About this villa rental
Our beautiful villa sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea and an en suite bathroom. There are two further bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a spectacular view of the pool and the sea. The villa has views over Los Lobos island and Lanzarote and is about 15 minutes walk from Corralejo centre. It has its own pool (heating optional) and decking with outdoor dining area. It is perfect for families as is secure within its own garden. Please note the pool can be heated for €50 per week. It does not turn it into a jacuzzi, but does take the chill off. Recommended only from around September to end April.

No cleaning materials. A bottle of water on arrival wld have been great. Dbl bed upstairs very hard so someone had to sleep in one of the bunks. Upstairs shower very dodgy getting in and out , a rail wld be great. . Had a wonderful stay. Villa was immaculate and location on the beach was amazing. Taxis to town so easy and the two beach clubs walking distance. Couple of issues with pool but Audra had it fixed asap. Wld highly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit special.

We were a party of 12. The villa was amazing just as described could not fault it in anyway at all. Communication with owner was excellent, would definitely recommend this villa.

We were a group of 8 adults including 91 year old Dad and a sister with an ankle injury😱 coming from 2 different parts of the UK.
The house was just as we expected, clean, well equipped, loads of towels for everyone. We were asked to ensure the house towels didnt go outside which we respect. The property manager wasnt able to greet us as she had an emergency with another property but instructed us and came round the following day to check in with us. No problem at all.
The pool was great for cooling off but not necessarily to practice swimming the channel but it was perfectly adequate. Lots of seating inside and out.
Theres a little supermarket round the corner about 2 minutes walk but if you want a big shop you’d have to walk further.
The beach was literally across the road with a couple of bars nearby and you could walk the whole length of the beach to the far end of the town which was probably quicker than going along the road.
If I had a couple of moans it would be that I think the description of a 10 minute walk to amenities isnt….its more like 15 minutes which was a bit much for Dad. The “Ankle Injury” got a mobility scooter which was amazing and there was even somewhere to park in the front yard and an extension lead available to charge it up. Also air con would really set this up to be a perfect spot. We kept the shutters down in the master bedroom.
If we were to do it again we would have no hesitation in renting this place again. We loved it overall.

The location is fabulous, easy walking distance to the town and the beach. A couple of very close beach bars and a supermarket were handy too.
The property is spacious and plenty of seperate spaces to relax (especially when in a big group). Rooms downstairs with bunks and twin beds - ideal for the kids.
3 double/twin rooms upstairs. Nice large dining table for family get togethers.
The outside space is great - good size pool and astro lawn make it fun to be out there.
The kitchen has everything you could need. The shower room was freshly refitted and very handy being on the ground level so good for the pool.
The local host was great - showing us round the property and answering any questions we had.
We did find a couple of issues but nothing that detracted from the holiday (no locks on the bathrrom doors and a landing window that was dificult to close to wistled when the wind got up) - nothing that would detract from this 5* review.
We'd stay there again - it was great value, a fab location
and a lovely family house.

The property was amazing… checking in and out were super easy. The house was close to everything. Plenty of shops close by also a scooter parking area right on the corner.

The villa was perfect for our week away with family and friends. There was plenty of space for our large group and the children. And the pool was enjoyed!!!
The villa is well equipped for large groups, and with the large table is was perfect for eating at home.
Great location - close to beaches, supermarkets and a short walk into the main part of town. Nice walk to the start of the dunes too!

This Villa is everything we hoped it would be. Super clean and comfortable, well stocked, amazing views and location and tonnes of space to relax. Pool was really clean and bigger than we expected. It’s only a short walk from a few beach bars and a supermarket. Really no need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield. Lovely little market square under 10 mins walk away, with the main street (full of bars, restaurants, shops) a few minutes further. The water park was only a 20 minute walk away too (or 5 mins on a Link E scooter). Fabulous!

Overall this was an amazing villa . Its a 2 min walk to the beach , and maybe 5 mins to sunset lounge , a 15 min walk down the beach will see you in town or alternatively rent a scooter and have a fun 5 min scoot . Some of the showers could probably do with replacing ,i imagine they dont last too long in a humid country as they look a little rusty but thats a minor issue .

Overall this was an amazing villa . We highly recommend this property for an extended family holiday. We spent four weeks here, at at one time there were 11 of us. 7 adults and 4 children. The house offered everything for an amazing holiday. It was spacious inside and fully equipped to meet our needs. The balcony off the master area was lovely and the views were stunning. In fact there were views from all the upstairs rooms.
The outside area was superb. The pool and surrounding area was a great area for family fun and there were quiet areas where one could sit and relax.
The Villa itself was about a 15 minute walk from the main area of Corralejo and the sand dunes were a very short drive away.
Catie the owner was very easy and helpful to deal with and should we have another large family holiday this is where we would book.

We made the most of all of the eating areas, verandas and balconies that the Villa had to offer and will miss seeing the morning sun from the balcony whilst enjoying a morning coffee whilst the children enjoyed a leisurely lie in....peace and quiet!!!
The centre of Corralejo is a ten minute stroll along the beach and there are some real gems of places to eat or grab some cocktails and tapas.
The girls are already planning a return trip and I don’t think the adults will need much persuading!

Family holiday
Fabulous location- just right for beaches & town (both within walking distance). Lovely spacious villa & even better than photos as now has new kitchen & sofa. Great outside space with nice seating areas around the house. Fantastic views from much of the house & loved the view from kitchen window- washing up did not seem such a chore! A real home from home which makes for a relaxing holiday. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This was a perfect place to stay for our extended family. The location is fantastic, you can watch the surfers from the garden! Lovely family holiday over Christmas
We had a lovely time at the villa. Some problems with the electrics tripping out and the alarm system. Apart from that it was a lovely place to stay and we had a wonderful Christmas break. We would recommend this villa to large groups/families. Weather was perfect for December and we speant time on the beach and in the sea. Pool was still cold even though heated. First private rental we have stayed that did not provide welcome pack. As we arrived late and there were 12 of us some bread and milk would have been appreciated for the next morning. Overall a nice place.

A Very Enjoyable Holiday with Family and Friends
We have just returned from a 2-week stay at Villa Rafiki.
We had 2 families with a mix of adults, 18-21's and younger children - and it was well suited to all of our age brackets.
Catie was very helpful providing information prior to our holiday and also (with Audra's help) whilst we were there.
The villa definitely lived up to the pre-conceptions we had formed from the photos on the website - it is spacious and comfortable and we found it very easy to relax and enjoy there.
The location is also very good - it is in a quiet cul-de-sac but is only around a 10 minute walk to both the main beach and to the town centre.
We have been to Corralejo a few times and love the place - Villa Rafiki helped make this visit just as enjoyable as all the others.

Spacious and Excellent Location - Walking Distance from Town
Pleasant spacious house which worked well as a base for our weeks stay.
Initial challenge with the pool due to the hot weather, was resolved after much technical input from the pool experts, then it was perfect.
House was furnished appropriately for the number of bedrooms, which is not always the case, and the provision of beach towels was a bonus.
The house being located at the quieter end of Corralejo ensured we could avoid the hustle and bustle if we wished or take a 15-20 minute walk along the beach and soon be in the midst of the town.
Hire a cheap car and see all of the island or just stay at the pool....

Really great place to stay with family. Plenty of room to enjoy the warm sunshine and a great pool for everyone to play in! Would definitely recommend.

We thought the property was in an almost perfect location we loved the space especially outside.
We loved the fact that there was sunny and shady space outside the villa. The pool, however, never got warm enough for us, the pool maintenance guy came out and said that the things hadn't been set right and he had work to do on it after we left. However, it was a nice size and temperature is a subjective thing. The dining area is lovely and a good size space and we put the nice brick barbecue to good use. The rooms are all a decent size and were well prepared. It was great to have the use of free towels for the pool and sunbathing. The safe is in an awkward position and we couldn't get it to work but one call to Audra, who was very helpful on both occasions we had to call her, sorted it out. The kitchen was well equipped and satisfied all our needs especially the extra 'drinks' fridge.
The location is almost perfect just across from a nice beach with 15 minutes walk, along the beach, into town and 5/15 minute walks to supermarkets.

Outstanding private villa in superb location
Catie provided as much information as requested before arriving, so we were well prepared when we arrived. The villa is beautiful, in an excellent location and has everything you could possibly want - and more. Not having the hassle of taking towels or kids' play things is a bonus. I went in a party of 8 adults plus my grandson (2 years), there was ample room for all of us and the master bedroom is amazing. You are about 25 mins walk along the beach into Corralejo, there is a local supermarket literally round the corner and the beach is just across from the villa. I would definitely stay again if I could round up enough people to fill this very spacious villa. Once again many thanks to Catie for all her help. Amazing place.

A Lovely villa in a great location .
Thanks Catie and Graham for letting us rent your great villa, we couldn't have asked for more. The views from the main bedrooms are amazing and it was lovely to wake up the perfect sunrises.
There were 7 adults in our party ranging from 82 years to 28 including our 19 month old granddaughter and the villa suited all our needs. It's the perfect location for a gently stroll into the town.
Happy memories of our holiday will stay with us .

The description of the villa backed up by the information provided by Catie was spot on. Location on the edge of the town was ideal as the walk back at night was long enough to burn off the dinner but away from any noise. Villa was clean and tidy on arrival and easy to maintain during our stay. 5 couples in the 5 bedrooms meant the place was used to its max. The outside pool and dining area fitted our needs perfectly especially with the fortunate weather we had. Managed to cook a couple of evening meals in the kitchen but was mainly used for breakfasts. Pool was cleaned midweek. Catie recommended Easyriders bike hire just around the corner to hire some mountain bikes for a couple of days. Stefan was very helpful and the bikes came in useful to explore the whole town. Also did the cycle of Lobos via the ferry which was interesting, remember to take own food or get back early. Would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone with similar numbers to us. Catie was very efficient at responding to questions before we went.

The heated pool is fantastic & with a 20 minutes walk you're in the nice center of Correlejo.
Problems in the house will be solved in no time by Audra!

First Class Villa, First Class Holiday
Could not fault this Villa, We've used many villas through owners direct and can say undoubtedly this was the very best we've used. Perfectly located for Rocky point. Paddle and surf board hire only a few hundred yards away. Flat water for beginners and full on surf for the hairy chested all within the same bay. The communication with the owners was superb. Info left in the Villa very helpful. Wi-Fi and Tv faultless... Ipad heaven for the family. We didn't have to talk to each other once. BBQ and outside table really did make the holiday, with roll down blinds to keep the wind off if needed. We will be back..... Don't hesitate. book this villa. You wont regret it.

Beautiful villa, perfect location!
We could not be happier with our stay at Villa Rafiki - beautifully furnished, comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you could need. We loved the outdoor space, perfect for relaxing and dining. A personal highlight of mine was waking up to the stunning sea views each morning! The location is ideal - a lovely little beach just over the road and only a short walk into town. All in all a wonderful holiday!
