The high ceilings and open floor plan of the main floor lend itself to cozy gatherings. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities needed to whip up something delicious. The two bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is roomy with a large walk-in closet and a king-sized bed and also a twin trundle bed that can also be converted into a second king bed. The bathroom is shared by the second bedroom which has a queen-sized bed. The laundry room and bathroom can be accessed through either bedroom. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with Roku. The second bathroom is downstairs.
The landing off the bedrooms is a light airy space that overlooks the downstairs or enjoy the view while you gaze out of the windows. It is a wonderful spot for people of all ages to work, read and play.
There is gear storage onsite – it is a tall closet that works for windsurf and kiting gear, skis and snowboards. This space is locked so your toys are secure. Bikes will not fit into this space – bikes can be locked to the railing outside the condo. The shared lawn area is the perfect place for kids to play, hang out in a lawn chair or stage your gear for the day.
The Hood River Valley is known for its luscious apples, pears, cherries, peaches and other fruits, and for the view of the majestic snowcapped peak of Mt. Hood. People from all over Oregon make an annual trek in the fall to the many farm stands to stock up on fresh apples and pears. Other produce is available and varies by season. Hood River also offers award winning Vineyards, Breweries and Distilleries.
The Mt. Hood region and its more than sixty miles of forested mountains, 77 waterfalls and myriad lakes and streams are a rip-roaring mecca for outdoor adventure. The mountain is home to four ski areas and offers the country's only year-round skiing and snowboarding.

We were in Hood River for a wedding, and this condo was perfect! The location is just a block or two from downtown, so shopping and restaurants were easily within walking distance. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We also found the beds to be really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Perfect for the price as it was a great location and it was fine for our weekend in OR. The condo could definitely use some updates but overall it was in decent shape. The beds were not comfortable and I would suggest bringing your own pillows. And bring slippers if you don't like walking on carpet because it's 90% carpet.

We had an awesome stay in Hood River and the location could not be better. We liked the deck and view of the river as well! We would definitely stay here again.

We come to Hood River to see the wildflower sceneries and many famous waterfalls. We enjoyed staying at this lodge. The location was very convenient to visit the Hood River, Mountain, and the Columbia River Gorge area. Only complaint we had was the bed sheets, pillows, and towels perhaps were not fresh.

This was a great place to stay. We were within walking distance of all the downtown shops, restaurants, and breweries. The place was very adequate and clean. Easy parking. I would stay here again.

This condo was so much better than staying in a hotel - the kitchen had everything we needed, the house was clean, the check in and check out process was easy

The unit is just fine, but not for anyone without great knees. All three of us left with sore knees (we have slight knee problems). Everything we needed was there! My only problem was the flannel sheets on the bed in the king room. We don't like flannel sheets and these were the worst ones we have ever experience. Not soft, very scratchy. We changed, washed and put them away the next morning. Also, full load of towels in the dryer when we arrived.

Had everything we needed for a family of 4. Master bed was a touch soft for my liking but hard to meet each guest’s bed preference. Great location, close to downtown.

Clean, great location 1 block away from the farmers market. Seemed newer than my initial impression from the photos. We had a great time seeing the fruit loop.

We’ve stayed in this complex many times; it’s a great spot to home-base not only Gorge explorations in general, but local Hood River walking and biking forays. The suite itself was just as advertised: comfortable, clean, well-stocked. Keyless entry was very handy and much appreciated. A great stay!

Lovely apartment for my husband and myself and adult son and his girlfriend. Nice back deck which gets morning and afternoon sun, nicely equipped kitchen (although the toaster is a bit old). Very close to town - lovely patisserie and several breweries. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The keypad entry was great, made it easy for all to come and go without needing a key. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few of our own meals. It was close to downtown. Would highly recommend.

Loved the location and how it was walking distance to all the fun stuff in town. Had emailed with a question a couple week before our stay and never got a response :( Also, the last night we were there I'm assuming it was the door pin code locks battery was low and it was chiming every couple minutes.

Misrepresented in listing on airbnb.Limited Hot water in upstairs bath (lukewarm). This limited amenity shoul be declared. No pots and pans. Cannot boil an egg, nor cook hot oatmeal. What is the point of dishes if one has no cooking utensils?
Clogged kitchen sink less than 12 hours after check-in. Did dishes in shower.
Purchased a pot and aluminum pans at Safeway for our use.
Needed to make a trip to
Walmart to purchase Drano to unclog kitchen sink, which still ran slow.
Maintenance came at 12 noon on Monday to "look at sink problem:--12 hours before we checked out.
A responsible property manager assures that all systems in a unit are working and work "as declared" on the listing description. An effective property manager communicates on the platform provided. A fair property manager does not require a 6 page rental agreement OUTSIDE of airbnb. If Arrive insists, then this must be CLEARLY STATED on the listing description. A cleaning fee of $275 is agregious and uncalled for. I suspect that Arrive is collecting an administrative fee, in addition to the airbnb fee. Do housecleaners really collect $275 everytime they clean a unit? Extremely difficult to communicate with multiple property managers. Guests have many choices in Hood River. I will not stay with Arrive again.
Poor communication.

Great Condominium for the price. Stocked with all your basic home supplies. Two blocks from downtown which was nice for shopping. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. It's great to have a parking spot, and be within distance to all of the shopping and restaurants.

Great location. Simple amenities. I would recommended a fresh coat of paint inside and a kind for the patio door. No other issues.

The house was clean and very well appointed. The location was great, too. I would definitely recommend it as long as your party can handle stairs (one set to get to the front door, another set to get to the bedrooms).

If you want to watch football, stay somewhere else. The condo is in a great location and was very clean, althought the last round of laundered towels were just in a heap in the laundry room. It is great for 4 people, 6 would be a squeeze. The shared bath between the bedrooms is a bit akward to access from the 2nd bedroom, going through the laundry room pocket door. All of this is manageable, but the one thing that will keep me from returning here is there is no local TV. That is important if you like football. Our family wanted to watch a game Sunday morning without having to go out to do so. The services of netflix, etc are nice, but nothing had local channels. When I contacted the host I was told to download PLUTO. Did so, but still no local channels. Follow up stopped after I reported that. Again, most people may not care, but this small lack of amenity will prevent me from booking here again.

The apartment was well furnished, clean and centrally located. The beds were comfortable but at night the trains and highway traffic were easily heard.

I really liked the space. The location was perfect so we just left our car in the parking lot and walked everywhere which was really nice. I also loved that the bedrooms were upstairs, separate from the living room. My friend went to bed very early and I stay up very late so this worked great for us! The only con for us was that the beds were way too firm and uncomfortable, in both rooms. But we liked everything else so much that we would probably stay there again anyway.

Awesome Place
We had such an amazing time in Hood River. We were there for a SUP event and this place was perfect for us. Everything worked out perfectly. The place was cleaned and neat when we arrived. The kitchen has enough pans, pods and utensils that I was able to cook every day. Overall amazing experience. We are coming back next year and we will definitely book it again.

Great size and location!
The property was perfect for our group. Two rooms upstairs with living and dining space downstairs. All neighbors were very friendly. Location was great for downtown shopping and the local breweries!

Lodge #27, Hood River
The unit was in a good location, it was located close to downtown with walking distance to many locations. It was spacious and clean. There were a few features not working that were disappointing. It rains in Hood River and we had wet clothes we couldn't dry or do laundry and dry because dryer was still broke. They known for a while and feel that should have been address prior to our stay. The heater didn't work along with ice maker. There was a King trundle bed but only a mattress for one side. The couch in living room is not a pull out couch. We left a cooler and others items for next people to use on their stay and adventure.
