Ski-in/ski-out access approximately 185 yards to end of parking lot via 'Down Under' trail. Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. Slope availability does vary throughout the season. For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resort’s website.
Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. No Dock Slip.

Please Note: The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.

I went with my family for long weekend to celebrate my birthday. The condo was beautiful and clean. The area had many places to have family fun and the place was very clean. Would stay here again.

Awesome!
We were so pleased with the accommodations, amenities, and location. There is nothing old, run down, or dingy about this home. It is a gem! The interior is decorated so nicely (love the bear decor!) and it is easy to see that it is lovingly maintained. We took full advantage of all this home has to offer - home cooking, grilling, hot tub, game table, and even found time to read one of the many books that was available. The unit truly felt like our home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and this home so much, we are looking to book again next year.

Not what we reserved
Less than 3 hours before check on Railey Vacations switched our rental due to water damage. Reserved a family oriented home and got a bachelor pad. Everything was dusty dead flies in bedrooms dusty dishes showers had no water pressure. The clothes washer was filthy. Didn't use dishwasher had a big pile of soap stuck in it. There was no thermostat in the wall just bare wires sticking out and the heat wouldn't stop blowing.

Overall, we loved our stay, beautiful spacious and clean TH. Very prompt response to any our needs. Our only issue was getting to a dock to go fishing - listing made it sound as if we could walk out to lake from the house but in fact we had to drive 20 min to the state park.

The home was very comfortable and homey. The hot tub and fireplace were nice. The kitchen was well situated with tools and equipment. From the maps and photos we believed the property was on the same plot of land to the lake. Family felt uncomfortable going to what appeared to be private property to access the lake. Overall it was a nice break.

Fantastic place
We lost our booking the day before we were supposed to leave. We found this place online at the very last minute and were able to book. The house was perfect. It accommodated 6 of us very comfortably. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. It was decorated so well, and everything was very clean. The area was quiet and the few people around were very friendly. The only complaint was the spiral staircase that led up to the loft. It was extremely narrow and very hard to come down. I assume the loft is meant more for children but we needed the bed up there. The beds were very comfortable too! We would all stay here again!
