Beautiful grounds in this villa with fruit trees, and nice location walkable to a nearby beach.
The property itself seems near the end of its life in many ways, from aged and peeling cabinetry to old and low quality bed, furniture, bath and plumbing fixtures, some of which have been replaced only after beyond hope of repair. A great example is the pool which

We were a total of three families and had a wonderful time at the villa. The house consists of a main building and two smaller cottages which was sufficient. The pool is large and cleaned daily with its own showering area. There are two clean kitchens with all the necessary tools for cooking. The beach is exactly across the street and has several (paid) areas which I would recommend(there are also public areas which are lesser clean). All the necessary shops are within a 15min walk. Catona itself is a small town which is nice to see but has no real sightseeing areas. However, the location suits excellently for trips to Sicily, Scila, Aspromonte and Reggio Calabria which I definitely recommend to go and visit. The owner (Natty) was friendly, very helpful and almost immediately at your disposal (amazing service).
Great vacation and would definitely go back again!
Thank you!

This is the best choice for families, who love nature, surounded by palms and sea, kids can enjoy warm pool all day! The owner Natty is very friendly, caring and gives all the best for relaxing and favorable holidays. You feel very good atmosphere of villa suroundings and can enjoy cooking in the very beautiful outside kitchen just in front of the pool. Thanks for everything, Jurgita and Vaidas/Vilnius
