Disappointing

Location

3rd floor to walk up. No kettle or tea making. TV did not work. Very basic room

Amazing location!

Amazing location and the place really was like a little Palazzetto.

A little bit difficult to climb the stairs with luggage, but the staff is very helpful with that.

Sorrento is such a beautiful city and this was a great place to stay.

It was conveniently located to the town center. Frederica was an absolute life saver and excellent communicator!!

The room was very dark - a better overhead light would have been great.

Location was fantastic! If you want to be right in city centre this is the place to be

Bed was extremely hard and so we’re pillows but overall very good size room. Shower did not work well but to be fair it wasn’t a big enough problem so we did not notify manager until end of our stay

Great location for getting around Sorrento. Lovely clean room with a large comfortable bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent in Sorrento, in the centre of the historic city.

Room was extremely small. Nowhere to sit, to put luggage, to place toiletries in bathroom. Bathroom was extremely narrow... Had to store luggage underneath bed.

Great accommodation. Very reasonable prices and central location.

Excellent location. Sergio was very helpful, giving us great tips for local restaurants (all of which were very nice and reasonably priced). Very close to the steps down to the beach restaurants.

As it is very central, it was quite noisy. It is in the same building as the church of the santa maria delle grazie, so we were woken very early on Sunday morning by the church bells!

The matrass was a bit hard and the length was also a bit short for me (190cm)

Nice little haven

Central location but not super busy.

The little street could be noisy but really well isolated when the windows were shut. Other aspect windows could provide good enough ventilation.

cheap for a reason, but a clean and decent place to sleep.

good location, good price, housekeepers we’re great with keeping it clean.

there was no hand soap provided for the duration of our stay. there was no information about the wifi in the building (I ended up sending a message to the property over booking.com to ask for the password. the wifi was free but you had to ask to find out how to connect.) most annoyingly, there was nobody there when we arrived to check in. we provided our flight information and estimated time of arrival to the property ahead of time and even arranged a taxi through the hotel, so they knew when we’d be there. the taxi driver called reception twice when we were close and nobody answered. we were eventually left outside the hotel for about 20 minutes by ourselves close to midnight before anyone showed up. throughout our stay, we never saw anybody at reception. we ended up bumping into another couple while we were staying there who were also locked out and couldn’t get ahold of anyone at reception to check them in.

Stunning apartment in Sorrento!

La Palazzetto is a lovely spacious apartment located in the heart of Sorrento with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Our host Valeria was so kind and accommodating on arrival. She even organised our car parking when we arrived which we were very grateful for.

My stay in Sorrento was lovely and relaxing, my b& b was brilliantly central , lovely and clean with very friendly and helpful hosts and lovely staff, i would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our time in Sorrento :)

It is very centrally located. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and nice, AC worked very well. We enjoyed our stay.

The fridge was too cold and our fruit and sacks froze. No breakfast included.

location is great. check-in was smooth. for an older hotel it was very spacious and very clean

I initially thought it was noisy but then realized all the windows and shutters were open. it’s fine when they are closed. bathroom is a little small

Spacious Apartment in a Great Neighborhood

This apartment was in a wonderful neighborhood and we found local markets, shops and restaurants that suited us perfectly. It was very spacious for 4. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen to bring back fresh foods and prepare some of our own, along with eating out. Most importantly, with the heat of our trip (37°C-96°F) we still felt cool, grazie!!

The only problems we encountered were no extra toilet paper or paper towels!

This place has a very nice location. Easy to reach the lift. They helped me for the late check-out. And Valeria was very helpful.

I would love to not to carry my bag to my room which was on top with very narrow stairs of the hotel. The room was clean but towels would be more fresh.
