La pozione,la colazione,lo staff... Tutto fantastico
6.0 / 10.0

The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is good and the location was perfect for us, close to the beach and many bars/restaurants in the area. Lovely staff, especially Babette who made us feel welcome right from the start.
They confirmed late check ins were possible and then cancelled our first night one day before our arrival, saying reception availability had changed. We got a refund, but still it was very upsetting and stressful to have to look for a new place to stay with such short notice. We still had a great stay despite that.

great location, 5 minutes away from all 3 beaches, nice and quite even with a bar next door, nice roof top area and clean.
limited breakfast and limited reception staff, wasn’t on duty when needed and a struggled to get in contact with but very friendly when they were there.

Rooms were clean, and cleaned to a high standard every day.
All staff were very helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome.
Cooked food at breakfast was cold, and a lot of cups were chipped.

Location was nice, a lot of restaurants nearby, a public parking close by, about 5 min walking distance. Rental bike shop close by and easy access to the mountain area.

the staff was sooo nice and helpful
the meat (mortadella )in the breakfast was Halal
-the hotel changes the bedding every 3days and not everyday which is bad.
-the bed was uncomfortable
-There was no variety in the breakfast and the juice was not natural. But special thanks to the Moroccan woman working there, every time we asked for mortadella she brought it to us

The staff was really friendly and helpful, they speak English and German really well. The room service always kept the room clean. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Great location, lots of stores, restaurants and beach nearby.
Elevator was a bit noisy, bed in the standard room was a bit uncomfortable at times.

Location, the breakfast on the terrace, nice bathroom, rooftop lounge
Towels weren’t that clean, water problem on our last night (we couldn’t take a shower for a couple of hours) but the hotel staff did there best to solve the problem

it was okay, the reception lady was super nice at check-in.
Very friendy and kind stuff.
the location is great, you can easly go for afternoon or evening drink of snack something. Like the location really is perfect. And few meters away you have free parking, if you rent a car.
I will not lie but you kind of get bored of breakfast after few days.
The room could be a little bit bigger.

Very well located. A lot of options for breakfast. Friendly staff that wanted to assist. Good sleep. Spacious balcony.
Our room did not have a sofa as described but an extra bed which was not ready and dirty. The bathroom also had a strong bad smell so they changed our room which was much better. WiFi was down for at least a full day. The front desk is not 24 HR manned as per the description so you need to inform in advance for late check in.

Breakfast, location.
Flooding in the bathroom because of leaking at the shower, noisy neighbours in the early morning because of thin walls.

The location was very good. The hotel and the rooms were kept very clean. The staff was very polite and tried to help as much as they could.
A free parking lot was also near the hotel which was very convinient as we could always find a parking spot. A covid pcr/rapid was provided by tbe hotel for a reasonable price and we received the result very fast.
The rooms had a broken telephone line that should be connected to the phone you call the reception with. We asked the staff about it and they said they will resolve the issue soon but it did not get fixed. There were lights that did not work. The windows were really small and they had cell bars on the outside, making it feel like we were looking through a prison window. The staff spoke little to no English and we could rarely find anyone to talk to at the reception or anywhere else in the hotel. The food was of poor quality. The water was most likely pumped in a weird way because the flow and temperature of it was not stable.

The room was very quiet(soundprooved Windows), clean and updated. Good location. Breakfast la la, but ok.

Close to the beach. Covid test available in hotel for the way back. Nice breakfast.
No baby beds available during the firstnight, even we requested in our reservation. We received it from second day. No baby chair available in the hotel (e.g. for breakfast).
