Great apartment, superb location and wonderful stay in Nice!

Apartment was in a very good location, 10 minutes walk to the station, 5 minutes from Promenade and 10-15 minutes to the old town. Apartment had all the facilities that you needed, the kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was clean. It was lovely to have air conditioning too!

Bathroom was a little bit on the small side but it met our needs. Although it was located on the third floor with no lift, it wasn't that much of a problem either.

Good apartment in nice neighbourhood

Great location on Rue de Rivoli, just a few minutes' walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Lots of restaurants and cafes very close by too. The apartment is large and clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay - towels, coffee machine/kettle, kitchen equipment, working smart TV, good storage for clothes/luggage. Also underfloor heating!

The pillows weren't great (gave me a bit of neck-ache) but that's my own personal experience obviously. The shower is good (pressure and temperature etc) but it's a bit dark because of the black shower curtain and odd location in the bathroom.

We are a regular travelers and would rate Le Calypso apartment as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Nicolas was a great host. He was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Check in was very easy and communication excellent.

They were asking us extra money the same day we were arriving, first they said 30€ for late check in. and when we were a about to arrive they changed and said 55€ for 4 people and has different prices. also they request for 500€ deposit after I book the property which is the first time in booking that they ask us for more money.

Very good location, close to the beach, center, old town, really good & safe area. The apt fully equiped with all you could need & beautifully decorated. Very clean. We enjoyed everything :)

Very good

The apartment is perfectly located, close to the beach and 15 min away from train station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and also some grocery stores. It also very large and nicely furnished.

The bathroom is a bit small for such a large apartment. We were just 2, so it was fine, but can't imagine how it would be for 4 people. Also, while we were there, there were some issues with the boiler which was really annoying as we didn't have hot water in the shower. The host tried to solve it, however unsuccessfully. Also the check-out was a bit strange as first we understood we need to personally hand in the key to the host, so we were waiting for him at the apartment, but then realized actually we can just leave the key in. A bit inconvenient.

Wonderful stay, lovely apartment and a fantastic city and area to explore!

The property was very clean and we were met by a wonderfully friendly host who showed us around and helped us with restaurant recommendations etc after he’d left. The property is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable and the shower extremely powerful. The location is excellent and we were able to walk easily to most places and also sue the tram, train and buses. The apartment easily sleeps 6. We explored Nice, Ville Franche-Sur-Mer and went to Italy for the day on the train. Can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend this apartment. We used the tram from the airport to Alsace Lorraine and walked. It was only a few minutes walk from there. Our children enjoyed the park there too.

Nothing that we did not like. Only feedback would be for a couple more pillows for thr beds but we didn’t ask for any additional and I’m sure they would’ve assisted with this and we asked.

Location is amazing. Close to station, bars, beach and shopping It was really comfortable. The host was really helpful and nice. He responded everything quickly. A/C

Great option to stay in Nice

Good location, very close to beach. Well furnished with everything you need for short stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

a great place to stay and Anthony who met us was absolutely faultless, extremely helpful and friendly

the size of property bedrooms and cleanliness. modern fitted kitchen and a/c. close to beach and facilities and tram.

the only critique I could make was the shower cubicle was v small but the shower was v powerful. please note the property is on 3rd floor and it’s a hike with luggage as no elevator.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Included many amenities and was in a super convenient location. Host was kind and met with us to explain how everything worked. Also highly recommend reviewing the restaurant recommendations as they were superb. Overall a great place to stay in Nice

Very good location, two separate bedrooms and living room. Kitchen was well equipped. Host answered quickly.

The area under the beds were not cleaned. Deposit was a bit much and was returned with delay.
