El baño de la habitación huele mal, a caño

The location is great, right off the main road with some really nice restaurants right around the corner. The bathroom was clean and the hot shower worked after 2 min. We took advantage of the laundry service, and we were happy with it.
The bed was small and bed sheets weren’t spotless. The room was quite small.

The hotel is right in the heart of San Cristobal's walking street , with restaurants , posherias and shops just outside. It was quiet , comfortable beds, with hot water if you let the shower run for a few minutes . A tour shop was next door and we booked our visit to Sumeridor Canyon there .

A hidden gem! This clean hotel is in the middle of the most busy and fun street of san Cristobal but it is super quiet here! The beds are comfy and we had a good stay here. Good value for the money.
No facilities; no bar, restaurant, shop or whatsoever.. but this you can find just around the corner so no problem for us!

Love this sweet little place right in the heart of the action!
Nothing. Wish they offered yoga classes there more mornings.

Fantastic location and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. The breakfast included was always delicious and the coffee was some of the best we tried! We loved that the apartment was spacious and had 2 lovely bathrooms. They provide cosy blankets so we weren’t cold at night!
The kitchenette seemed to be lacking a stove top and pans so we couldn’t make any hot water for teas. The apartment is colder than outside so wrap up warm!

Breakfast was good. Few alternative and no orange juice but was fine. Tami was nice as she asked to prepare a sandwich the day where we were doing a tour.
Bedshit were not clean so I asked them to change it. Room was really small. When we arrived they proposed me to change the room with a studio apartment but not for free. For a problem in the hotel we stay a day without water and without possibility to take a shower. The last day hot water was not working until we called the reception. There is no air condition and there isn't a TV. The reception does not exist and there is also humidity in the room. I am really sorry that I cannot write a good review as the manager was nice but the hotel should improve a few things to be better. I cannot say that is worth for the money you have paid for. I recommend to don't book hotel in San Cristobal but going directly in a few hotel is good to see rooms and price.

The design of the room was lovely, bed was comfortable. I like the restaurant at the top and Tamara was very helpful and welcoming.
When I arrived there was a person on their phone outside the hotel and no one to greet me or direct me where to go. I finally found a very helpful person upstairs in the restaurant, Tamara who welcomed me. In my room, there wasn't any toilet paper, soap, hand towel or drinking water in the room and I had to ask for them. If water isn't provided, it'd be nice to know where I can get some. There were a couple spiders in the corners of the shower. I don't mind the spiders so much but it made me feel like the bathroom and shower hadn't been cleaned very well in a long time. I got tired of asking for things that were missing, so I went without a hand towel. It's nice to not have to dry your hands on your shower towel. Upon leaving the hotel, the first person who was on their phone outside when I arrived was now at the front desk but still made no attempt to greet me or acknowledge me. I'm not sure what they are hired to do there besides sit and talk on the phone.

Great location and stylish room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.

Location was excellent.
The accommodation did not meet the expectations. The landlord was grumpy when we arrived. The room was poorly ventilated and was very humid. Very limited amount of bath towels which contained dirty stains as well as the bed linnen. No safety deposit or accessible wifi. Breakfast was not available before 8:30 am. The fruit salad only contained a papaya in pieces. No refund for the missed breakfast on the day of water and electricity breakdown was given.

Fabulous location with great breakfast and decent size rooms. Tamara was a fabulous hostess!
My room was below the dance studio (described as a Yoga Studio but there was a lot more going on than that) - Definitely not ideal.

It's situated in the centre. Good location
The room was small and in there was a weird smell in the bathroom. The room was not cleaned before we came. The staff came quickly and "cleaned " the room but what they actually did is they just made the bed without changing sheets... c'mon... We told them the sheets are dirty and there's hair in the bathroom and that it obviously wasn't cleaned so they did it... people say breakfast is great but I don't agree.
Staff was partying till 1 am playing very loud music

no reception, staff rather vague… didn’t make bed or clean room

Chilaquiles for breakfast were good. The terrace has a nice view and decently priced drinks.
NOISE: terribly loud at night. As they dont have a reception they have an loud beeping alarm that sounds every time somebody goes in or out of the restaurant. Also you can hear how tables and chairs move overhead. The restaurant next door plays loud music well past midnight.
COLD: With nights when the temperature drops under 8C and the doors and windows dont close properly you can imagine how cold gets inside the room.
CLEANNESS: The bathroom reeked with humidity and there was mold on the walls and roof. Small vent didnt help much. The small rug on the side of the bed looked as if had never been washed
PHOTOS: I got a much smaller room than the ones shown on the photos.

The complimentary breakfast was worth the night’s stay in itself. Yoga classes on site. The staff is exceptionally kind.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, and good breakfast options!
The staff who didn't speak English weren't willing to try and speak to me in my broken Spanish rather ignore me completley. The water was very temperamental and often ran out before the end of the day.

The staff was really nice and the place is very neat.
We had no water during our stay for 3 days. We talked to other tourists from different hotels and they had water.
This means it is a problem of the hotel and not the city itself.
