Excellent location for visiting the Royal Palace and for the train to Naples.
The swimming pool was a real bonus.
A rather limited dinner menu (excluding pizza which did not appeal) and whilst the food presentation was great the actual taste was disappointing.

Well presented. The room was lovely.
The local area was shall we say unusual

Great place to stay the staff friendly helpful and we immediately felt relaxed. The restaraunt and waiting staff were great.Breakfast first rate. Would not hesitate to stay here again
There was nothing that they could have done to improve our stay it was great.

Good location close to station and Royal Palace. Friendly staff.
Room quite dark with a balcony having a 6 foot wall so could not see out. Lack of dressing table or desk with mirror. No table availability at on site restaurant on a Saturday night as sold out to locals.

The underground garage
The location, just a short walk from downtown

The staff was very helpful. We had a lot of luggage and because there was no trolley to carry the luggage in the receptionist offered his help to carry some of the luggage from the car to the room.
Breakfast was very nice, good choices for everyone, room was spacious and clean, the pool we didn't use because we were there at the end of October and there was no time but it looks great. The gardens and the pool of the hotel are beautiful, clean and maintained well. The dining room has got a view of the nice garden, very pleasant to dine in there. We were very happy with the parking facilities too.
Location is great in order to get to the Royal Palace and train station - both are in walking distance.
We would go back to the hotel again, if it was located in a different city.
The hotel was really good. Nothing of the following is a reflection of their services.
The town of Caserta is not nice, shabby shops around, garbage on the streets, dirty, the entry to the Royal Palace is a disgrace, weeds and dirt and dog droppings were everywhere in October, no flowers, plants or anything nice in the front garden. Very sad. The city council or whoever is in charge should hold their head in shame to let such a jewel in such a sad state.

The room exceeded our expectations as it consisted of two rooms and was very quiet. The hotel clearly positions itself as quite prestigious and it succeeds.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as it is inside the block.

We eat at the restaurant in the first night. We ask for main dishes as well as well for a pizza. The pizza was the best we had in Italy.
It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel.

Big comfortable room and lovely swimming pool outside. Bed was comfy. We used the bar in the evening which was nice and the breakfast was OK.
Our room wasn't ready when we came to check in at 2pm after a hot day walking round the Royal Palace. We had to wait longer than expected even though the hotel seemed pretty empty.

The pool area was beautiful and the staff was very helpful.
More options at breakfast. There were mainly cakes.

A real oasis. lovely staff. The hotel setting was good. Excellent restaurant. Super room.
the area it is in, very run down. not the hotels fault. underground parking ramp scraped the underside of the car. Again, nothing they could do about it.

It’s set back from the street so it’s very quiet. The staff was so helpful and gracious. They assisted us with several travel arrangements. The property is beautiful inside and out. They provided a lovely breakfast. We also had dinner at their restaurant one night. It was delicious! We highly recommend it.

Beautiful grounds and spacious, well-appointed room! Marco went out of his way to help us.
Minor issues (safe wasn’t operable, water went off one morning) but those were just little hiccups.

The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.
There is access to parking.
The staff reply immediately if you have a question.
Deceiving descriptions: The hotel itself is ok, but I didn't like the fact that the description as a 4-star hotel was extremely deceiving. On arrival, we got told that the pool was not open, despite the fact that the weather was 20+ degrees and that there was no indication for this in the descriptions and that indeed pictures of the pool are used to promote the hotel. It looked to me like they do this on purpose, so you are willing to pay more for a service, which in the end, you cannot access.
Poor security for bags: I liked the fact that we were able to drop out bags at an earlier time, but they were just simply put behind a sofa in the reception area. I'm not sure how a 4-star hotel does not have a baggage closet or at least puts the bags in a more secure location. Anyone could have entered and taken our luggage.
Breakfast: The breakfast was not good; it was limited and constantly we were running out of certain items like salty bread and ham. The fact that there was only one person waitressing and topping up the food, meant that we could have long stretches without coffee or the food we wanted. This could have been easily solved by having another person helping during busier times.
There were also some details that make it feel like a cheap hotel. I would have been happy if I hadn't paid a premium for the pool that we could not use and the breakfast, which was very poor.

The room was really big and the facilities were great!! The swimming pool and garden were nice, a kind of oasis in Caserta (which really is a dirty city). We liked the breakfast and the hotel has an ideal location if you want to visit Naples (Napoli) and Pompeii!
The WiFi wasn't really good, but okay enough.
