Air conditioning did not work, the host was clearly aware that it was broken but gave us a cock and bull story that it had temporarily tripped the morning that we arrived, she tried to re-set this when we were given access to the apartment and she couldn't get away quick enough clearly knowing it would not work, which of course it did not. Our investigation into the error messages showing on the controls indicated a fundamental fault that required an engineer call out. On complaint, we were told that that they would send an engineer '2 days after we were due to check out' and our request for fans were completely ignored! For an Apartment advertised as 'with air conditioning' and in 38 degree temperatures this is unacceptable and spoilt the enjoyment of what is otherwise a lovely apartment.

Great location. Lovely views. High spec. Very comfortable. Very spacious. Felt secure.

A little noisy at night when the bins were collected and some loud revellers/motor bikes also woke us up every night, but it is still a great location in a lovely city.

the air conditioning was not working, and the bathroom door handle kept falling off. I reported these things but got no response.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed.

However, we encountered several inconveniences during our stay. One of the inconveniences was the absence of a reception area, which meant there was no luggage service available. We were unable to store our luggage in advance or after check-out. Additionally, we had to arrange an appointment in advance for check-in, which was quite inconvenient for us. When we contacted the coordinator to schedule our check-in, we were informed that she would be off during our travel period. The second person we reached out to didn’t respond until the morning of our arrival. Moreover, he texted us to change the meeting time just an hour before the previously confirmed time on that same morning. As a result, we ended up waiting in front of the apartment door for 40 minutes. During our stay, we were provided with a website for information. However, most of the information on the website was in French, except for the first page. Lastly, the website mentioned that we needed to clean the dishes and take out the trash, despite having paid a cleaning fee of 70 euro along with a 48 euro for bed linen per stay. These additional fees should be taken into consideration when booking the room.

the location amazing - the flat is beautiful decorated and large and airy, it really has beautiful views too! all the rooms are a great size too.

make sure you book an early check in way ahead as they didn't seem get our message on time, and air con didn't work for the whole trip

the SwiftKey deposit app was a bit weird, and was worried deposit wouldn't get paid back, but it was fine, just there was no email to say all was good and deposit paid back...maybe its just blocked on card, and no need to tell you if nothing is taken

The property was in an amazing location right in the centre of everything. It was lovely and big and nicely designed. It had a lift which was such a bonus for a period apartment. It was nicely appointed.

The double bed was so hard that I had to lay the duvet on top to get any comfort. The shower in the bedroom is dated in style there is just no privacy. I had arranged to have an early check in this was then changed at the last minute which was poor, we did get in early in the end but it was poor communication between the management company and the lady managing the cleaning at the keys and she said no. Ultimately we turned up anyway and she cleaned very fast so handed the keys over. Also the number of communications I got from the managing company was ridiculous and they were all in French all the instructions for the apartment where in French which was useless, it didn't allow for the language to be changed on the app. I rang and spoke to someone and they just resent me the deposit link which was already in English but didn't help with the other instructions. Also the management company didn't answer any emails I sent them about 3 before having to call.
