The staff was incredibly kind and the price was great, as well as the location.

spacious room, rich breakfast
3.0 / 5.0
- The reception was very kind, responsive. The first room that we were brought to was a bit dirty, but the staff promptly changed it.
- The location is very central.
The windows are not isolated, so any noise on the road can be heard as if it was inside the hotel. In our case, we could hear from 3h30 in the morning the neighbour banging a door on the other side of the road for 1h and the dogs barking loudly in response. And then from 5h30 start the honking of the cars on the street... The same as for the hotel hall which was very echoing and as the walls are not isolated, we could as well hear anything happening at the entrance hall.
And finally, there was in both rooms a distinctive stink in the bathroom, although it was very clean.

I appreciated the silence of the room. Many other hotels are affected by the terrible noise of the moto-taxis from the street. But in Luna Andina you can sleep sweet dreams. It's modern and clean. I had enough sheets to feel warm at night.
The staff is very friendly and taking care of. They work hard and are engaged with their job.
Wifi works perfectly. I've been working from the hotel. There are comfortable tables at the ground floor with plenty of natural light.
It's only 3 blocks from the main square. There are 3 restaurants just a few steps from the door of the hotel.
It's 2 blocks from the 2 main avenues of the city.
I recommend it for both short and long stays.

Lovely friendly staff. It is a bit of a walk to town and all its amenities and restaurants so it was nice that coffee was always set out although it was usually cold. I understand that Peruvians do not usually drink milk with coffee but many foreigners prefer either milk or powdered milk in their coffee. This would be a nice addition. The bedding was warm and greatly appreciated. It was a perfect stop in Urubamba.

The receptionist was very friendly. She helped us also to orginize the transportation to go back to Cusco.
The hotel is in the centre of Urabamba. You are able to walk everywhere.

Easy to find.
Loud music playing, felt like sleeping in a shopping mall. Locking of the door so I had to repeatedly bang at it to get let into my room.

Great location, easy to find as I was walking through town. The staff were amazing. I ate something bad and was suffering, and they checked up on me, extended my checkout so I could rest longer, and booked me a really comfortable taxi for when it was time to leave. There were free herbal teas in the lobby which helped to ease my stomach. Probably the best internet of any place I've stayed at in Peru! Which makes sense, as the ground floor has a coworking space!
Toilet was broken / wouldn't flush. No hot water in the shower. I don't know if this is an Urubamba water issue, but I didn't know about it before.

The friendly staff, the emplacement, confy bed, really worth the price. I would come back anytime.
Not completely finish, nobody really speaks english, but we could understand and they were so friendly and charming

Location, cleanliness and value for money
No water pressure and barely any warm water
