely be booking this property again.

We liked everything about Livas Hotel Apartments. We were given a lovely top floor spacious apartment overlooking the pool and sea view. The owners and staff were very welcoming and gave us excellent service. We enjoyed the breakfast and the swimming pool was a good size and clean. The location was perfect abd central to all the amenities of Pernera.

We could not find anything to dislike.
