Location ideal for us for our purposes, and good value for money we paid, would stay again if returning to Fazeley

Well situated for what we needed to do, staff friendly and food was good, eggs were lovely . Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean

Stairs were steep but can’t moan about that

Superb

Francis and staff were so helpful. Brilliant customer service there Tea and coffee facilities ... lovely good value breakfast Basic room , clean bed. Not high end accommodation but fantastic value for money Thanks Francis From the Welsh gals x

Not much

Doors had been kicked in. No remote for the TV when I asked for one they just said they had been nicked. Carpets was dirty. Car park was too small so was not able to park my car. Asked for 2 single beds but they could not change my room.

Everything was great ... food , staff and accommodation. Would book again. Minutes away from Drayton Manor

There was live entertainment on Saturday night, which we didn't know. The live entertainment was great, but with a little one, luckily, she never woke up .

One night stay after holiday away.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Comfortable bed. Great nights sleep.

No kettle or tea/coffee in room. Window blind dirty. Noisy guests in other rooms in the morning.

Breakfast was really good value and staff and manager are friendly and very welcoming fantastic people

the room was clean and warm ,convieneant access to the bar and access to kettle for the first cupper in the morning .car parking access convieneant. breakfast in morning was good value and freshly made.

stayed two nights while visiting the NEC. Was convenient but will not stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff, manageress could not be better but the fabric of the place needs attention. bed linen was clean and fresh but pillows and duvet were disgusting!

Room in need of a good overhaul, chipped paintwork, stained carpets, no curtains only a roller blind which was very frayed, TV signal very poor, could not watch as kept pixilating. Bathroom was full of Mould and smelt really bad. food not good, Chips although cooked were WHITE and unappetising.

Cheap but pretty ropey

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bedroom was right next to the main bar - music booming through the walls until gone midnight. Room was very basic - no remote for the TV: “someone must have stolen it” was the explanation. Mirror in the bedroom was cracked and there were holes in the plasterboard.

Cheap and cheerful. Did what we needed though, so thank you.

I liked the room set up, it was normal and had the basics. It was exactly what we needed, just a place to stay for the night, we were able to enjoy ourselves.

Breakfast (cheese on toast) had less than no effort put into it, and the cheese wasn't enjoyable. Beds we're uncomfortable, chairs we're disgusting and ceiling had water marks. If it was rated at 2-2.5 stars I wouldn't be complaining so much, but 3 is a bit high for what we got. Mainly the condition of everything was the issue, a proper clean would make it better.

nothing absolutely disgusting. mould in the bathroom hairs in the shower the rooms are old & run down an absolute tip

Absolutely Superb

Our rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and gave us a good nights sleep. The shower room was also very clean and the shower was lovely. Although coffee & tea wasn't supplied in the rooms there was coffee & tea in the bar area that you could help yourself too as often as you liked. Our breakfast`s were very reasonably priced and very nice. All the staff from the Manager (Fran) downwards were extremely friendly and helpful. we have already booked again for next October

Tip top and idea overnight accommodation for RTTW

Staff were very friendly, room was very good and the breakfast was excellent value for money. Car park was suitable but not too obvious to access as it was around the corner through a service station forecourt, but luckily just behind the beer garden so easily got to by foot.
