About this house rental

Our wonderful double-master home is a vacation paradise. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, our home offers quick access to Charlotte Harbour and the Gulf of Mexico. Our dock is a wonderful place to tie up your boat or fish in the clean, deep canal. Relax and enjoy the heated pool in the comfort and protection of our over-sized Lanai with southern exposure. Both bedrooms have large windows with great canal views, an open and airy feeling and sliding glass doors opening to the Florida room. The house is fully stocked with everything you'll need, just bring clothes and food.

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Very comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen. The heated pool was awesome and husband really enjoyed fishing on the dock.

This property was a great stay fo us in Punta Gorda Isles. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and the 2 baths were great for us. The kitchen was well equipped and very convenient to cook meals in. My husband loves lap swimming and the pool was perfect for that. The views through the back windows of the canal make the patio and pool area a very relaxing place to spend time.

This was a great place to stay. It was exactly as advertised, and I loved the location. Close to shopping / restaurants / parks but in a quiet residential neighborhood. House needs a little attention but I'm sure the owner (who was very responsive) will update when they are in the area. The pool was perfect. I rent a home with a private pool each year and the pool at this property has been my favorite so far. Hope to return within the next year. Thank you Wanda for a wonderful experience.

The property was like a piece of paradise. The view was amazing. We didn't really stay in the house much on our trip as we were either out site seeing, at a wedding or in the backyard enjoying the pool and view. After a busy day the bed was super comfy and helped to send us off to dream land quickly. Would highly recommend this property. The owner was also very responsive to any messages and extremely friendly and helpful.

The home made our trip more enjoyable. The pool and two master suites are wonderful additions to make everyone more comfortable. The only issue we had was the A/C it could not cool off the entire house. One of my girls slept in the couch because two in the bed and room the rooms warm temp was too much for her. I did the let the owner know so hopefully that is resolved for the next person. The home is well stocked with the essentials and the view is beautiful!

Absolutely wonderful! Only suggestion would be to put on the description the necessity of getting trailer storage for the week. No trailer parking allowed &!we thankfully received a courtesy notice instead of a citation to pay. We found RV/Trailer storage 2 miles away and it wasn’t a problem. The house was perfect! We enjoyed it very much!

Sunny skies, jumping fish and a relaxing pool made leaving after our stay a sad morning. The house is located near fisherman's village which is filled with shops and restaurants and a great place to watch the sunset. We would definitely recommend this house to any that asked.

Had a wonderful time getting out of the frigid north for the month. Weather was perfect! House is clean, neat, and has everything needed for a long stay. The location is stellar, in a nice neighborhood with lots of walkers, and dogs. We did bring our two dogs with us, and walked them twice a day. Nice neighbors. The house has a fabulous pool, and lanai where we could lounge and watch boats come and go on the canal just off the backyard. The owner is very nice, and accommodating. I would recommend this property anytime.

No complaints, exactly as described. Nice amenities outdoors around pool with lounges, umbrellas. Interior a bit dated but we had no problem with that, kitchen well stocked. BBQ is on it’s last legs though. Quiet, nice neighborhood- would rent again. Thx Wanda!

Property will need improvements as it is showing major wear. Location was great. Loved the Florida room especially on the few days that were very cold. But the sliders open to almost full open to the pool area on warm days. Neighbors were awesome. We talked with most around us. It is a dog friendly street with everyone respectful of property but understanding of their needs. We felt like we belonged in the neighborhood and not as renters

The house is situated in a well established neighborhood. The streets have lights so easier to walk the pets at night. There are only a couple of fenced yards in neighborhood. Be prepared to walk your pet on a schedule. The pool temp was easy to adjust. It is a large deeper pool. The Florida room has triple slider doors to go out to pool. This room is terrific. The master tub/shower is space limited. The water pressure is good though. Fun to see well made MOEN faucets that are probably from the 50's. The house is clean. The sheets and towels are clean. The couches (updated) are firm and clean (no smells). We automatically wipe down stuff upon arriving but with reading the check out instructions, a lot depends on the last guests. Just give yourself and your guests a "lets wipe it down anyway" prep talk. This house is well worth the value they are charging per night. It is an older home that will continue to take years to update so it is an ideal retirement home. Slow and steady. There are floats and beach gear in the garage. There is plenty of glassware (bring paper plates and SOLO cups if you are around the pool eaters) We would encourage others to consider this property. It is 3?miles from fisherman's village. That place is awesome! There are so many floridA walkways to take advantage of. If you are like us though, the grill was our best friend and the awesomeness of the pool kept us at home.

This was a perfect little house for my teenage son and I. The decor and appliances were dated, but everything was incredibly clean and well kept. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed it tremendously. Nice little neighborhood, close to lots of food options. The host was kind and helpful!

Everything is really beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Pool is big and perfect and we loved being right on the canal. We had some small Issues that were of noones fault and Wanda took care of it quickly. Everything excellent.
