Loved the house and all the space to spread out. Hottub was awesome, we had a great time. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals at home, which was so helpful. Would love to return someday!

Thanksgiving Surprise
Loved it and the fact that we all had our own bedrooms with lots of space for the kids to play. Great view and easy to get to. Would recommend this spot for anyone. Hot tub worked great.

Hot tub broken
Everything was good except the hot tub didn’t work. That was one of the things that drew us to this spot. We were playing in a pond hockey tournament and were looking forward to some R&R in the hot tub but it wasn’t working and the guy came out twice to fix it, but it never did heat up. That was pretty disappointing.

Ok
Great location, lots of beds and rooms/ privacy. Place was clean for the most part, older home. Communication was ok, parking is tight for 3 bigger cars. Overall everyone was pleased.

Dillion Stay
Property was acceptable. There was an unexpected water leak prior to our arrival that created some issues for us, but the management company forewarned us a few days ahead of our arrival. It was good, just not what we expected.

Winter ski getaway
Our group of 11 had a great time here. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the tools we needed for our meals. Lower level had a kitchen as well, but we did not need to use. A couple of extra kitchen towels would be helpful and better information on garbage pickup. We hope to stay here again.

One week ski stay
Fit our group of 11 just fine. Two kitchens, but only needed to use one for our large dinner preps. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms served us well.

Great condo
We loved the bed layout and the second kitchen came in handy. Both kitchens were well stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals in. The neighborhood is great - close to skiing and hiking, along with all of the amenities in Summit County. The house has some really nice touches and the garage came in handy when we got six inches of snow overnight. We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay!
Our large extended family celebrated my parents 50th anniversary we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchens were well equipped and there was plenty of sleeping space for all 13 of us. We appreciated the two living spaces to give both teen and adults separate space. The living spaces are very cozy, which was good for family connection. We would highly recommend this condo.

A lot of room.
We were a large group and had room for everyone. The kids were able to play downstairs without being too loud for the adults.

July weekend trip
House was great, clean and very spacious for our large family. My son, his wife and two small children and my two teen daughters slept in the basement level which was great, they had so much room with their own kitchen, living room,tv and two bedrooms. First bedroom has queen size bed, The second bedroom had 4 twin size beds. It was nice that the little ones could have plenty of room to play and we never heard them on the upper level. My parents and my other son and his wife slept on the main level and each had their own bedroom and bathroom as well as another living room with tv and full size kitchen with a table large enough for all of us to sit at. The house was well stocked with everything we needed from laundry soap to a closet full of games and toys which my grandson enjoyed. They even had a high chair and pack and play that we used for our infant granddaughter. My wife and I had the loft area that had a private bedroom and bathroom. The only complaints I had was that the slats in the banister in the loft are not up to code and my three year old grandson could easily slip thru them and he had to be constantly supervised when he was up there so he wouldn’t get hurt by falling thru them. I highly suggest they fix that before a child slips thru and falls to the main floor and gets hurt. My other complaint was it was hot especially in the loft bedroom. For some reason the screens were off of the windows so we couldn’t open the windows to let fresh air in although I did find a screen that didn’t exactly fit that I used for the loft bedroom window. We ran two fans in that room and it was still very warm. Air conditioning would be nice for the summer time. There was a code lock for the front door but we didn’t have a code for it, we only had one key and there was one day that the adults were all going different places and would have been nice to have a code so they didn’t have to rely on the one person who had the key. Other than that our stay was nice. Was there for a family wedding, wished we could have stayed longer.

Nice house but major inconvenience
We had 4 families staying together. Hot water was running out quickly in the morning, we had to bathe with freezing cold water. Also it was really hot in top floor bedroom. No AC. Rooms were spaciously and all other things were in abundance.

Great for a group
We stayed at the house for a 10 and 11 year old ski camp. It was perfect; three levels allowed us to put the girls upstairs, the boys downstairs and coaches in the middle.

Nice house
House was nice on the inside. 3 levels and two kitchens, when we arrived the house was cleaned and well stocked. I only had two issue. The first was we were given directions to get keys from an office, not at the property. The keys were not at the office. We called the number at the office and spoke with someone who stated they would call the property manager. We waited about 20 minutes with no call back. I then called the Vacasa number I got in an email. The person who answered the phone was very nice and let us know there were keys at the property in a lockbox and he gave me the combination and we got in. We didn't get a call back from a property representative until the next day. Thank goodness for Vacasa they really saved us.
My only other issue was they wifi password didn't work, not the end of the world, but for the amount of money we are asked to pay to stay at these properties this shouldn't of been an issue.

The property had plenty of space for multiple families with kids. Having two living rooms and kitchens was amazing, the place worked out perfectly.

Great Weekend
The space is nice and very well stocked by the owners - ziplock bags, tons of plates and utensils and even some spices. There are two living areas and numerous sleeping options. My one complaint about the space is that the main living area is quite small. I also think it is ridiculous that the management company does not have a recycling program in place.

Nice property, good location!
This house was very clean and nicely decorated. The only drawback was our entire family was not able to hang out on the couches and watch TV together. The living room was not large enough to accommodate us. The location is good and it is easy to head to nearby ski resorts. We had plenty of sleeping spaces, which was good.
