About this apartment rental
An elegant spacious 2-double bedroom corner ground floor apartment, which is also genuinely finished by a professional interior designer and lights engineer, fully furnished to high standards. The apartment is located in the smallest block of the latest luxurious and most modern residential complex in the area of Tigne' Sliema, an area well known for its luxury residences so close to the crystal clear rocky beaches.
The apartment enjoys an excellent location which is only 2 minutes walk from the nice rocky beaches of Qui-Si-Sana and Tigne', the well known promenade and the latest shopping complex with over 50 branded shops (including a supermarket and pharmacy). It is also within walking distance to restaurants, bars, more beaches, more shops, the bus terminus, taxi stands and the ferry area (for fantastic day and evening cruises around the Maltese Islands nearly all year round and also the water taxi to Valletta).
This property is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and modern day luxuries. It consists of two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms (main with en-suite bathroom with shower), one large main bathroom with bath and flexible shower head and shower screen, a large kitchen with all appliances and an extendable dining table and a comfortable living area with a leather sofa and 42 inch LED TV with internet applications.
There is also a secure 1 car space located underneath the apartment - fees apply, in order to get rid of the parking problem that there is in Sliema during the day. However, thanks to the good network of public transport in Sliema, a car is not necessary to explore the Maltese Islands since the very near bus stops make it so easily to go to the main attractions and places. The public transport service is cheap, frequent, reliable and convenient. All our previous guests who did not rent a car, have all praised the great location of our apartment and its proximity to the public transport link.
The apartment is served with a lift which is accessible from the street level and also from the garage. The apartment is also adequate for people with reduced mobility however please speak to us first prior you book.
The property will be cleaned and prepared prior to each arrival, where fresh bed linen and towels are provided. We do not charge any cleaning fees however we expect that you leave the apartment clean and take care of it, just as if it were your own home.
Stays for Summer (usually between June and September) include the use of the exclusive large communal pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from approximately 10:00am until 7:30 pm. The north-facing location of the pool enjoys full sun until 3:00 pm, making it very fresh and enjoyable afterwards with very nice breeze throughout the whole summer. Vending machines are available which provide light snacks and drinks. The pool is filled with salt water, which makes the water very crystal clear and clean all day. Part of the large pool is only 0.5m deep, specifically for children. The pool is exclusively available to the residents of the complex,

Throughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment is excellent it’s large and spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need, Jason was at the apartment to greet us and explained how everything worked etc, the supermarkets & shops are very close by and it’s easy to walk to the sea front where you’ll find restaurants, bus stops and ferries.

Our 2 month stay in Malta had everything we needed, excellent accommodation, excellent food and excellent location. We took the decision to use minicabs during our stay, rather than drive ourselves, which in our opinion was the right one, particularly as Malta can get very congested at times, making parking a bit challenging! Jason, the owner of the apartment was particularly helpful and always available to assist, if we ever needed help with local issues or simply getting used to the facilities in the apartment. We had a fabulous time and due to the length of stay, we got to really appreciate this wonderful Country. We will definitely return to Malta, but probably for a slightly shorter period next time.

Having stayed in quite a few apartments on holidays this apartment went the extra mile. Little essentials like washing powder/ dishwasher tablets/ salt and pepper etc were here. Lots of properties don’t have these things. Location was very central and owner met us on arrival and provided lots of information.

Upon arrival, we we greeted my Jason, who gave us a thorough rundown on the complex and the apartment. When he opened the door to the apartment we couldn't believe our eyes, such a beautifully appointed apartment, tastefully decorated with every thing you could ask for. Even the towels were luxurious. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Malta. Well done Pace family!!

Extremely comfortable accommodation well situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants
Overall fantastic - very comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended. Location was great - walking distance from the main part of town and the ferry to Valetta. Also, the owner was also very accommodating and was on hand when we needed assistance.

Excellent stay
Ideally located for a stay in Malta. The apartment is lovely, so spacious and had everything we needed provided. Jason meet us at the apartment after midnight because of our flight arrival time and made sure we where oriented and comfortable. We had a fantastic visit and definitely will use this apartment again if available.

Perfect place to explore the island
The communication with Jason was great. The apartment which is just around the corner from everything (bus stops/restaurants/supermarkets)is quiet and really super spacious. It was easy to have a good time in this lovely apartment.

Excellant Apartment
Loved our stay there. Ruth met us on arrival and checked us in. Jason & Ruth were very easy to contact etc. The apartment was as advertised. Walking distance to the seafront to catch Hop on, Hop off etc. Would stay there again on our next trip to Malta. Thank You Jason & Ruth.

modern and clean
Uniquely designed and probably great for summer but a bit cold when the weather not so good and the heating uses the electricity allowance fast! Also the hot water in the kitchen wasn’t running efficiently.
A great location for exploring Malta and Jason is very helpful with airport pickup and we recommend the day tour of Gozo he offers.

Excellent!
This apartment is fantastic, and just as it looks in the photographs; if not even better! The rooms are extremely spacious, well furnished and everything was spotlessly clean. The owner, Jason, collected us from the airport and gave us a short tour around the immediate area; pointing out shopping areas; places to eat etc, which was very useful. The apartment is in a great location, with everything needed within walking distance. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Exactly as photos
This apartment is exactly as per the photos, it is very spacious and conveniently placed for touring the island. Jason the owner is very friendly and helpful and we organised our pick up and return from and to the airport which was spot on. We spent 5 nights in this apartment and were very comfortable, it is very close to shops restaurants buses and water taxis to Valetta.
All in all a great place to stay. Thank you Jason and Ruth.

Superb!
Spent a wonderful week in the fabulous apartment. Wonderful host and exactly as the photographs and as described!
Location is perfect and it is at the center of Tigne surrounded by shops, top restaurants and cafeterias. The promenade is just off the complex and it is a wonderful place to have a walk. Bus stops and the ferries are also some minutes walk away.
Definitely highly recommended and hopefully to return very soon!

Can't be better!
We are a family of four (two adults and two children) and stayed in this apartment for our holiday in Malta. We found the apartment very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Furnishing are just amazing and it is very clear that this is really a designer finished apartment. Since it was our first time in Malta, Jason the owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips even by email! All on all the apartment is in an excellent location to explore the many attractions on the island. Parking is free of charge just under the complex and it is a must if you intend to rent a car. If not everything is conveniently located to buses and the ferries. The area is also full of shops, supermarket (@ The Point), and a number of restaurants. We would definitely return again in the coming future!

Lovely apartment
This apartment is lovely. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious and exceptionally clean. It has everything you could possibly need to self cater but is within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants. The owner picked us up at the airport and showed us round the area. The apartment is very close to the seafront for the ferry to Valletta, open top bus tours and all manner of boat trips, etc. Being a ground floor apartment there is obviously no balcony view but the patio is an interesting place to sit and read or people watch as it looks out over the street but we were not bothered by any traffic noise. The apartment felt very safe with an outer locked access door and a good solid lock to the apartment. A security man patrols the complex and judging by the times we met him he is obviously doing a good job. In all, we would recommend this apartment without hesitation.
