Water fur baby haven.

Debra and David were so friendly and helpful the property was very accommodating for us and our doggie. Can't wait to come back.

Superb

The room size. Everything you need in a kitchen. Yard for dog.

There was no access to the lake. One side had building material blocking access and the other side had gate with no entry sign. It had chairs along the water and would of been relaxing to sit there with a glass of wine. The entry was on busy windy road.

Surrounding area is beautiful. That is why we choose it.

Bed was comfortable Bottle of wine and chocolate bar on arrival. Clean premises. Nice outlook (if you stood on tippy toes over the fence). Plenty of places to visit in surrounding area.

TV too small - nowhere to sit comfortably to watch TV Cottage next door was too close and had very noisy occupants when we first arrived. They quietened down after we complained to host who contacted the occupants. Fortunately, they left the next morning. Otherwise we considered going elsewhere. The area for our 2 dogs was too small. We expected to be able to roam the large property. Minimal dish wash sachets (only 2) only 3 coffee sachets (thankfully we bought our own coffee). No herbal teas. Very minimal amenities. The property unfortunately is situated on a very busy road although the noise didn't disturb us, much care was needed exiting and entering the property.

The position to where we needed was great close by to drive

The type of stove was not adequate it was 2 seperate pieces. Very noisy to traffic being so close. Not being able to go walking of an evening no pathway

A picturesque playground for dogs and human to rest relax and recharge.

If your aim is to relax and recharge this is the place for you. The hosts have everything you need for a break even down to dog bowls and towels for our fur babies. The complimentary wine and chocolate was a sweet touch. A stunning setting right on the river your spoilt for seating areas. Very picturesque setting sipping a drink watching the world go by. Our dogs loved the very large grass area and swimming in the river. The hosts even have their kayaks to enjoy which we loved! You can see the owners have worked extremely hard to showcase this backyard beauty and we certainly appreciated it. Thank you David and Debra for your hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The location is close to many surrounding places to visit. Also loved that my dog could stay with us and he was safe in a secure garden

Pet and kid heaven

We loved the safe open space for the kids and dog to explore. We had lots of fun fishing, kayaking, playing in the river and mud, toasting marshmallows and the large swing.

The kitchen needed some baking trays.

What a beautiful picturesque acreage ❤️❤️❤️ so peaceful and relaxing , David and Debra are the perfect hosts , the cabin was extremely clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay , was so lovely to sit near the fire pit drinking our complimentary wine , oh and not to forget the yummy chocolates , Thank you so much for your hospitality also our 2 doggies also said thank you , with dog bowls and even towels supplied to wipe them down , we certainly will be staying here again 👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent little escape from reality

We loved the huge grassy area for the dogs to play and run free. Host Debra was lovely and more than accommodating.

Beautiful cottage

Cute cosy cottage just great for a short weekend getaway

We didn’t get to use the kayak and swim as the water was muddy after the rain. Otherwise will be better.

We loved our stay at Riverbend

The extra little touches like chocolates on our pillows & wine, even having bowls & doggy bags for our fur baby. The cottage was beautiful with it's rustic charms, firepit in the backyard & a BBQ to enjoy the warm weather. The enclosed dog yard was great for our boy & made him feel at home. The riverfront setting to sit & admire was relaxing. We loved our stay at Riverbend.

Everything was perfect.
