Top priority ......this property is located at the Beach Access. The convenience of this property location cannot be stressed enough; the beach access points are limited. Property is close to town, activities and grocery stores but away from the high rise congestion.

The house sleeps 17 with a very spacious & open floor plan.
First Floor:
* Family area with 3 couches and arm chairs
* Full stocked kitchen, dining and bar area that accommodates ALL GUESTS for meals
* Beautiful king bedroom with balcony

We had a great stay at this location. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The beach access is just across the road. Condo was clean and well kept up. The kitchen is very well stocked! The shared pool was great! Lots of beach stuff in the storage room.

Perfect spot. Ages 3 months to 70 . 13 of us. Plenty of room. Walking distance to beach. Enjoyed the pool also. Great family time.

We stayed in Unit 6 in this quiet neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit very clean and well kept.
Highly Recommend. Host was prompt with questions we had and responded almost immediately. We were here in start of November 2023. Would have liked to had a heated pool. It was a little bit nippy. 😂

Condo good size for large group. We had three couples and easily could have held 4 kids. Floors could have been better swept and towels and sheets older with stains, but overall fine for our needs. As older couples, we like to sit on patio with our coffee in mornings, patio furniture inadequate for that purpose. Location to beach very close and made it in and out to shrimp festival with ease. Storage while we did not use, had toys, chairs, wagons and great parking under condo. All other renter were very friendly. Pool ok but weather to cold for use. Would recommend for younger couples with kids for easy access to beach. Just need updates to sheets, towels and outdoor furniture.

The house is directly across the road from the beach access and we never had trouble finding our own area to spread out in. ( We had 10 people) The pool was perfect to wind down in after a day at the beach. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we never felt cramped. Our only concern was there is no door in the “bunk room”. All in all it was the perfect house for us

Everything was perfect! We had 17 girls and everyone had a place to sleep! The location was perfect along with the pool! The whole booking process was easy and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! I know we will definitely be back!

BUT I was under the impression we would be able to see the beach so that was disappointing...sure if you stand on the balcony and tilt your head to the right to look between 2 buildings you could kinda see the beach

We did receive a notification that the room was ready so there was a little confusion there. The room was not ready at that time, but was ready before the check in time. It was a great time over all.

This home was an attached unit. Shared pool and about 100 yards to the 13th street beach access.
Great home with good amenities. Outdoor shower is a life saver. Get most of the sand off outside. Spacious home gave our family of 12 plenty of space

Gulf shores is a beautiful place with beautiful beaches. The property we stayed at had a good location and proximity to the beach. For the most part it had everything we needed as far as space - my only complaint was not enough towels for us to take a shower. We reserved it for 16 people and the unit holds 17 which was perfect. I would have liked to have known we would need to buy towels prior to coming and also would have liked to be reminded that we would also need to buy more basics before arriving like toilet paper- dish soap - hand soap and laundry detergent if there were not going to be enough to even het us started. We did go to wal mart to buy all of this which was also super low on all items. I just would have gotten it prior to coming had I known we wouldn’t have much when we arrived. Overall it was a great place to stay - plenty of kitchen tools and beach amenities.

Great location, it’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the busier parts of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. It’s pretty roomy and is a good home base for a vacation to the gulf.

Great location, it’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the busier parts of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. It’s pretty roomy and is a good home base for a vacation to the gulf.

We had our annual "Sisters Family Vacation" plus it was our first time in Gulf Shores. This place had enough beds for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. The place was very clean and nice. The picnic table and grill was a great place for evertone to hangout. The shower out side made rinsing off after coming from the beach a life saver. The owners provided all the information needed for local businesses, restaurants, and public entities. The pool area was clean and nice, plus it was right there by our room so it was easy for part of the family to hang out at the there while the rest were in the pool. My whole family loved the place and will definitely be renting this place again!

Close to the Beach
We had a great experience. The beach house accommodated our family of 9–all got their own bed and there were a couple more beds to still occupy others! The pool is right downstairs and there’s plenty of seating around. Beach access is across the street and they graciously allowed us to use their wagon/chairs. Bring plenty of sunscreen!!!!

This was my first time using VRBO, as well as biding Gulf Shores, and it surpassed my expectations greatly! The house was beautiful and well-kept, right across from the beach, and Craig was great to work with!

Best property ever
This was our fourth February/March trip to Gulf Shores. We spent the last three visits in a condo on the beach, close to some popular restaurants. Due to hurricane damage and the resulting construction, we needed to switch up our regular condo and tried Craig’s property.
We were absolutely amazed with this condo. The pictures don’t even do this place justice. There is so much room and really everything we needed. There was seating in the kitchen area for all to eat, play games (there were cards and a few games here too!), etc. The kitchen was so well stocked- only needed the dish towels that we had packed. There were three upstairs bedrooms with balconies, helping us catch even more sun and nice views. The fourth upstairs “bunk room” and downstairs bedroom with queen bed are great for extra guests too.
It was fantastic to be so close to the beach. Yes it was across the street, but quite visible from the master bedroom balcony, and the beach is really just right there when you cross the street. The beach is amazing, so clean and lots of shells too. :) Our teens took a nice walk “into town” to do a little shopping and ate at their own choice of restaurant. The charcoal grill was great, and we so appreciated the beach toys and chairs (pretty bulky for a road trip, but didn’t need to pack these!).
Craig quickly responded when we had a question at check-in and made sure that we knew we could get in touch with him if needed. There was a nice basket with helpful local info- maps, coupons, phone numbers.
We will definitely be returning here next year- thank you Craig!!!

I can't say enough good about this property! We came in between Hurricane Sally and Hurricane Delta. The private pool was perfect. The space for 5 adults and 5 kids was great too.
