In the living area we offer you to relax on the comfortable leather Sleeper sofa or one of the two accent chairs and take in the view. Or, watch your favorite show or movie on the 65 inch flat-screen cable TV.
In the living room, views of the ocean await through large glass sliders that lead to the private balcony. The balcony has an additional outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests and a high top that seats 4.
The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen counter seats an additional 3 guests.
The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and has magnificent water views. This inviting space is composed of white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and crisp white cabinetry. For guests who love to cook, this well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals.
When ready to rest and recharge, guests have two spacious bedrooms to choose from. In the Primary bedroom, there is a King bed with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is largely open and provides excellent ocean views. There is also balcony access from inside the room. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen beds and access to the hallway bathroom. There is plenty of room for everyone in this condo.

The property manager was professional and very friendly to deal with. I had high hopes with the description and pictures but overall, the stay was not pleasant. We typically stay at the Hyatt each year we come to Clearwater, so our expectations were a little higher than normal, I guess. The good thing about this condo is the location. It's not near the busy hotels so getting a spot on the beach each day was easy. The water wasn’t as crowded either, which was nice. Parking was a breeze if we went to eat or shop. The owners really need to invest in better beds, new pillows that don't smell, blackout curtains and a new iron. My kiddos even complained about the beds/pillows and kids are usually resilient. Waking up each day with neck and back pain doesn’t lead to a good vacation. The washer always had sand in the tub after each wash even when my clothes didn’t have sand on or in them. The sand must be embedded in the drum and needs a good cleaning. Luckily, the owners had a small vacuum near so I could vacuum out the drum between loads. The iron is missing the cover for the water so if it’s set down too quick, water leaks all over the ironing board and clothes being ironed. The hot water heater is turned down so low that the entire family couldn’t enjoy hot or even warm showers at night. As another review mentioned there is a sign about not turning the thermostat past 72. This wasn’t an issue for us since 72 seemed too cold at times. We will stay where we typically stay when we return to Clearwater next year even though it is more expensive.

From the very beginning with booking, overall communication, condo was exactly as listed, and what an awesome location! Julian was who we communicated with a few days before , as we arrived and checked out. He was so great to deal with and we truly appreciated knowing someone was there if we needed anything. This was our second February stay in this unit. It is It is in great shape with comfortable beds and the perfect view off the 5th floor deck. This part of Clearwater Beach has less traffic and a little more laid-back, yet still within walking distance to restaurants and the pier.

Perfect location, our manager-Mona absolutely amazing. Easy to communicate.Thanks Mona!Last year we stayed in the another unit on this property and were hoping for the same welcome experience from the owner of this unit.Unfortunately it didn’t happen.1.Air conditioning system- you can try as much as you want but it’s set up to be at 72 degrees and if you want lower temp- you need to contact management. I’m finding this unacceptable.The wall panel wasn’t working at all.It’s a top floor unit and the owner should know better how hot it can get.Well, probably saving money.Disappointing because the nightly charge for this stay wasn’t cheap.2.Ice maker not working 3.balcony door not working4.the tv in the two beds room did not work- maybe the batteries? Not sure- again- I don’t feel it was my obligations to check and solve the problem.I wasn’t there to make a list and inform management about all the things which were not right.I guess it should be all checked on the regular basis There is a coffee maker and a Keurig.. would it hurt the to leave a “ welcome starter”-a few of the K-cups and some condiments-just for the next morning if the guests are arriving late night.Not expensive but a nice gestureA day before our departure I received the text from the cleaning crew asking for an estimate check out time.Big Thank you to the Pest Control for a prompt response and for taking care of the problem right away.The common area is well maintained, clean, nice pool.Super friendly staff.I would recommend the location of this unit and the Property Management Company, but I would say NO to this particular A17 unit .

Overall our rental experience was great. A couple minor bumps along the way but nothing that would prevent us from us from returning in the future. The location was primarily why we chose this unit for our vacation. Right on the beach and a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach/ocean to enjoy. The unit came fully furnished along with extra amenities to use while visiting the beach( beach chairs, towels and toys). The master suite was beautiful and spacious. The only issues we had were our assigned parking spot was unavailable when we arrived so it held us up a bit from being able to get into the unit and our rental agent was unable to find the proper wifi information for us to use during our stay. Other than those minor inconveniences we enjoyed our stay at the condo. The pool was clean and seating and umbrellas were provided to use in that area. You are within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops as well as the pier. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and everything was very clean and organized. We were very comfortable with our party of 5 staying there, plenty of room. We look forward to returning in the future. Anyone who is lucky enough to rent this until will not be disappointed.

Our 3- week stay went by so quickly that, with help from Mona with Beachside Rentals, we reserved it again for next year. We just enjoyed a short, but excellent, 2-night stay in unit A17. The condo was great! Clean, well kept, nicely appointed. It was better than the pictures. We were able to take advantage of several nice extras provided in the storage/laundry room during the time of our stay, including beach towels, beach chairs, a soft sided cooler, beach bags, an umbrella, and some beach and surf toys.
Location was excellent! The unit is just far enough north up the beach that you can have a little lesser crowds on the beach, yet still very close to some great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
Communication was excellent. Parking was great. Everything was as easy as could be. I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend this unit for you stay on Clearwater Beach,

Towels were dirty and everything smell of strong laundry detergent
When we got there the towels were not clean. Some still had make up on them other towels had brown spots. We had to wash all of them. They use a very strong smelling laundry detergent which is very bad for allergies. Some lightbulbs were burned out, a few outlets didn’t work. The microwave broke the second day there. When we called about it they said they’d have to measure and order one. We ask for a counter top microwave which they did get. It was left at the door for us to deal with. You have to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags etc and take your trash out. For the price would much rather stay at a condo with some amenities

The pool on the website doesn't look very exciting, but it was a great relief in the afternoons. We met lots of very nice travelers there. The kitchen was just right. Christmas family vacation
We arrived late Christmas Eve. The electric door code didn’t work si I had to call the office at 1:30 am. They were able to change the combination remotely but i was really inconvenient.
There was only a half used roll of toilet paper. Christmas morning I had to make a trip to CVS. Again inconvenient. The condo location was perfect. We have family that live in Clearwater so it made fir a great place at the beach to gather.

Great condo, incredible view
This condo is updated and very clean. Best part is the outstanding ocean view from the large balcony. Condo sits right on Clearwater beach, walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Some of the pics may need to be updated,
as some of the furniture is different than what is shown. But other than that, my wife, parents and 2 year old daughter couldn't have been happier. Can't wait to come back!
