Great place only a few mins walk from one of the best beaches in Naxos, Mikri Vigla

Diamantis is a great and kind host who did his best to help us out and make us feel comfortable. I put a wrong arriving time online and yet he did his best to be there and welcome us. The location for us was perfect because we wanted to be next to Mikri Vigla beach whis is a few mins walk from the house. But if you want to stay close to town I'd recommend somewhere else. Do your research. Lots of front beach restaurants just 5 mins far away in scooter. The room was very nice, with a lovely balcony and swimming pool view but we mostly were exploring the island so we couldn't enjoy it much.

Perto do mar mas não o suficiente

O pequeno almoço , mas tem que chegar cedo.

Mudaram nos para uma “vila”. A casa de banho tinha um chuveiro sem cortina que era minúsculo. Uma mistura entre banheira e chuveiro tao estranha como nunca tinha visto. A casa não tinha grandes comodidades. Nada era muito limpo nem cuidado e a casa era muito pobre em termos de decoração e equipamentos. À volta está tudo inacabado e não há grande vista sobre o mar.

WONDERFUL family owned property who work hard to make sure your stay is nice. Breakfast was amazing. Very authentic!

AWFUL PLACE!!!!

The ONLY good thing about this place is the location. If the location was bad, I would have given this place a 1 rating.

AVOID THIS PLACE if you don't want to get irritated and frustrated during your holiday.The hostess, despite being downright rude, speaks very little English and communication with her is super frustrating. 2 of the 4 nights we had no hot water. They use a solar geyser which is ineffective. The shower drain smelled awful. Our door handle broke off on the first day. Breakfast is unreliable. It is supposed to be buffet but it was pretty much first come first serve. The first morning the eggs and bacon were finished at 10.00, even though breakfast is until 11.00 and it was cold. Also, DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THEM!!! Every time we went out with the car, the hostess would come outside and stand there watching as we drove out, which I found weird and invasive. On the second day when our room was cleaned, the bed wasn't made, the blanket and sheets were only folded up and put on the bed. The floor was never washed during our stay. It really was necessary as the area in which this place is, is very dusty. A toilet paper roll was placed in our room that clearly got wet and stained at some point. I can't believe this place gets good reviews. The owner probably deletes bad reviews.

Great place with a nice swimming pool, eco-friendly and conveniently located.

This place is outstanding for a number of reasons. First and foremost it offers a water filter thus reducing the need of purchasing numerous water bottles. Big kudos! The location is great - a walking distance to kitesurfing schools and spots, as well as beautiful beaches. Nice and clean rooms with the balcony, a swimming pool, quiet surroundings.

Amazing hotel owned by a lovely family

Everything was awesome ! The hotel is own by a lovely family and they are so welcoming and helpful. We really like the spot because it was at a walking distance from Orkos beach and much more quiet than in town. We could also jump in the pool after a warm day. The rooms were so nice, clean and comfy. I would definatly recommend it.

all in all its ok

we were here during really windy days so couldnt check out the nearby beach really, but it looked very nice; breakfast is okay; we changed the room to one with south balkony due to the wind, that one was nice (older furniture)

our first room was "renovated" to a newer looking style but it doesnt quite work (e.g. one "bench" looks really solid but its just drywall and you shouldnt sit on it) + this room was howling with wind noises from the windows (northwind) & you couldnt seal it (so it was really cold at night). the other "older" room was way better (southside, better sheltered). for breakfast sometimes the plates were there sometimes not, had to ask for a lot of stuff e.g. just to receive plates (and I had to walk to the suterrain flat every time for it). mostly sweet things are served besides the yogurt (& eggs if they make some, sometimes it was pancakes). it said 24h reception & you get a number but in reality its really hard to find somebody at the premises. Our shower was plain cold one evening and we couldnt fix it / speak with somebody. All in all it sounds really negative but in general the hosts are quiet nice and its ok, just really not outstanding. I guess its more a spot for kite surfers rather then a couple holiday spot

Great staff, great location

Super friendly, relaxed and helpful staff! Great attention, great location, I loved Naxos and Diamantis Studio! Had a great time kite surfing, the hotel is a short 5min walk from the spot. I highly recommend it and will be back. Thanks again !

Very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Top location for kitesurfers (only 3 minutes walk to the beach and a lot of space in the hotel to dry the wet things). A bakery and supermarket are also just two minutes away.

little paradise, perfect location

Location is 3min walking to the beach, kite launching area and 5min to the other side of Mikri Vigla lagoon protected from the wind, perfect for swimmers and sunbathing. The Family owners are friendly people, welcoming their guests with pleasure and offering fruits and veggies they grow from their garden. We spent 2 nights there, surrounded by families with kids and water sport addicts. The swimming pool and BBQ area is perfect to enjoy the sunset and the house wine, definitely a must be in Mikri Vigla! Thanks Diamantis and family for making our stay exceptional!

What a lovely stay!!

The family is super nice and carrying! It’s a nice greek pension with a pool and close to the beach :) Perfekt for people, who want to go kyting. The breakfast was really good and all questions would be answered.

Lovely family-run BnB

The son of the owners, who showed us our room, was super friendly and polite. He and his mom went out of their way to provide us with breakfast, which they usually don’t do during the low season. We didn’t use the pool since the beach is so close but it looked clean and well looked after like the rest of the property.
