It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV and the other with 3 single beds. Fully equipped living room, sofa and TV. The living room has access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

On foot or by bike you can reach the city center with the beautiful Sacro Cuore church and the modern Piazza Cavour.
The seafront has a beautiful bike path that connects it to both Villa Rosa and Alba Adriatica through a brand new wooden pier, for a total of about 25km. Lovers of bike rides will appreciate it very much.
In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, bike paths.
Also a 10-minute walk will take you to the "Tempo Libero" sports center where you can do various activities such as: tennis, skating on the slopes, bocce and various equipment for children, etc.
