After our highly appreciated villa Casa le Pigne, (70 reviews with 5 stars), we have open nearby a new vacation opportunity : a wonderful restored 17th century Podere (Farm) with 5 comfortable 1 and 2 BR appartements : the Podere LA VALLE.
We offer a high level of Comfort in a Countryside location 7km away from the village of Castellina in Chianti.

Large (14x6) Swimming pool with huge solarium open from June to end September, Spa with jacuzzi, IR Sauna and steam bath open all the year round, a lovely garden with 2 bbq, petanque and cosy eating areas.

The huge property (150 Ha) offer walks and wild watching in the forest.
The ARCO 2 floors family apartment suits for max 4 adults + 2 kids in the mezzanine.

On the ground floor : A living room with fully equipped kitchen, direct access to outside with nice covered eating space.
On the first floor : 2 sleeping rooms each with 2 beds who can be accommodated as a queen-size bed, in one sleeping room, a low ceiling mezzanine with 2 flat beds for kids.NEW for more convenience : usb outlets in any bedroom !
1 bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

We loved our stay at Podere la Valle. The apartments are very nice. Simple but stylish and everything you might need is there. The swimming pool is beautiful and you feel like you are remote and in immersed in nature, but the whole chiante is easily reached by car Thanks Jerome and hopefully we come back some day!

We had a lovely 6 night stay at this beautiful resort in Chianti. The weather was very hot (for us Brits) so the large pool was very welcome. The accommodation was great, with huge beds and a good kitchen. Everything has been finished to a very high standard and the owner Jerome, has put a huge amount of time, money and vision into this resort. Highly recommended 👍😊

We really enjoyed our time at Podere la Valle in Castellina in Chianti. Our rental unit was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. With only a few units the grounds were very serene and offered a lot of privacy. We didn’t use the spa as it was just too hot in august. We loved the covered patio area to enjoy our meals outside.

Es ist eine sehr tolle Anlage , einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind wunderschön. Es liegt etwas für sich, was absolut seinen Reiz hat. Der nächste Ort ist aber nur 6 km entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!

Dieses liebevoll restaurierte Objekt ist für alle Sinne ein Genuss - man kann sich in der wunderbar ausgestatteten und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Wohnung wohlfühlen, durch den Garten schlendern oder am schönen Pool entspannen. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung ist es ideal, da man sich jederzeit nach einem Ausflug herrlich zurückziehen kann. Danke auch an die Vermieter, die den Aufenthalt freundlich und diskret begleiten.

Fantastisch!

Schöner hätten wir es nicht haben können. Jerome ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und für unseren Bedarf sehr schön gelegen. Tolles SPA, toller Pool. Wir waren richtig traurig, als der Urlaub zu Ende war und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Beautiful place and apartment with a wonderful garden, an infinity pool and a spa. The apartment “Arco” has been renovated with much style and understanding as the whole building complex which consists of 5 rental apartments. The kitchen is impeccably well equipped which we appreciated very much as we love cooking. You can relax on a bench under a tree, a hammock in the woods or on your own private terrace. Jérôme is a very kind and discreet host. We were welcomed by Filomena who lives on the Agriturismo. We would love to come back!

Everything exactly as described on the website! 150% Tuscan style combined with state of the art interiors. There is absolutely nothing missing in the apartements. When it gets cold turn on the floor heating or go to the luxury spa. Greta spacious outdoor swimmingpool Very helpful local recommendations in the guide you'll find in the room. And last but not least Jerome replies to questions usually within 2hours, which is very helpful in case you are super last minute bookers like us. Less than 30min to Siena, San Gimignano and other little towns. Definitly highly recommendable!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Everything is renovated very tastefully, beds are of good quality as well. The pool is stunning - just a perfect location. We stayed for a week - lots of beautiful trips and villages nearby, also Firenze is easy to reach. Only thing missing - some fly-screens, but the lady who runs the place was so lovely and helped us out with some provisional ones !

We have been to Italy many times and have stayed in vineyards in the north to the southern part of Tuscany - this is, without a doubt, the best holiday location we have visited! Newly renovated in old Italian style, amazing views, endless tranquility, and fantastic surroundings. I cannot say enough how amazing this place was! Clean, quiet, relaxing, and beyond beautiful! From our room to the pool to the spa to the grounds, everything was perfect! Castellina in Chianti, was a picture perfect village and we spent most nights walking around, eating gelato and pasta. We loved our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nous sommes venus avec toute la famille pour profiter du plaisir d'être ensemble avec les 3 générations et le "Podere" s'y prête magnifiquement bien.Les appartements permettent à chaque famille de partager du temps ensemble et aux jeunes de se retrouver entre eux, et la grande salle à manger est géniale pour se retrouver tous. La piscine est assez grande pour héberger tout le monde et les abords sont très soignés pour différentes activités : les ados jouent aux fléchettes et nous faisons des parties de pétanque avec un verre de Chianti à la main. Filomena nous a préparer des petits-déjeuners copieux et plusieurs repas du soir. Nous avons aussi visité la région et Castellina est un point de départ facile pour Sienne, Florence, San Giminiano et Volterra. En endroit à recommander.

Very convenient apartment in the heart of Tuscany

We were a the Podere La Valle with or 2 children for a week rest. What we have there was over our expectation : large pool, luxurious spa, a lot of walks in the property and also jogging possibilities. We ask for some dinners and Filomena cooks very well with the local produces : vegetables, eggs and chicken. When not around the pool, we visit Monteriggioni, Siena and Volterra. Tuscany is a never ending love story for us.

We love our stay at the Podere la Valle. Recently restored with good taste and lot of cure for details that make the stay easy and very comfortable. Jerome, that we have met, put a lot of energy and talent to make this place so nice. We enjoyed the pool, large enough for all the people staying there together, the luxurious Spa and the walks in the forest with Mirtillo, the little black dog. La Valle make Siena and Florence quite easy to reach ... if you really want to leave the calm and rest we have found here.
