The location was perfect - the Cottage was beautifully decorated and so very clean. Stuart was a welcome host that booked us in and also the Chef who made a wonderful breakfast. Janet we met later and she is the perfect host - very attentive during breakfast and she chatted all having breakfast and it made it a nice friendly time and nice to know the others that were staying. Also the Teddy Bears are a nice touch in the rooms since the bear is Warwicks symbol. We have stayed in many old properties in the UK but this is certainly one of the best. Would recommend highly - the perfect place to stay in Warwick.
not applicable as it was all good.

Janet and Stuart were so kind, and very helpful with suggestions about sites and restaurants in Warwick. My room, the Potting Shed, was beautifully appointed and the bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend this property!!

We enjoyed our breakfasts and the location was very convenient.
Only a very minor thing - 1 pack of biscuits each day in our room. All previous hotels you get two packets. This did not spoil our stay. Stuart and Janet made us very welcome.
2.5
the location and the exposed beams.
decor needs to be updated I.e. looks old and tried. lots of dust on mirrors and tv remote was sticky with dirt had to clean before using. . mould on window and bathroom tiles/ silicone. continental breakfast was a joke 1 brunt croissant. bed needs a new mattress.

Beautiful room and fantastic breakfast.
We loved the information on the history of the building.
We could hear the noise from the road at night so perhaps the windows could be looked into, but this didn't stop us from sleeping.

Beautiful accommodation. Janet and Stuart friendly and welcoming. One word for breakfast perfect. Was such a treat to stay somewhere so historic and well maintained, room immaculate comfy bed and no noise from inside or outside. Ive already been recommending it and look forwards to returning.

We stayed here for a couple of nights just before Christmas and it was wonderful. Lovely touches in the room, personalised chocolate on the pillow, and if you want to be in central Warwick one of the few places to stay with a car park which makes a huge difference (parking in Warwick can be a nightmare!). Knowledgeable and friendly hosts. Thank you - we will be back!

Very friendly and accommodating, helpful for advice for the area.
Nothing, although lighting in room was a little dim, but understandable in this day and age.

Very thoughtful hosts- everything has been thought about to make your stay comfortable and safe. The property is very old with quirky, interesting features, I had a room with a 200 year old 4 poster bed. very cosy . Plenty of breakfast choice. Janet and her husband are very friendly and helpful with local advice.
Stairs to upstairs rooms may be problematic for anyone with mobility issues as steep and winding but janet did help with bags etc.

We liked everything about Park Cottage, the hosts were very friendly and gave us ideas where to go for food etc. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing!
Wasn't over keen on the stairs but they were in keeping with the age of the building and didn't deter us from having a fabulous stay. (loved the teddies)
