In Zukunft werden wir Alternativen zu den Kempinski-Hotels wählen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal im Service.

Wir wurden irrtümlicherweise als „Engländer“ eingecheckt, dies brachte folgende Problematik mit sich: - Fernseheinstellungen änderten sich morgens wieder auf englisch - Die ausgelegten Prospekte auf dem Tisch in der Sitzecke waren ebenfalls in englisch. - Es war kein Shower/Duschbad auf dem Zimmer Die oben genannten Themen wurden nach meiner Mitteilung am selben Tag behoben. Beim Check out erhielten wir eine Parkrechnung inklusive ausgewiesener Spende für die Bergsteigerhilfe über 136,-. Das bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse zusätzliche Parkkosten erhoben werden wundert mich zum einen, zum anderen wurde ich weder in der Buchungsbestätigung noch an der Rezeption darauf hingewiesen, das das Parken kostenpflichtig sei. Daher fiel die Service-Qualität am Empfang eher endtäuschend aus. Gleiches gilt für das Management, eine Stellungnahme zu meinen Themen blieb bis zum heutigen Tage, also 5 Tage nach Abreise aus. Nach dem Besuch des Adlon Berlin 2016 war dies nun die 2. schlechte Erfahrung mit der Kempinski-Gruppe.

Top-Hotel in traumhafter Lage!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Berchtesgardener Bergwelt und bietet eine imposante Kulisse. Das gesamte Hotel ist beeindruckend, die Zimmer sehr schön (vor allem die Ausblicke). Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich! Das Frühstück war ein Traum! Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Spa-Bereich hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen, es war angenehm ruhig und somit erholsam.

Eigentlich gibt es aus meiner Sicht keine Kritikpunkte.

Best Hotel hands down

One of the most enjoyable stays at a hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The services here are top notch. Every single staff member was incredible. The level of cleanliness at this hotel is off the charts. Food was amazing. The setting is breathtaking in every direction. Not one single detail was missed. I’m was so impressed with everything.

Excellent

Every single member of staff was excellent. Sadly apart from the restaurant Sommelier how was odious and ignored us other than ordering the wine and bringing the bill. He didn’t even pour the first glass of Chablis for us. We ate at the Hotel the first night and didn’t go back because of him, which was a shame. However, absolutely everybody else was perfect!!!!

Perfect enjoyment from 3 romantic days and we are not a couple at the beginning of the journey

Everything was perfect for a romantic vacation. The room was large, neat, and clean, and breakfast had a great atmosphere. The location and the view make it perfect if you are looking for peace. Of course, you need an attached car to enjoy the location and what the location has to offer

You should make the stay more expensive by 20 euros instead of charging for parking. Getting to you without a car is almost a mistake.

Please stay healthy during your stay.

I would suggest the hotel can provide more assistance on sick guest. At least providing clinics or hospitals address for the guest, transportation etc. It is not safe for a patient to drive more than an hour ( we looked for 6 clinics and hospital) for a place to see doctor.

Wenig, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Brauch ein neues Konzept statt immer wieder neue Besitzer.

Unausgewogen, Frühstück mittelmäßig und warmes fast kalt, Speck so zäh, frisst kein Hund, schlechte Orga und Wegweiser, Spa Bereich nur mittlere Kategorie.Zimmer schlechte Beleuchtung, Bademäntel hart und unapetitlich, Teppichboden abgewohnt, Das Hotel über 20 Jahre alt,

wie immer einen Besuch im Jahr wert. Lage ist top besonders im Winter wenn es draußen Schnee liegt

mir war der Aussenpool diesmal etwas zu kalt, verstehe jedoch das in diesen Zeiten auch im Kempinski Energie gespart werden muss.

Ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art.

Das Kempinski hat die Erwartungen an ein 5-Sternehotel voll erfüllt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist ein Traum. Das Restaurant PUR muss man unbedingt besucht haben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Tolles Gebäude mit schwachem Service

Hervorragende Lage, tolles Frühstück, schöne Zimmer

Service in den Restaurants war sehr schlecht. Bestellungen vergessen, Wein nicht zum Essen serviert. Teile von Bestellungen nicht serviert. Entspricht in keiner Weise dem Anspruch eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Fitness Raum kleiner als der Wartebereich des Beautysalons, Gerätevielfalt unzureichend. Saune und Schwimmbad schließen bereits um 20 Uhr, wurde unfreundlich 5 vor 8 gebeten das Schwimmbad zu verlassen.

Super nettes Personal, wirklich Hut ab. Zimmer sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Frühstück zwar Buffet, aber hatte wirklich alles was man braucht

Wir fanden es, objektiv gesagt, überteuert. In einem 5 Sternehotel für einen Frühststück aufs Zimmer extra 38€ zu zahlen fanden wir doch bisschen zu viel…. Absolut ungeeignete Auswahl manche Teller für bestimmte Mahlzeiten ( entweder zu klein oder zu unangenehm tu schneiden) Ausserdem

I think they should add more hours to the opening hours of the spa.It is open only from 10-20.I have been in other spa hotels and the opening hours are much longer.7-22 is much logical.one can use the spa before breakfast and after coming back from different activities.We found ourselves rushing in to get to the spa before it closes!we only arrived half an hour before closing time!

Definitely the new favourite from the Kempinski lineup, alongisde Berlin and Adriatic in Croatia.

Everything feels new, very stylish design, perfect location, amazing kamin bar, food and drinks were delicious, same as breakfast and as a bonus very friendly personal. Of course the room itself was wonderful.

Our trip ended too fast.

Beautiful views in a gorgeous location. Expensive but we had a wonderful stay

The welcome and service by the valet team, particularly Fotios was outstanding. The room was nice and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. I loved that breakfast was available till 12 and 1 pm on Sundays.

A few issues. We had booked the terrace for dinner but an outdoor table was not available despite our request. We chose to eat from the bar menu on the lawn. It was disappointing and over priced. They seemed short of staff and the basics of bread and salt and pepper were not provided. The snitzel was good but priced the same as in the full service restaurant. There was not much service!! And along with the crying baby it wasn’t a meal to remember. We ate in the restaurant the following evening at a table outdoors on the terrace. It was very pleasant and we really enjoyed our meal . My only comments would be that the smoking of other patrons does spoil the dining experience and the overpriced house sparking water at €9 a bottle. The most expensive waterI have ever drunk. The gardens need attention as lots of weeds growing and many flower boxes filled with dead plants. It would have been lovely to see flower boxes filled with summer flowers like I saw throughout the town.

Excellent - beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The rooms with the view have a stunning view over to Berchtesgaden. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is probably the best going. Main restaurant is fantastic and snacks from the bar are very good. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The pool (indoor and outdoor) are lovely and the spa (no extra charge unlike some places we have visited) is very spacious, very clean and really well-equipped. Often some fantastic old and classic cars in the underground car park. Overall my wife’s favourite hotel - this was our third stay and we hope to visit again next year.

UNFORGETTABLE! THANK YOU ALL!

This is the one and only unbelievable experience. Unforgettable view from outdoor pool to Eagle's Nest, trees, mountains, and snow, and very kind helpful staff all around. This hotel is a definition what a 5* hotel should be. The way the staff treats guests is inimitable.. Great breakfast, and oh those welcome drink shots! Rooms are quiet, and have a shower and a bathtub too, nice designed. I loved the glas view from the bathtub. Everything is super clean. Room service is fast, and offers good food. Thank you to the callboy who realised i left my phone in the car and brought it up to our room. This also prooved to me, that everybody carws for our wellbeing. I definitely recommend this hotel to everybody looking for a 5* experience. HERVORRAGEND! Danke schön an Alle im Hotel Kempinski Berchtesgaden! You guys rock!
