The view from the room was amazing .The place was cozy modern classic . breakfast was delicious ..enjoying it infront of the lake view was wow

The property is exceptional, and the staff upgraded our room to make it special because I was celebrating my pre-wedding mother-daughter vaca and my mom's birthday. They made us feel very special. The spa was amazing and we had incredible massages. The pool area, the cocktails, and the decor are so beautiful. The breakfast was phenomenal. Would definitely come back.
The room was great but the shower only has a half door which meant the floor got soaked every time we used it. Small price to pay, but just something I hope the hotel takes note of. The service at the pool area was not great and as mostly English speakers, we found the level of English speaking of the staff in some areas of the hotel was quite poor and made the experience more challenging for us to get the information we needed about menu items, etc and to communicate with them. While the breakfast was exceptional, we made a reservation at the hotel restaurant for dinner Lotte and it was quite disappointing... It was the only mediocre meal we had in all of our 5 weeks in Israel and it had been recommended to us. Not sure if they were just having an off day but...

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the pool area. There is no shortage of comfortable furniture, and the large waterfall shower head in the room was a plus. Guests were treated to a live musical performance in the evening, which was really very good, and a yoga session was on offer in morning. As Booking guests entry into the spa was included, which we didn’t originally realise. There is a very large jacuzzi (with a view of the lake) and both wet and dry saunas. Staff were very helpful every time we needed them. The hotel was quiet which was nice, although that could have been because we were there on a Monday. Would definitely come again :)
There were some orange stains on our duvet when we arrived. Some of the welcome information was out of date (on the winter timetable). It said the pool closes at 16:00, but actually it closed at 18:00.

The hotel is right on Lake Kinneret with its own private swim area. Lovely location and great setup. Fantastic breakfast buffet.
The gym needs to be updated and made bigger.

The grounds were beautiful. The area around the pool was lovely. The private beach. The rooms were very nice.
Sean was wonderful and very helpful. Aside from him though we found the staff to be below average. For example, we asked the beach boy for towels, he basically yelled at another boy to help us. He brought us two small towels. When we left the property, we dragged our luggage and put it into our car. Even though there were three employees at the front desk, No one helped. Similarly, in the dining room, I mentioned that some of the food did not have spoons for serving at the Buffet. No one seemed to care, and no spoons were retrieved.

Very nice hotel on the waters edge but no beach in front .Very modern and bright feel
Car parking was very good .Staff were generally helpful especially reception and activities desk.
Restaraunt dinner and breakfast had strange choices compared to other Isreali hotels so opted for steak for dinner which was good but expensive
We were upgraded to large balcony room with jacuzzi but no privacy as neighbours both sides and above good see us and we could hear them .

The lobby and the outdoors are stunning. Staff were very nice. Spa was a good experience.
Rooms are not huge. Not good to have a room next to a elevator as you hear through noise from people talking while waiting for the elevator as well as the elevator itself can make noise.

We noted that it was my wife's birthday and the gave us a terrific room upgrade and some gifts in the room. Breakfast we very good. Room was luxurious by local standards and had an amazing view.
I was slightly disappointed that there was no sliced fruits/melons offered at breakfast. Which basically means that we were overall - very satisfied.

Beautifully designed, lovely view of the kineret, spacious room and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating- one of the best service I have received in Israel.
The room was very hot and we couldn’t control the temperature. The spa was small and did not have a lot of spaces to sit. There was also a 30 shekel per person entrance fee which is a bit strange.
