Nice and approachable staff.
Rooms have shower, TV and confritable beds.
Good and tasty breakfast.
Mysterious atmosphere and retro style of the facilities.
Located in the historical city center.
Prices in the restraunt are a bit too high.
WiFi password is not found in the room and you need to ask around.

Nice location in the center, friendly welcome, large bed.
The smell of deodorizer was rather strong. There is a bar downstairs (which was closed during my stay) but I assume smoking is allowed in the bar and the smoke permeates the building.

We loved the premises, helpful staff, the historical charm. The rooms were generously sized and comfortable. Totally unexpected was the museum with an impressive collection. A hidden gem, truly.
We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. Definitely planning to come back and spend a night in the museum.
3.0
Location and the museum on the first floor.
Language barrier was problematic as there was an issue with my bill. No toiletries in the room, as advertised. None. For a 4-star, breakfast was mediocre (small/poor selection). During breakfast, the owners were taking breaks outside on the terrace smoking and drinking their coffee. The coffee is not self-serve so I had to wait until they finished their coffee to get a refill on mine. And, no hand washing as they handled my cup.

Location was great - on the central square of Loket. Breakfast was OK, if a little limited in terms of selection.
This hotel did not live up to its rating and previous reviews at all. The welcome was very frosty. Despite having booked a triple room, we were accused of not paying for an "extra" bed for the third person. When I explained that, in any case, we would need bedding for the third person, the staff member was reluctant to provide it. The room itself was very cold. The hotel certainly does not live up to its 4 star rating... I would not choose to stay here again. There are surely better places to stay in Loket.

This beautiful hotel is located in a mansonic museum and the guests are welcomed by a very kind staff. The atmosphere is very plesent and you feel as if you are experiencing a wonderful old time. The location is exceptional and you can reach the castle in a very pleasent walk. I can only recommend this place.

Breakfast was very good and all was fresh.

It was really in the center, breakfast was very good and the stuff helpful and nice.
It was partly not so clean.

Breakfast and location was good. Room was nicely furnished and bathroom was clean and spacious.
Room was cold, heating ineffective. Problems with parking (fine) due to misleading information from personnel. For the last morning we asked for packaged breakfast but we recieved none, although we were promised and paid.

The hotel is also a museum and there is an option to stay in the museum which can be converted into a hotel bedroom. This is what we decided to do. It was an unforgettable experience! The room ended up being an entire 4 room apartment with secret society memorabilia everywhere, including mannequins wearing secret society garb. Extremely creepy! But that gave it the eerie atmosphere of staying in a haunted hotel. We loved it.
The location couldn't have been better. In the main square close to the Loket castle.
Staff were friendly and always available. Breakfast was fine, perhaps not 4 star quality, but good enough for us.
Only the breakfast could have been better. For a 4 star, the breakfast wasn't really anything special, it was more of a continental breakfast.
4.5
Old business at the city center, cozy room with bathroom. Very friendly and helpful personnel. I saw other guests lived with pets - looked quite happy.
Beds are quite high - might not be good for small kids.
