We spent 2 weeks in the villa and enjoyed it very much. The house is well equipped and has a very nice sun-terrace with infinity-pool and wonderful sunsets. Maria & Irene were helpful and answered within a short time.

Peaceful and serene area! Pool was superbly heated. Was a Perfect Trip!

As others have said the villa is even better than the photographs show. Inside was spotlessly clean and today. Very comfortable beds and all linen and towels in good condition. The kitchen has everything we needed and the living space is very comfortable though we didn’t spend anytime in there of course as the outdoor space is fabulous. A lovely pool and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the view. And what a view. Each evening a spectacular sunset as the sun dips beyond the horizon into the sea. Then lovely to enjoy the night sky and watch for shooting stars. And plenty of shade in the mornings to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. And
Maria was always so helpful and quick to respond.
Probably the best villa we have stayed in. And a great place to enjoy the quiet north western coast and within striking distance of some of the many amazing places to see on Cyprus.
Thankyou for this delightful villa.

It’s a disgrace, and not fit for purpose. Dirty, worn out, lacking basic items ie only two wine glasses, rough and worn towels, place full of ants, and next to a very loud bar playing music till early hours in the morning, so bad we left early only stayed two nights, awaiting a refund, don’t book don’t stay

Villa Paradiso
We loved every minute of our stay here! The Villa is exactly how it seems, incredible views, gorgeous pool & a very comfortable, clean house. The landscape around is beautiful - we were there at Easter & the flora & fauna in the surrounding hills were stunning. Sweet little supermarket in Pomos. Eat at Elenis, a kind of shack like restaurant just past Pomos on the right or drive up into the hills to Mylos restaurant. Lovely walks around Mylos too. Aphrodite’s walk in the Akamas National Park is wonderful, incredible views. Thoroughly recommend the whole thing.

Restful paradise by the sea
Beautiful villa, pool just so relaxing. Lovely walks at your door. Everything you need to get away from it all. Irene, the house manager made us a wonderful meal and stocked the fridge with some essentials. We definitely hope to return soon.

Amazing Stay!
The views and space of the house are incredible - the reward for having to drive to get to places is a beautiful, quiet oasis with unending views of the ocean. Lots of space inside the house (which can be a bit tricky to find - is directly across the street from a bar/restaurant called Paradise Place) in a gorgeous, non-touristy part of Cyprus - you won't regret staying here!

Perfect escape holiday
Villa Paradiso is just perfect An amazing location right on the sea. Beautiful sunsets. Villa had all amenities, incl. BBQ, pool towels, loads of storage/hangers for clothes. Pool was a great size for kids. Pool heating was worth paying for in October - it was like a bath morning or evening. Lovely location -15 min drive to Polis for great food and boat trips from Latsi. You need a car. Can't wait to return - a real secluded get away. Just perfect

Memory for a life time
This place is superb. Views are stunning and the hikes on the uphill side go on for hours. Pomos was seriously deserted while we were there during the COVID lockdown but everyone we encountered was great.

Peaceful break by the ocean
To completely disconnect from the world, this villa is perfect for it. The sound of the waves and the view was exactly what we were after.
For colder weather defo recommend the heated pool option, like entering into a warm bath :)

Beautiful holiday
We had the most amazing week, so relaxing. The villa and surroundings were beautiful, it really was an idyllic break. Irene and Maria couldn’t have done more to help us have a brilliant holiday, we can’t thank them enough.

Amazing views and fantastic villa
The location of this place is amazing with its cliff top views - you never get bored looking at the sea and spectacular sunsets . We enjoyed the lounge area with comfy seating and panoramic views out . There was an excellent patio area with padded sun loungers, always in the sun . We had a heated pool which was worth every penny at this time of year ( April ) it was a shame the loft room had no blinds otherwise we may have used it for another bedroom , but the other 3 were wonderfully equipped ( although we would have preferred duvet covers rather than sheets around the duvets . Everybody loved the jacuzzi bath and view from the bathroom . We've been coming to Pafos for some years but this area is lovely and unspoilt - what a delight to go to latchi we had a great meal there in yiangoes and peters and Santa Barbara for the easy access beach we did attempt the private beach , but even by the road it wasn't that easy to access . We used the big supermarket in polis and the small one here in pomos which is helpfully open every day till 9-30 . Our teenagers were impressed with the strong wifi and Netflix too ! We are sorry to be going home and will miss the view!!

Great seaside stay in Cyprus
Such a lovely villa. We had a fabulous stay for three nights and had a wonderful time. A lovely welcome pack awaited us on arrival and we settled in and enjoyed the fresh air, amazing view and cosy home. Helpful owners and cleaner and a wonderful three days. Thanks for the stay!

The Perfect Getaway!
Our stay was amazing, the villa was big, bright, clean, had everything we needed. The outside space was fantastic. We had BBQs, watched the sunset, star gazed, saw the milky way and a shooting star!
There is no direct access to the beach from the villa but two mins up the road there is a trail that leads to a rocky beach, steep and you have to be careful but once down there, bobbing about in the sea and sat on the rocks with no-one else around was pretty lovely.
We have never been this far north and it was quiet and not as developed as say, Paphos is. We are already checking dates to come back next year. The owner, Maria and Irene were welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful villa, amazing infinity pool with spectacular views
My husband and I have recently returned after staying 10 lovely days at villa Paradiso, we would have loved to have stayed longer. Maria was very helpful and always replied promptly to you..The villa is beautiful, clean and with everything you need, and the infinity pool is amazing.. With the design of the villa you can see the sea in every room.. It is located just outside Pomos in a lovely quiet location. The views are truly amazing, we spent a lot of time just admiring the spectacular views, the sea and the sunsets. We have been going to Cyprus for nearly 20 years and your villa is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I feel blessed to have stayed there. Hoping to stay there again in the future.
Thanks Maria.

Lovely villa in a quiet location
Villa Paradiso is a well appointed villa in a quiet area just outside of Pomos. The villa has everything you need, including plenty of deck chairs, pool towels and an outside dining setting. The villa is modern and clean and the kitchen is well set up with utensils and and crockery. The sea views are spectacular and are a highlight. The small private beach area is rocky, but is good for snorkelling and swimming. There is a nice local restaurant called Kanalli by the small harbour in Pomos, which is about 3 minutes by car. Polis is 20 minutes by car and has many restaurants and a good supermarket. The Paradise Place Tavern opposite the villa has a bar and also serves cafe style drinks, however it doesn't serve food. We had a very relaxing stay and would recommend for anyone wanting a quiet get-away.

two weeks of bliss
Beautiful villa, photos do not do it justice. Well-equipped kitchen and all very clean on arrival. Peaceful location but lots of restaurants nearby. Pool is lovely and we were quite content to catch up on reading and dip in and out of pool. BBQ boat trip with snorkelling in Blue Lagoon off Akamas peninsula is good, boat leaves from Latchi harbour. We enjoyed Kanali restaurant at Pomos harbour, Liza's Place and Santa Barbara Beach Bar. Theo's on Paphos Harbour worth a visit. There is a lovely baker in Agia Marina on right as you drive towards Polis which has large supermarket Pantantoniou. Cyprus wine very good and reasonable. We discovered a great roadside café 3 mile south of Polis at Goudi. On right as you head for Paphos and has variety of faded national flags along the road. Does not look much but on Thursdays from 12.30 he serves 5 hour slow-roasted kleftiko with potatoes for 5 euros-delicious.

Amazing Sea Views
We spent 10 days at this well-equipped villa, enjoying the amazing sea views from the swimming pool and terrace. Although the weather in late March was good, having the pool heated made swimming a pleasure all day long. The villa is located in a relatively remote, undeveloped coastal part of Cyprus, but is all the better for that. The delightful town of Polis (with beach and harbour at Latsi) is only a 20-minute drive away (and has a well-stocked supermarket). Pafos (Paphos) can be reached in under an hour.

Paradise indeed!
The villa is awesome! It's location perched on the cliff top with fantastic views and unbelievable sunsets are just the beginning. The villa is furnished to a very high standard with everything you could need, one of the best we have stayed in on our many visits to Cyprus. It is located in a unspoilt part of the island so you get to experience true Cypriot life - a welcome change from the tourist and ex-pat areas of the island. Would definitely love to return again one day.

Outstanding Views and very peaceful
A beautiful positioned villa with the most amazing views and such a peaceful location (perfectly situated to enjoy the evening sunsets).
If travelling in the the spring or autumn the heated pool is worth the extra fee - it is like a warm bath.
Accommodation is spacious and all bedrooms benefit from the wonderful views.

Splendid views!
The Villa Paradiso was all we could have wished for: spacious, airy, it has three beautiful bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and views, views, views..... We stayed a week with our adult children and had a great time. We also liked the landscape in this part of Cyprus very much - there are beautiful small beaches and it is - at least at this time of the year - not too touristic.

The pictures don't do it justice....
This villa's locations and views were above and beyond our expectations.
It is situated in an area that is unspoilt byt the tourist trade.
The stretches of beaches in the surrounding area were deserted. Unbelievable for August!!
Maria, our point of contact was extremely helpful and prompt in her dealings with us as a family. I cannot recommend a stay here enough. Very, very relaxing. Star gazing at night highly recommended as well.

An idyllic retreat
This property is beautifully maintained and well appointed. It is more like arriving in a 5* hotel than a villa and it doesn't disappoint.
In a quiet location with complete privacy, it is the perfect place to relax and particularly in the evening with the incredible sunsets right in front of you. We even lay on the lovely loungers well after dark and were rewarded with a display of shooting stars as there is so little light pollution here. During the day, as it was August and hot, we certainly benefitted from the sea breeze and obviously had the choice of a dip in the pool or a stroll down to the sea below. Aqua shoes are a good idea as it is a rocky entry into the sea, but the water is crystal clear and there is some good snorkelling around the rocks. We were only adults but children would need to be careful on some of the terrace as it can get slippery, but it wasn't a problem for us. As it didn't have full sun in the early morning and was therefore cooler, I used the balcony outside my bedroom for exercise and yoga each day - very peaceful and private. Away from the villa, we rented a boat from Latchi Watersports who were very helpful and you only need a driving licence to do this. It was a wonderful way to see the Akamas peninsular and as snorkelling was high on our list, some of the smaller coves were fabulous discoveries.
We used the supermarket in Polis (19km) for most shopping which is very well stocked with local and international produce and the bakery in Algaka which is closer and is very dangerous if you have a sweet tooth! The roundtrip took me just over the hour including the shopping (when I had a list!) which is not exactly a hardship when you have Villa Paradiso to come back to. We did try Kanali restaurant one evening but were not that enamoured so ventured further afield and had some delicious steak in Kathika at Petradaki which is so popular with locals that you should book if you want to sit under the loggia. There are some wonderful views on the drive and if it had been cooler we might have tied in a visit to one of the vineyards close by.
The owner of Villa Paradiso, Maria, and caretaker, Mr Krinos made us really feel like it was our home for the week and we hope to return next year.
Many thanks indeed

Everything we wanted
This property delivered on all its promises ? thank you Villa Paradiso! It really DOES look like the pictures. We spent a lot of time gazing at the horizon and, during the warm evenings, listening to the waves and watching the stars.
The house was elegant and comfortable. We hadn?t signed up for the a/c but with two babies + small child we quickly switched it on and it was worth every penny. Each day was very hot (30?c/90?f plus), but there were no mosquitos as someone had told us. We all spent hours in the pool and loved its infinity edge - made us feel we were swimming into the sea. The sea really was close ? found lots of beautiful driftwood and rock pools. A longer beach 5 minutes away was quiet with nice gritty black sand.
We enjoyed the peaceful vicinity very much. There were several restaurants in Pomos. We went to Sea Caves (huge quantities of fried fish for the meze; pricey for what it was). Proprietor gave us a warm welcome and we enjoyed fabulous cliff-top views and cool off-sea breezes. Our favourite place was a small taverna, first on the left as you reach Pomos, 2 minutes from the Villa (by car; we found it a bit too hot to walk): nice informal atmosphere, great wine and simple dishes. Little supermarkets are everywhere and open on Sundays, too ? a real bonus. Sadly, our late Saturday arrival meant we didn't hear the live jazz at Cafe Paradiso just across the road from the villa.
Good attention to detail in the Villa (e.g. electric coffee frappe machine ? we loved it!) and Maria?s caretaker was friendly and kind but never obtrusive. Milk, butter, bread waiting for us on arrival and, later in the week, melon and courgettes left on the terrace.
We had a wonderful time. It?s a destination we are already recommending to friends and family.

Villa Paradiso
My wife and I booked a very-last-minute stay. We were attracted by the photos but found everything which you see in the pictures to be as tasteful and luxurious in reality.
The Owner is very helpful, and the handyman/"Poolboy" is a real treasure!
If you go, we recommend that you wear non-slip shoes around the pool, as the tiles are slippy when wet, but apart from that the villa is pretty-much perfect,
and the sunsets are heart-stopping!

Faultless villa with amazing views. Perfect
We stayed at villa paradiso for two weeks. When we arrived we were overwhelmed with the location and view. The villa is a lot bigger than we had expected. It is very tastefully decorated with everything you could ask for. You overlook the sea from every bedroom too.
The kitchen is very well equipped to cook if you want to and you can see the sea as you are cooking in the kitchen.
You just can't beat the sound of waking up the the waves below the villa.
Maria the owner was on the end of the phone to answer any questions and was always very helpful.
We will definitely be going back there as I researched nearly every villa on the island before booking this and I was delighted.
Polis is only 15 minutes by car to a huge supermarket and latchi harbour only about 30 mins where we hired a boat for 4 hours and went to the blue lagoon.
I love cyprus but I was at my happiest lying by the pool looking at the sea at villa paradiso.
Meals out are great at the 'fly again gastro pub' only 10 mins in the car from the villa. Great food and big portions. Lovely staff too.
Once again overall 10/10 for the villa , really didn't want to leave.

Paradise indeed
Following the site pictures and description we had high expectations of our holiday at villa paradiso and it did not disappoint. The design and stunning location gives the illusion of bathing on a luxury liner gazing across the crystal blue seas. The furnishings both inside and out are modern and comfortable. The pool is quite small but lovely and plenty big enough for our party of six to play around in. The end of every perfect sunny day was topped off with the most glorious sunsets followed by star filled skies. Even the odd shooting star! For us peace and quite is a priority so the fact that it was so isolated was a plus. Anyone booking should be aware of this though, the nearest good restaurants are between 5 (1) and 15 (several) minutes away by car. The taverna opposite was rarely open and not good when it was. The "private beach" was not really worth the very long trek down as it was small, rocky and full of debris. This part of Cyrprus does not have the best beaches. Everything else was perfect and we would highly recommend, and would love to visit again some time. Our party of 6 contained age 10 - 55 year olds and a fantastic time was had by all, thank you to Maria and Mr Krinos for all of their help.

A first class villa in a spectatular location
This was our 5th visit to Cyprus and our 4th in the Akamas peninsula. We have stayed in villas thoughtout both through travel agents and direct with a greek rental agency.
Villa Paradisso was the best villa we have stayed in so far. It met all our requirements in that it was private, had spectacular sea views, was clean and tidy and was well equipt. The standard of the decoration and furniture was very high and the beds comfortable.
Our age's ranged from 80 years old to 11years old and it was suitable for all.
The photographs are a true reflection on the look of the villa but the photographs do not let you breath the beautiful sea air and enjoy the most amazing sunsets.
It is a villa well work the extra Euro's.
We hope we will be lucky enough to be able to stay again.

Spectacular sunsets from a beautiful house
It was our first journey to Cyprus and we really enjoyed it very much. The friendliness of the people is amazing and there are many things to see.
The best part of our trip were the 9 days we spent in Villa Paradiso. It is a wonderful place with a beautiful view, furnished in a very tasteful way. I can definitely recommend it, provided that you feel comfortable with yourself and with your fellow-travellers. The place is very peaceful and quiet, a perfect opportunity to relax.
The property is well looked after and you get every assistance that you need. You can cook your food in a well-equipped kitchen or you go across the road where you find a very nice tavern.
