Tranquilité et sérénité.

L'accueil du propriétaire. La tranquillité du coin. Le surclassement de la chambre. La sympathie des propriétaires. Proximité du parking. La cuisine du soir et le petit déjeuner. Le petit plus de l'arrivée et du départ. La piscine.

Très agréable séjour, on y retournerait sans soucis.

Le charme de l'endroit en altitude sur le mont Olympe, verdoyant et pas trop chaud avec vue sur la mer. L'accueil reçu de la part des tenanciers (Dimitris en particulier). Il y flotte une ambiance familiale grecque bien sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est très généreux.

Sehr schöner, familienfreundlicher Ort mit frischer Luft

Sehr schön hergerichtetes Refugium in den Bergen, gutes Essen, nette Leute, schöne Wanderwege und nicht weit zum Strand. Ideal!

Die Räume sind etwas klein und es gibt wenig Stauraum, aber es ist Jauch kein klassisches Hotel.

Toll, ich komme wieder

Toller Familien geführter Betrieb, in dem alle Generationen mitarbeiten! Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und interessiert und gibt gute Tipps für Touren! Das Areal des ktima ist hoch gelegen, man blickt aufs Meer und kann direkt vom ktima loswandern. Der Nationalpark des Ólympos ist atemberaubend, kraftvoll und unvergleichlich schön. Auch in den Ort Litóchoro kann man leicht zu Fuß gehen, man geht dabei über einen Hang mit riesigen märchenhaften Bäumen. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, das Gemüse ist aus dem eigenen Garten, es gibt gutes nahrhaftes Brot. Es wird auch Mittag- und Abendessen serviert. Alles frisch und liebevoll zubereitet.

Die steile Anfahrt mit dem Auto war für mich schwierig, da ich nicht schwindelfrei bin. Aber ich konnte das Auto über die Dauer meines Aufenthalts am am Parkplatz stehen lassen und direkt vom ktima loswandern.

Great place to stay. Super good and good hospitality

Lovely location. Quite isolated but great place to get away from the high temperatures after a week of sailing

Bathrooms are a bit small compared with the very spacious bedrooms.

very nice choice. We will definitely visit again.

we visited the place during a low seasons. The place was very peaceful inside the forest. There were a couple of hiking trails passing from the spot. Also breakfast was a surprise for such a low season.

Kindness of owners and staff, exceptional location, highly recommend to everyone, zeuses bath's 29 minute by car, beach 20 minute by car.

They accommodated it us with breakfast at 5.30-6 am so we can start hiking early in the morning.

Road through Litochoro to the location narrow and abrupt.

Amazing place, great property with breathtaking view to the town and sea. Surrounded by forest, you can smell herbs and pinus. Kosta and his team are very kind and helpfull, highly recommended!

Hiking trip of a lifetime

The owner and staff was so helpful and kind. I travelled alone and I even sat down with them and had a bit of lunch when they offered. The owner was so kind he even let me pick my room out of a couple of options. Me and the owner planned my hiking trip and it went perfectly. I managed to make it to the highest peaks in mount Olympus. (There is a path right outside the hotel) The food there is excellent and they grow natural products on the site. The views are amazing and swimming pool so clean and well maintained. 10/10 I read the reviews before booking and I seen one customer gave it a low score. Forget about that they must have been having a bad day. This was a once in a Lifetime experience i will never forget. Thank you to the amazing staff.

I would have liked tea making facilities in the room but the staff made me one as soon as I asked.

Creepy.

The property is situated in the Olympus national park. The owner told us that it is the only one in Greece allowed to do so. The sea view is good. No view to the mountain, though.

As you go up the hill arriving to the hotel you are greeted by a very bumpy road, an abandoned car, and a dog barking. The property is managed by the owner (who has business in another city) and his son. No other staff was present. It is advertised as a four star hotel. It is not a hotel, more like a motel. We booked a family room (the "hotel" was empty that night...), and when we arrived a lady was called to do our beds, to her obvious dissatisfaction. Later on we saw the same lady walking back to the village, which is considerably far from the "hotel". She was not there for breakfast, which was served by the owner himself. The breakfast was cold, a jug of coffee, cold milk, bread, butter, and jam, two bowls of cereals for the children. The owner-waiter served us 5 fried eggs on plate. It was a rather scary experience, since the place was deserted and rather isolated.

Very good

The view, the modern layout and furniture, the warm atmosphere of the room, breakfast was really nice, the people, they provided Netflix.

The road to reach the place was difficult, there was no table in the room, the bathroom lights were connected with ventilation that made noise.

Paradise on the foot of Olympus

It is a paradise ! Great view, great family, excellent room, great dinner.... Very close to Litochoro and Olympus trails, Orlia, Prionia trail and more

Peaceful!

Amazing view with a great kitchen. Excellent options for non-vegetarians and vegetarians. Outside of town, up in the hills so a great way to view miles of coastline with peace and quiet.

Very good

Hotel located on an amazing property surrounded by forest with a breathtaking view over the sea. There's a small vegetables garden and some goats and chickens. The garden produce, the eggs and goats' milk are used in the restaurant.
