It was very basic for a low price.

We had an apartment house near the beach. This was very fine.

It wasn't very clean. And there were too many stones with the children.

All we needed and expected, a jewel within its wonderfull landscape

Perfectly situated for the pleasure of its natural beach shore, a stony but lovely clean area. Housing was clean and sufficient, even some new equipment ;) Just to make it clear: we have no problem with adjusting or cleaning by ourselves as we get a relaxing, nice sojourn for this off seasonal price in exchange ;) May this resort never lose its charming self sufficient and friendly appeal. ;)See u an other time

Try not to be too much prone to the inflational prices caused by politics and keep beeing safe haven for peace loving customers ;)

Amazing location and the wonderful seafood at the tasty Lama Taverna! All the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient.

The room was very confortable but it was not as clean or as cared for as we had believed from the photos. I think your photos are a few years old. Very few of the cleaners walking about greeted us, we always said hello to them first!

Staff is great, beach as well but thats it.

Staff at the reception or overall in the camp was amazing. Also beaches in the camp were nice and clean.

However, the accomodation was not good at all. I understand, that they can not do much about all kinds of insect which were in the apartmant as such as scorpions, bugs, spiders, still it is in the “woods”, even if only one window/door screen so people can have fresh air and no bugs could help as there is no air conditioning. Still, i cannot see that as a a reason for bad review. What was worts for us, despide of lack of equipment in the kitchen, was absolutly horrible bathroom, which was COVERED in mold. Also the bathroom is white so the mold was obvious. I understand, that it is hard to keep white floor in the enviroment where everyone wears shoes to move around the apartment, but the walls? It looked for me like they just change sheets on the bed, and maybe clean the floor once with water and do not use any desinfection or bleach to clean the apartment. Also, when I need to stay somewhere for few days (in our situation 2 nights 1 day) I do not bring my own dishwashing detergent or dish sponge, maybe its just us but i look at that as a standard nowadays. Do not recommend.

Great value for money, loved it!

My expectations were low, based on other reviews, but it was really amazing! The houses are in a pine forest, the beach was 100m downhill, visible from my veranda. The house was spacious, clean, with fridge, kitchen, bath tub, veranda, plenty of space, just amazing! Nearest bigger town with supermarkets is 8kms (Umag). Wifi surprisingly good! Beach very nice, the sea clean.

upon arrival it was very cold in the apartment. considering that when booking, we indicated that we were coming with a child under one year old. bathroom very dirty. even the living room itself would not be clean

A camp with a beautiful beach and location but not so good apartments

- Beautiful beach - Camp location - Clean water - Very friendly staff at the reception - We would love to come back to this camp but not to this kind of suite

- The apartment is unheated, it is too cold at night, so it is not suitable for families with small children in the colder months - Not enough cooking utensils and pots - The furniture in the apartment is outdated (drawers do not open) - Old and uncomfortable pillows - Too small a refrigerator without a freezer (it would be useful for some ice cream) - Lots of big black spiders in the apartment

I like the woods, where the bungalows are! It gives nice shadows and cool

The only thing I miss here is air condition. It is the only thing and it would be really welcome to have something to cool off the rooms just for a sleep (for summer). But now in september was perfect! We loved it! And we will come back for sure! ☝🏼👍🏼

Recommended for those with basic needs for great price

Located in pine groove the complex is really good for relax. Only bear in mind that to access the beaches you have to go down some stairs or slope (and after the day on beach you have to climb back up). As mentioned several times before, our apartment has mostly old furniture but everything was clean and functioning.

Other vacationists could behave better and clean after themselves when leaving the beach. But local staff makes cleaning every day.

Low cleanness, more fresh air

Property is on a nice location with a lot of natural shadow, the nearest beach is nice, staff is nice. Price was affordable.

The property didn't receive any upgrade for more than a decade. Bathroom equipment was barely functioning. Prehistoric sofa bed had a lots of visible "history" from decades of previous guests. Lots of dust, spider webs, spiders etc. The property didn't meet the vacuum cleaner at least since the previous summer without a doubt. Right in front of our house was our kids nightmare, other kids scientific learning exhibit... a dead pigeon. For three full days no one of the passing by employees didn't bother to remove it from the middle of the path. Conclusion: If your stomach allows you, than the affordable price compensates the frustrations above. Besides, everything mentioned above is just another reason to spend more time out of the property.

Big enough apartman, all day in shade. Close to the beach. Beach is not too busy. There are always shade in the beach. Shower in the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. I needed to get something printed and scanned and they were very helpful to arrange it.

Lack of proper kitchen stuff. Oven is extremely slow, one cannot properly cook on it. A bit old fashioned equipment. No freezer in the fridge.

Don't expect a hotel and you will be fine

Lot of trees providing shade directly at the coast and all over the place. - Nice coastline/beaches. - Price of accomodation. - Parking for 1eur/day right at your bungalow possible - bed/mattress was a disaster

kind of dirty - many insects - thin walls All in all it is ok if you merely look at it as a better alternative to just camping in a tent. It has walls, plenty of space (for 2), running water..etc. It is a beachside hostel basically.
