Really well located with a mall right in front of it. Just a quick drive to the Harry Potter studios. The apartment was really comfortable and cozy. Amazing and super helpful host.
Absolutely nothing to complain.

The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable in a great location steps away from the town, however very quiet. Secure parking available. We would highly recommend. We were welcomed by Martin to the property and the kitchen was topped up wit cereals and milk

Location was great, easy access to shops and easy commute from train station into London.

Great location, very clean in apartments
A bit noisy as right next to main roads

Loved the apartment and the view was great as it overlooked the big roundabout and although it was noisy with traffic i dont mind that as i sleep better with background noise. The opening balcony was great and the apartment was spacious. Both bathrooms had ensuite as well as an extra bathroom which was great. The parking is very secure to get in and out so that's an extra safety and there are takeaways near by that we could pick food from. I always book hotels but I would definitely consider apartments next time. The host was great with communication as I could always get through to him and he was very helpful.
The only let down was the parking as I didn't get any space in the allocated bay on the first day. There were limited spots you could park in as most were reserved. The parking was also very tight in these spots. With the apartment I had asked for a king and super king bed and I got a king and a double bed but it was still ok as we had a sofa bed in the living room.

Location, location, this 2 bed 2 bath apartment was centrally located in Hemel Hempstead with carparking included. We took the 302 bus to St Albans then the train to parkway, via the new DART train to Luton Airport. Martin and Allison couldn't do enough for us. They organised a very reduced private transport pickup for my husband from Heathrow as he arrived later. Everything was provided for our two and a half week stay. Beds were so comfortable, very high quality. Heating racks in each bathroom, free WiFi, huge amount of TV CHANNELS, dishwasher and washing machines provided with startup powders. Weekly cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels was also provided by "B"and "Gunars" (big thankyou to you both).. It was certainly our home away from home, after some intense tour around Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and Scotland. We walked everyday, to the local historic sites, Old Hemel (film location to a number of English TV series), pub lunch and cold beers to be had at The Bell in the main street. A leisurely 15min walk through Boxmoor Trust paddock filled with 12 black and white Galloway Cows was a joy, as you walk to The Fishery Inn and cafe located next to the grand canal (you can watch the locks being used). We took the train into London regularly. Purchased a return ticket to Watford and used our Oyster cards after that stop, in and around the tube. The British Museum is must and its free. Would recommend this long stay accommodation if you are travelling and using the UK as a base. We flew to Turkey to see Gallipolli for 3 days and only needed handcarry. We left our biger suitcases and personal stuff securely in the apartment. We had travelled from Australia and loved the location and still didnt see all of the local area. We will have to come back. THIS APARTMENT meet all and more of our expectations. Thankyou once again Martin.
Bit of traffic noise some nights but that was it. We shut the double glazed windows. Daytime windows we opened and there was a lovely breeze, as we' were on 4th floor.

Host was more than accomodating, if there was anything we needed they replied straight away. As a family of five there was more than enough space for us. Teenagers and toddler loved the apartment. Appliances and decor was very modern and maintained to a high standard. Close to centre where we could venture out without the car. We stayed for 3 nights. Very quiet, we did not get disturbed by any noise. Great price for what we got, when looking for a place to stay it was much better value than the branded inns and lodges. Would definitely stay again.
Would not change anything.

Very spacious with everything we needed

Accommodation is spacious spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great train link into central London. 15 mins drive to Harry Potter studio tour.
The carpark is accessed via a very tight spiral ramp, many cars have obviously scraped the walls of it judging by the amount of paint marks on it. Also the bay marking is unclear so you may not be able to park in an AB slot if you arrive later in the day.

Martin met us and went through the whole apartment with us. he was kind enough to let us in a little early as we had to leave our previous accommodation early and had nowhere to put our luggage. We greatly appreciated this gesture. Accommodation was right across from the mall which was so convenient for us and we really enjoyed. The apartments were nice, clean and well equipped, we really enjoyed our visit and would consider staying here again if we are back in London.
Corridors of the building were a bit musty, smelt like there had been water damage in the carpets, but that really didnt have anything to do with the apartment we were in.

Location!!
2 seconds from the high street and good driving distance from HP Studios
We had 2 apartments.
1 was perfect. No complaints.
Penthouse was dirty on arrival, light fixings broken or hanging off, lots of damage around the apartment.
This is also a private residential block of flats with units in for holiday accommodation. On the ad it's states no smoking allowed and that monies would be taken but the apartment stank of cannabis.

Location, ease of access, communication with owner, helpfulness of owner, secure parking.
The owner of the property has to get a mention in this, very helpful with location, train info to London etc, best places to eat etc, I can’t recommend him enough! We stayed here as we were going to Harry Potter world which was a very close drive away, and a trip into London the next day. the train was a 20min walk from the property, shops and restaurants right across the road! Great location! Thank you!
As a family of 5 we struggle with finding a well priced property to stay in for trips away. The accommodation was 2 double beds which were taken by myself and the kids but my husband had to have the sofa bed in the lounge. Not ideal, but for the price it worked! So can’t complain!

The apartment comes with a private bathroom in the master bedroom. Don't have to take turns to share a bathroom/toilet with other guests.
The check in process is a little complicated for those who are driving or need to park a car.

Owner showed us around. Showed us how everything worked. He even came early so we could get in sooner than arranged. Staff I spoke to on phone were really helpful too. The apartment had everything you could possibly need plus water and milk in fridge, cereal and coffee, tea etc.
We were about 10/15 minutes from Harry Potter studios so perfect location. Lots of shops, restaurants on doorstep too.
Secure parking underground with security gates.
