Атмосферно, душевно, чисто, уютно, красиво, вкусно, человеческое отношение!!!

Атмосфера!!! Самый центр, великолепный вид, современные апартаменты со всем необходимым, чистота, порядок, удобные кровати, банные принадлежности, все продуманно до мелочей, ну а самое ценное это хозяйка Инга! Это просто нереально душевный человечек, который хотел сделать наше прибывание у нее в гостях еще лучше. Любая просьба, любой вопрос решался моментально! А какой нас ждал сюрприз на утро - завтрак в подарок приготовленный самой Ингой (хачапури, круассаны, фрукты). Огромное спасибо!

LOVE IT! 100 POINTS for this place

Location is very good, it is in the middle of the city very convenient to travel around. Host was the best! Very nice and welcoming. The apartment was full of facilities would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Perfect place to stay

Excellent location, wonderful view, lovely and kind host who chatted and made delicious khachapuri for us. Very clean and spacious apartment with attractive, modern furnishings. Great terrace. Apt has everything you need, including washing machine. All perfect for our family of five.

I had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect in the middle of everything. The room was clean and spacious. Host were so helpful and accommodating, she made great dinner with a red wine for us, So fantastic!! Would definitely come back again.

Perfect location, near to Old Tblisi. Very clean, well-equipped, and host is very helpful and responsive to any of your

Everything was neat, clean, and the property was well equipped with everything you will need for your stay! We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. The host is very responsive and Inga, also our host, cooked us a wonderful breakfast of local Georgian cuisine Kachapuri. We felt like we were staying with family! The property is also only a 5-minute walk from Old Tblisi, near the metro, many restaurants nearby, and right above a souvenir store! We are definitely recommending this property to everyone, you will have a great stay in Tblisi!

Gorgeous location, close to the old town and the metro but still quiet. The apartment itself is huge and very nicely furnished, it felt like a fancy hotel but still had all the perks of an apartment such as kitchen, washing machine, etc. Zurab and his mother were very nice and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately we only had one night, but I would love to stay here again one day.

This is such an amazing place to stay. Highly recommend!! The location is fantastic, right in the city center so you are close to all attractions but the location of the apartment is quiet. Nice restaurants and wine shops were just below the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and comes with all amenities you need. It was also very clean. The best thing though are the hosts. They are super friendly and welcoming. They even prepared dinner for us when we arrived around dinner time the first night. Never seen such hospitality. Thank you Zurab and Inga!

Excellent👍. A wonderful place right in the center, which is the best way to explore Tbilisi. Large veranda with a beautiful view for evening gatherings. Clean house with comfortable beds. Many thanks to Inga for a very warm welcome, she treated us like her relatives😍. Despite the fact that our plane arrived at 4 am, she met us and even helped to solve the taxi problem. Thank you very much for the prepared lunch, sincere conversations and lovely souvenirs.

Like staying with family- but better!

We stayed here for 7 nights with our teenage son and daughter and were very impressed with everything: the location was very central with many well-known sights, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants all within a short walking distance. The apartment has two separate bright rooms that are divided by the entrance hallway and kitchenette. The larger room has a separate sleeping area with a double bed and additional single beds. The bathroom is large and well lit. The other room is a little smaller but is bright with an ensuite. The rooms were well-decorated, very clean and spacious and our teenagers really liked the layout. They were particularly happy that they had their own personal (larger) apartment to stay in. There was also lots of storage space, so we could stay organized and keep our things out of sight. The kitchenette was well- stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans for food preparation and it also has a washing machine which we put to good use. There was also a lovely porch and rooftop patio where we could relax and enjoy the sunsets after a long day of hiking or sight-seeing. More importantly, our hosts Zurab and his mom Inga were very warm and welcoming and it felt like we were staying with family! They went above and beyond with their hospitality to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Zurab contacted us before our trip to help us organize our check-in date and time. He was also quick to reply to our inquiries and made our communication very easy. We highly recommend Apartment Paysage and cannot wait to go back to Tbilisi so we can stay there again!

This is a perfect place to stay in tbilisi. The host family were extremely welcoming with lots of warmth and love. The house is perfectly located 2 mins from the cable car, 4 mins to the old city and 1 min to carrefour and the metro. The inside is a full 2bedroom apartment + hall that can also fit 2 additional people with 2 full toilets. The house looks newly renovated with a fusion between modern and vintage, but every detail of our stay made us feel home. The patio was perfect for our breakfasrs. If you dont mind going up the stairs, we truly recommend this place.

The windows are soundproof, but some neighbors on the backside building were a bit noisy till 11pm, but this is not the host's fault. This place was perfect for us.

Loved the apartment and the location (very nice part of Tbilisi). Nice restaurants and wine shops were just below the apartment. Best part hands down was the lovely hostess. Though she didn't speak too much English, her son who was always reachable through whatsapp and helped deal with the language barrier. Will definitely book the apartment again the next time we're in Tbilisi. She out of genuine courtesy and her graciousness made us her own home-made khachapuri's for breakfast, which were the best ones we had in town. Loved our stay and their generosity.

Amazing stay: very good location near the Old Tbilisi, Zurab was a great host always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay even better. Great view from the terrasse (the cozy hanging chair nested some of our afternoon/evening naps), a lot of space, clean and very comfortable. Thanks a lot Zurab for everything

Muy bueno!! / Great!! Almost Perfect!! Casi perfecto: ubicación, limpieza, atención. The host is very warm and nice. I will come back for sure.

-Fix stairs outside because could be a bit dangerous. -make it easier to find, hang some signs outside.
