Property is exactly as advertised and the apartment was very clean which is important to me. The Lidl and Market are just around the corner. Roger was very communicative, kind, and prompt in responses despite being away from the property. The kitchenette was well outfitted. The apartment was very well located for the D-day festivities. Easy check in and check out. Linens and towels provided. You can’t ask for more!

The location was ideal for walking to the fishing port or along the beach walks. We stayed for 10 nights and drove to all the D-Day museums within 2 hours. We were also able to visit Bayeux and Caen for some medieval flavour. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, a great room with dining and lounge area all in one. There is also an outdoor dining area. The host was very welcoming and made several suggestions for places of interest. Stores, laundry and restaurants can all be reached by walking, with the grocery store being only 500 m away. Really, it was an ideal location for our Normandy holiday. As a bonus, the wifi was very fast and reliable, so we were able to do some work as well.

Situé entre le mer et un supermarché dans un cartier tranquille. Roger et ses voisins sont bien chaleureux. Roger nous a emprunté des bicyclettes, qui sont parfaites pour explorer les villages voisins. Merci!

Tres bien - a repetir

On a passe une tres belle visite - bel appartement et bon acceuil - M. Duburg nous a gentiment repris en arrivant sur Courseulles - l'appartement se retrouve a c 10 minutes a pied du centre et de la mer. La ligne 3 de bus pour Caen se retrouve a quelques metres (arret Sorbiers). Grand Carrefous a c 300 metres ouivert le dimanche justu'a 21h. On etait bien confortable. Un plus - le proprietaire nous a mis a disposition 3 velos et il faut dire que Normandie c'est un paradis de biciclette - la nature, les pistes pour la plupart plates - on a pu decouvrir facilement le coin - plusieurs villages, des plages. Un bon moment qu'on souhaiterait repetir un de ces jours.

La location est fidèle au descriptif. Il y a bien tous les équipements indiqués et tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, nous avons été accueillis bien aimablement. Nous recommandons cette location.

Calme, proche des commerces, très bien situé pour visiter les plages de l'embarquement. Pour aller au port ou à la plage de Courseulles, il faut prendre la voiture. Propriétaire très accueillant et serviable. Je recommande cette location.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Durch die zentrale Lage in Courseulles ist die Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu allen Zielen in der Normandie. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Everything about this property is perfect. M. Dubourg was so welcoming and helpful. We easily walked into town and enjoyed serveral locations, including Au Comptoir Gourmand and the Central Café. M. Dubourg suggested that we try a local favorite, tuergoule. We found it at La Fromagerie l'Estelle. SO delicious! We also bought eggs from M. Dubourg's neighbor. Perfect! Thank you for everyting, Roger. We had a wonderful stay and will be back; we will recommend you to all of our friends. Tout dans cette propriété est parfait. M. Dubourg était si accueillant et serviable. Nous avons facilement marché en ville et avons apprécié plusieurs endroits, y compris Au Comptoir Gourmand et le Café Central. M. Dubourg a suggéré que nous essayions un favori local, Tuergoule. Nous l'avons trouvé à la Fromagerie l'Estelle. Tellement délicieux! Nous avons également acheté des œufs chez le voisin de M. Dubourg. Parfait! Merci pour tout, Roger. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous reviendrons, et nous vous recommanderons à tous nos amis.

Super accueil... Propriétaire disponible même a distance. Un temps estival toute la semaine, et pleins de choses à voir. Parfait pour un couple. Juste une chose installer un rideau de douche, ça éviterai d'avoir de l'eau partout.

Pour nous ce petit appartement dans les combles de la maison du propriétaire a été un vrai petit cocon pour amoureux (ni trop grand ni trop petit juste ce qu'il faut pour être a deux). Nous venions pour passer un week-end prolongé avec mon mari et fêter nos dix ans de rencontre, dans cette belle ville de Courseulles sur mer qui est depuis très longtemps une destination de vacances pour ma famille et que mon mari ne connaissait pas. Or mis le temps qui n'était pas tout à fait au rendez-vous notre séjour a été ce que nous attendions, reposant, dépaysant et ressourçant. Nous y retournerons dès que possible en famille avec notre fils et nous réserverons de nouveaux cette appartement pour notre prochain week-end en amoureux.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this apartment. It was sparkling clean when we arrived, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is perfect for guests who want to prepare some of their own meals, as there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and a large grocery store 2 minutes away.The owner is extremely nice, and we enjoyed talking with him. He provided suggestions and information about sites we might want to visit. He also let us use his bicycle, which is a great way to explore the area.We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it to other travelers.
