It is a quiet one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows in the village of Seville, Burguillos, just 25 minutes drive to the beautiful Andalusian capital.
The villa is located in the heart of the village with all amenities. Burguillos has about 6.000 inhabitants, and therefore, it has all the services at its disposal, including many bars and restaurants that can be walked from the house, which is located right in the center of the village.
It offers a veranda and a large green garden, which is covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, for cooling down on hot summer days, with fruit trees (grapes, oranges, plums or pears will be available for you) and an ecological kitchen garden, sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors.
Although It is close to the bustling and cultural city of Seville, It is a perfect choice for a beautiful holiday full of rest and relaxation after long walking tours.
The villa is fully furnished and well equipped. It has a spacious living room and dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV and international channels and there is free WIFI throughout the entire property.
Buses are available every day to the capital.

The standout feature of Casa Ana is the very private garden, which is perfect for enjoying the summer warmth, both in and out of the sun. The jasmine-scented pergola is excellent as a lunch spot. The pair of magnificent palm trees deserve to be a tourist attraction in their own right. The house itself is on a quiet street – aside from dog barks, church bells, and sounds from the nextdoor school – and roller blinds on the windows keep it cool although a tad dark inside. The three bedrooms are small, sharing a single bathroom. There’s an additional shower and toilet in the outside utility room adjacent to the terrace – plus a washing machine. The house also has a PV system, which gets a big thumbs-up from us. The living room has a large flatscreen TV with soundbar, and Netflix streaming was glitch-free thanks to the decent WiFi inside (and outside) the house. The kitchen is compact, but adequately equipped, and with an efficient oven. Some additional baking trays, bowls and utensils wouldn’t go amiss. We appreciated the generous ‘welcome pack’, which included wine and a selection of fruit and vegetables. Of the two supermarkets in town, Dia was the best. With regards to eating out, we’d recommend Pizza Genuino, which creates Romana-type pizzas; non-meat eaters receive short shrift elsewhere, at least locally. Ana, the owner, was an excellent host, and readily contactable via a WhatsApp message.

Quiet in August, very clean and very well equipped, it's an oasis 30 mn from Sevilla, 1h30 from Cordoba, Arcos de la Frontera or Cadix.
Ana is a delighful host, professional and very informative.
Location is exactly the same as the photos.
Several minimarkets and restaurants in Burguillos and a Marcadona supermarket in 10mn by car.

We wanted a base to explore Seville and this was perfect. Wonderful relaxing garden with swimming pool. 30 minutes in to Seville using the local bus service or Uber. Thank you to Ana for a stress free holiday and we will be back

This property is updated, well cared for and exceptionally clean. There are heat and air conditioning wall units in each room for perfect temperature comfort. As international travel weary as we were, it was a blessing to find virtually all the basic grocery items we could need to get started including both food & beverage. I don't know that everyone should expect this (Perhaps because we rented for 8 days). A couple of streaming services logged in and ready to go was wonderful too. A second toilet/sink/mirror/shower in small pool house worked great as I let the ladies get ready inside. Also a washer in pool house. Spiral stairs up to large rooftop space with clothes drying line. Although cold and rainy I still managed to jump in the pool once!
I did not meet Ana in person but we had good communication via VRBO & commonly used international messaging app (Won't name or review may be removed). Property is about a 30 minute drive north of Sevilla which was perfectly fine. To conclude, it is clear Ana has been doing this for a while...and she is good at it. I would indeed stay again. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Ana. It was scrupulously clean and pleasant throughout, and Ana was a considerate and helpful host.
The pool was perfect for cooling off in the 25c to 35c weather, and just big enough to swim short lengths. The terrace and garden were charming, with several shady places to sit out of the direct sunlight. A pleasant breeze was almost constant, which took the edge off all but the highest heat.
One thing to be aware of is that during late September it is the Pilgrimage of the Virgen del Rosario, Burguillos. This is celebrated with bell ringing from the church opposite Casa Ana, and 5 to 10 rockets being let off nearby between about 8PM and 8:30PM. When heard from across the town they sound like fireworks, but when in the garden of Casa Ana they're directly overhead and extremely loud.
Café Bar Centro De Dia is a good breakfast place, especially if you're looking for something like toast and coffee. Mesón El Abuelo is a short walk from Casa Ana, and sitting outside for lunch was a definite pleasure. Be warned though that the opening/closing times for restaurants in Google Maps are not always accurate, and the restaurants themselves have a relaxed attitude on timing too.
Casa Ana has two wifi networks (one in the house and one in the garden). The house wifi is not particularly good - OK for browsing/streaming, but not quite enough for video calls/conferences. This probably isn't a problem for anyone there on holiday, but if you plan/need

We thought we were looking for the impossible when we searched for something near Seville, with a garden and pool, in a town and enough room forseveral generations from 8 month old baby to 87 year old great-granma. This is perfect! Beautifully clean, well-equipped and the many shady seating areas in the garden were very welcome. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The owner(?) Ana was really easy to deal with and extremely helpful, leaving us a welcome food parcel and suggesting local restaurants to eat at and places to visit too. One of the best we have ever been to.

The house was exactly as described and the pictures are good. The booking was easy and it’s c30minutes from Seville airport. An easy drive (but do check the map carefully since there is a key right turn just after the roundabout in Burguillos).
For us the garden was the perfect spot warm sheltered and really peaceful while the house would be a welcome retreat when it gets too hot outside.

Charming house
We had a lovely holiday in Burguillos with relatives. House was clean and comfy and garden was very nice. You can hear some noise from the street to the first bedroom and from the church opposite the house. Bells are ringing every hour starting from 8 am untill 8 pm. So if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. The second bathroom is actually in the garden terrace, not inside the house. Otherwise everything was as descriped.
Short walks to many resraurants in Burguillos and short drive to Seville. We recommend also 10 minute drive to restaurant GBA tapas y copas!

Our experience Casa Ana
We had the desire for a holiday with a culture aspect, but also the need for rest after a year of hard work. Casa Ana turned out to be a real bull's eye for this. Burguillos is a village that doesn't stand out much/not much to offer and is a bit boring. You won't find any other tourist there. This has the advantage that you really experience an oasis of rest and you can experience how the Spanish lives.
The route to Seville center is easy. The highway automatically merges into the city's road along the Guadalquivir River. You are there within 40 minutes from Casa Ana.
Casa Ana is equipped with all household appliances you could wish for and seems as good as new. This made us feel comfortable. Casa Ana is completely shielded and therefore completely private. No one to see and disturb you. We have experienced Ana as a very sympathetic lady. Ana also leaves you completely in private, but she is anything but indifferent. She responds quickly to questions and requests via the app and shows that she is at your service with all the help. She asked us nicely when it was convenient to clean the pool, which she did without entering the apartment herself.
Casa Ana is adjacent to a school. You could hear the children playing, but we personally thought it was cosy.
So if you are looking for tranquility in combination with culture, which cities as Seville and Cordoba offers, then Casa Ana is highly recommended!

Gorgeous, relaxing break very near to Seville
Our family of four stayed here in october/ november and were very lucky to have such warm weather. However, it meant we spent most of our time lounging around in the stunning garden. The pictures don't do it justice. The villa was big, clean and very comfortable and tastefully done out. Would highly recommend this property and would certainly book it again. Thanks Ana!

Fantastic Holiday at Casa Ana
Everything about Casa Ana was perfect. Ana provided all the information we needed for arrival and was very helpful and flexible about our arrival time. The welcome selection of food and drinks provided was a nice touch and much appreciated. Ana also provided plenty of information about things to do in the local area and in Seville. The whole experience was very pleasant and smooth.
The outside space is just perfect and very private and we spent many hours relaxing in the sun and cooling off in the pool. Whatever time of day, there are areas where you can get out of the sun if you want. The lighting in the garden also means that it is possible to swim at night, and it was certainly warm enough to do so while we were there. The terrace room with shower/toilet is really convenient when using the pool.
The house was immaculately clean and very well equipped with air conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms. With the weather being so hot we spent very little time in the house but it is very comfortable with everything you could need.
Burguillos is a good location for visiting Seville and close to motorways for venturing further afield, but a car is essential. The town is quiet with good facilities.
We enjoyed a wonderful week in Andalucia and I would highly recommend Casa Ana as the perfect place to stay to relax and unwind between visits to all the wonderful places within driving distance.

Lovely relaxing property away from hustle and bustle of Seville
Fabulous property from booking through to leaving fantastic communication. Property better than described air con in all bedrooms very welcome. Pool fantastic but very deep in all areas (just something to be aware of with little ones). My 11 yr old was ok could touch bottom but a strong swimmer so fine. Highly recommend the property if you want the best of both worlds - close enough to lots of attractions to keep us busy for 2 weeks. Coast easily accessible for a day trip.

Beautiful outdoor space and comfortable villa
I can agree with another comment, we have for the last 10 years booked villa's and this is one of the best. Clean and well oppointed with effective and quiet air conditioning in every room. Wifi fast and efficient both indoors and out. Plenty of seating for dining and sitting in the shade. Burguillos is a short drive from Sevilla airport and not difficult to find. Ana and her husband greeted us on our arrival and were kind enough to leave us with some provisions, which was much appreciated.
In our two weeks saying at Villa Ana we visited Carmona (highly recommended) a sleepy but picturesque ancient town about 30mins drive away. We had a lovely lunch there at Bar Goya, with a clear gluten free menu. The centre of Sevilla is about 40mins drive, you can take the bus from Burguillos but we drove and parked on the outskirts. We would recommend if planning to visit the main sights; such as the Alcazar pre-booking is essential as we found all attractions very very busy.
We also managed to visit Cadiz (again highly recommend) but is about 2hrs away and the Tio Pepe Bodegas tour at Jerez de la Frontera.
All in all a wonderful holiday, a great base to explore a beautiful area of Spain. Thank you Ana for your hospitality.

Country life/village living
All through our booking and stay at Casa Ana we have been wellcomed by Ana. From the beginning our hosts has been quick in answering and absolutely taking care of us as guests.
Burguillos is a small village on the countryside, half an hour drive from Seville. Here is all you need. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, bars and restaurants, Day care Center and Centre Culturel.. What we found charming, was the lack of tourist activities. Juring our stay, Burguillos celebrated its Patron - Saint Christoff. This to honour their Saint, and in no way , making a "show off" for tourists.
Casa Ana is a well placed house. Close to everything (small village) We were welcomed by Ana and her husband. The house has everything you need. Well equipped, super Aircon, super WiFi. All is nice and clean. A very nice garden and pool. You can choose to park in the garage, but why? The street is safe.
All in all we will recommend Casa Ana to any one who wants to live "village life" We guess, if you have the opportunity to go for a long term stay, this would be a good place, since its a very close neighbourhood.
As an example, we were invited to a football match, just because!

Beautiful villa a short drive from Seville
We chose this property because we wanted to be close enough to Seville to explore the city and take in the sights both day and night, but also have a peaceful base where we could relax. Casa Ana fit the bill perfectly being an easy 30 minute commute to Seville and situated in the centre of small town with a number of bars, restaurants and shops to enhance your stay. The villa was beautiful both inside and out with everything you would expect of a home away from home. The small selection of groceries and wine on arrival was a lovely touch and Ana provided excellent communication both before and during our stay. We would have no hesitation recommending Casa Ana to anyone visiting the area who, like us, wants to combine the hustle and bustle of Seville with a little peace and quiet to relax.

Perfect break
Casa Ana is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. We arrived to find the house and garden in immaculate shape and had a really relaxing and peaceful week. Plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby with amazing local ingredients meant lots of delicious dinners in the garden looking out over the pool. Great mix of sun and shade in the garden and house nice and cool even in the heat. Seville only a short trip away. Real attention to detail from the owner to ensure that everything we needed was easily available and seamless communication. Would not hesitate to book again.

heerlijk verblijf in een van alle gemakken voorzien huis met geweldige tuin
wij hebben met 4 volwassenen een geweldige vakantie gehad in een perfect huis met een super tuin met zwembad. Onze gastvrouw had gezorgd dat we de 1e dag niets tekort kwamen want de koelkast was gevuld met onze 1e levensbehoefte. Bij vragen kregen we altijd binnen enkele ogenblikken een reactie en niets was teveel. Haar betrokkenheid voor het blootstellen aan de extreem warme zon in mei was ontroerend. Dit is een uitvalsbasis om zeker nog eens terug te keren want vanuit deze locatie zijn de bezienswaardigheden in Sevilla, Cordoba, Cadiz, Gerez goed te berijden.

Excellent family accommodation
This is a very beautiful house, which is ideal for young children. The huge garden consists of a tiled terrace, and a gated staircase leads to the garden and pool. Thus, there is a large but safe outdoor space for children to be in. Additionally, the area is quiet and safe with a very local breakfast place, fruit & veg shop, supermarket and bars.

Prima huis in klein dorp, op half uur rijden van Sevilla, met Dia supermarkt en lekkere koffietentjes. Aardige eigenaar Ana, behulpzaam, snel reagerend, op zn Spaans. Spreek weinig worden Engels, geen probleem verder. Groots welkomst pakket om eerste avond mee door gekomen. 3 slaapkamers met redelijke bedden, rustige omgeving. Keuken ook prima uitgerust. 2 douches, kortom lekker huis voor vakantie. Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

A home from home
Although the photographs here show how attractive the villa is, they don't convey how comfortable and homely it is, or what a great host the owner is. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we met her, provided us with lots of useful advice, and generously stocked with fridge with provisions, including two bottles of wine.
We wanted for nothing.
The villa is blissfully tranquil and private, and the village is quiet and charming, with plenty of local bars and restaurants to enjoy. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay. Next time, we will.
Of the dozen or so private holiday rentals we've stayed in over the last 10 years, Casa Ana has been our favourite. Thanks Ana!

Perfect perfect perfect.
This house is just perfect. The photos do not REMOTELY do it justice. It is immaculate on the inside. Not a speck of dust to be seen. Lovely and cool. A/C in sitting room and two double bedrooms (none in the twin room). This is a must as it was +36 for the whole two weeks. Keep the shutters down and the house stays reasonably cool, it probably doesn't even need a/c in sub 30. Beds very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. Very very clean. It is deep (I'm 5'4 and could just about stand by the steps but nowhere else). My kids are 6, 4 and 1. The older two can swim and tread water so were just fine. Garden is very private and not overlooked by anyone. Sunbeds, two seating areas, other chairs and a patio so lots of places to sit and relax and enjoy. Outdoor toilet and shower and washing machine which is perfect when using the pool (also an indoor shower and bath and toilet). Take care, tiles on the patio outside the kitchen are very slippy when wet, bring pool shoes or put a towel at bottom of steps for people to dry feet when using bathroom. Not a big deal, once we were aware it caused no issues. Lots of shade and sunny areas in the garden so it's really perfect for all day use. Garden swing and hammock were DIVINE, so peaceful to swing in the hammock and read a book. Excellent wifi. Roof terrace where you can hang out clothes and also watch the sunset over the village, very pretty. Amazing and super kind host Ana (super responsive) left us red and white wine, cheese, sausages, beer, bread, milk and butter as we arrived on a Sunday and nothing open. I couldn't believe it! So generous. Peaceful area so you won't be disturbed. Bars and restaurants open in the evening. Nearby village Castilblanco de los Arroyos has LOADS of restaurants and bars. Good local supermarkets. Great shop next to Spar which sells cheap toys, pool toys, sandals, etc. Beautiful church across the road. Seville an easy 30 minute drive and BEAUTIFUL. There is a parking garage on Avenida Roma which is close to all the attractions. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, it's super clean, comfortable, convenient, private, peaceful, close to Seville and other villages. It has EVERYTHING you could need. Well done Ana, you have a beautiful home and you are an excellent hostess. Thank you for letting us rent your lovely house, my children had a fantastic holiday and so did my husband and I. I would go back tomorrow!

A peaceful retreat with a fantastic garden and pool
We booked Casa Ana with a view to spending a peaceful week after a week of travelling. It worked perfectly. Everything was as described on the website, with the outdoor facilities even better than we had anticipated. The pool is a good size, and three separate seating areas mean that there is always somewhere to cool down. Ana and her husband were thoughtful hosts, providing us with basic groceries (and washing liquid, dishwasher tabs etc), fresh vegetables from the garden and a nice bottle of red. We were appreciative of the air conditioning as temperatures got up above 35C. The house itself is spacious and quiet, and there are plenty of local bars and restaurants serving decent, inexpensive food and drink. It's a great place to stay if you want to be out of the cities, but with easy access to Seville, Carmona, Cordoba etc. The Donana National Park is also well worth a visit. We look forward to returning one day and will recommend to our friends!

Highly recommended, traditional comfortable well-equipped quiet and well located for Seville.
We stayed in late March and the weather was getting better but not warm enough to take dip in the swimming pool though we did manage to use the sun-loungers. The property is spacious with comfortable beds air conditioning a big garden and pool oh yes and a very fine hammock.
The village is fine and quiet but not so much to see there although the zoo at Mundo Park is well worth a visit to see the lions and 'Gena' the chimpanzee.
It is a half hour drive into Seville and we did that most days as the place is no interesting with so many places to visit - after the Alcazar which is just amazing. Over the years we have travelled far and wide and can safely say that Seville is an absolute gem not to be missed.
Ana was a great help too with lots of help on sight seeing and travel around Seville.
Not much English spoken in this area so you will need a bit of Spanish to get along.

Perfect stay near Seville
Casa Ana provided a great place to stay for a week for our family of five. The rooms were all good sizes and comfortable, with the dining area and the kitchen well equipped. Parking outside on the street was easy and shops and bars around the small town were all within easy reach. Staying in the town gives a true sense of living in a spanish community and has a safe, friendly, relaxed pace of life. The garden is an outstanding feature and such a beautiful and restful place to spend family time and enjoy the sun, find cool shade or take a swim - the enclosed garden provides a totally private and quiet space all to yourself. Outside there are also good facilities for washing and drying clothes and plenty of places to relax. We visited Seville several times using the quick access onto major road network and also visited nearby attractions to the north of the city including the Sierra Norte. The location out of the city means a car is essential but this provides a chance to see local villages and get a taste for the community and countryside. It was a pleasure to deal with Ana and her family and they were excellent in providing assistance at all stages with a friendly welcome and farewell.
