The mattress was great.
The pressure of the shower and the temperature control was great.
The furniture was ok. Both the entrance door and bedroom door had entry access codes. The manager was kind and easy to reach.
The windows are not good.
There is a high pitch noise coming from the TV or the fridge. I felt a breeze, and you could hear noise from outside. The heating hours were not regulated by us. The TV remote was sticky.

Clean, close to my location.
The smell in the furniture was bad. The breakfast was usual and flat.

The place was super comfortable and clean. The price was affordable, and although the hotel is outside the center, it is easy to access it by underground (line Victoria).
I liked everything. I would just recommend (as a suggestion) to leave extra info about London in the rooms, like indication of restaurants, sightseeing and even tips.

Do not stay here. Its not a guest house. People live permanently at this property. It feels like a bail hostel.

clean comfortable bed, handy location for us.
Grubby carpets. Musty smell. Cold damp bathroom with black mould in the shower and a strong mouldy smell. No heater or extractor fan in the bathroom. There was a dirty duvet cover shoved into a basket in the room. The extension cable was sticky and dirty. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. I didn’t like to think what it was like under the beds.

Very good shower pressure. Staff very friendly. Would stay again.
Would have liked clean glasses and mugs after we'd used them.

Everything is clean, the employee there is very kind and the parking lot is excellent with cameras, and it is as close as the subway, the bus station, the supermarket

This accommodation was clean, tidy and nice. It is close to the undergroud and you can get to the citycentre in 20 minutes.
Small bathroom but if you stay just for few days it is not a big deal.

The room is small but clean, and located close the subway. There's a lot of shops and restaurants around and just a few steps to Walthamstow market..If you are looking for an affordable accommodation for 1 night this is the place for you.
The owners are never there. There's a lot of people knocking the door at night. One night someone was knocking for over 30 minutes

Very clean and cozy. Not in the center of London, but very close to the metro station. The staff were very friendly.

Great location, easy to find, check is was easy and could check in a little earlier as the room was ready. Very friendly staff, Room was cleaned whilst we were out, modern decor.
Only negative was there was a slight damp carpet patch in the room. However it wasn't really an issue as we didn't stay in the room much as well were visiting london.

The price was much cheaper than anything else we could find but honestly the room was exactly what we needed. Was clean, had a fridge freezer, fan, en-suite, 4 of everything. Was a perfect budget room for 4 for the night
