It was right next to the beach and the staff were friendly.
The room ceiling was very low, which was very unexpected. We had to duck to be in one half of the room.
The cleaning service was not thorough. The cups and cuttery we used were not replaced with new ones. Also the wifi was so bad there was literally no connection.
3.5
It was close to the beach. Good value for money. Staff very friendly.
Bathroom so small … whilst functional a big person would struggle to fit in shower. Breakfast was average.

3 minutes to the beach, beautiful garden patio, super and reasonable prices in the restaurant
we couldn’t quite master the egg boiling machine for breakfast!

The hotel has an excellent position, practically on the beach, sand beach, but a lot of trees for the shadow or long walks. The apartment is well equipped, there is a small kitchen as well, but the restaurant is excellent, so we had breakfast and dinner a la cart in the restaurant/pizzeria. We stayed two nights, made a trip to the sights in the area from there. Hotel’s parking, cars, motorcycles.
I liked everything, next time we’ll come for more days.

Excellent breakfast. Great location,
Size of bathroom really too small for comfort, meals other than the excellent breakfast weren't so good

The area was nice and quite.
The room did not have a window or balcony. It felt claustrophobic.
4.5
Peace and quiet. Great parking facilities
It would be good to have kettle and washing liquid for dishes and a sponge. On the pictures it looked like the hotel is directly in front of the beach but there was a road . It is still great but a bit misleading

A really nice stay. The hotel is really pretty and is just over the road from the beach in Torre di Bari. The hotel seems to have thought of everything to accommodate a comfortable stay. It also has its own restaurant which served good food.

Kind reception, very good a la carte dinner
Lunch service was slow, not same cooks as for dinner.

We liked the hotel very much, especially the roof terrace on the top of the hotel building! We spent there a few hours and it was some magical experience: sunset, sea, the ancient tower, good drinks... The room itself was tiny, but OK, because we did not spend much time inside. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful: they prepared us breakfast packages one morning, because we had to go early for the boat trip from Santa Maria Navarese. The beach is really close and it was not crowded at all (the end of June). We would definitely go again if we could.

The location of this hotel could not be better, in terms of its distance from the beach. Each bedroom had its own balcony, with great views onfthe beach and sea.
The bedroom and bathroom were very small and tight, and the restaurant had a limited (but nice) menu.

Clean pool and well kept grounds around it.

Perfect for relaxation. Everything you need in the room. Good food in restaurant. Friendly personal. The beach only a few steps away.

The local specialties that we tried at the restaurant were delicious! And the breakfast was also very good, with scrambled eggs and bacon and a lot of lovely cakes. The hotel directly faces the beach. Our room was at the top of the building, very comfortable, quiet, and cozy with a minibar and corkscrew thoughtfully provided. AC worked great, and the shower was very good. Because the hotel has a panoramic terrace -- and it's so close to the sea -- I don't think it's necessary to book a sea view room (the balconies are exclusive to the rooms but are not fully separated from each other and therefore not fully private). This is a great, full-service hotel, with a pool, spa, babysitting, excursion and rental services, private parking, and even its own gelateria. Recommended!

a nice hotel with very friendly staff. clean rooms and possibility to park
Quite hard mattrasses. Very poor drink service (we had Aperol Spritz and it was not good at all) and dinner at the restaurant was not worth the money at all

Great location & food, friendly staff. Thanks

This is a wonderful place to spend a few relaxing days combining beach and trips to the nearby mountains and boat trips to the golfo di orsoei. The place is very beautiful with all(?) rooms having big terraces, full of plants and flowers everywhere. The staff is fantastic, helpful, friendly and warm. There is also a great restaurant in the hotel. The beach, which is also just across the street is great, it has a small pine forest and some bars.
A note about the electric car charger, it's a Type 2 plug, but very slow. Also they charge a flat fee of 15EUR per recharge which is fine if your battery is completely empty, but pricey if you only want to top up. That said, there are 4 EnelX 20kW charging stations very close by with the closest right across the street. I used that one for topping up, using a Nextcharge subscription.

Staff helpfull, beach nearby
Everything is a bit old, walls are thin, if someone uses flush, you can't sleep. Hotel is mostly fulled of motorcyclist.
4.5
Very secluded and on a beautiful hillside overlooking the sea and the mining town. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with fresh everything from the strawberries to the eggs. Absolutely wonderful!
There was a little problem with the hot water, but it was resolved very quickly once we let the host know. Really, it was not a major problem because it was handled appropriately. Anyone who has ever hosted a property knows it’s not a matter of preventing all possible problems but rather the way you handle problems WHEN they arise. This was done right.

the restaurant
The beach; the balcony of the apartments not have any privacy

Great location, immediately by the beach. From the terraces (which go all around the building) you can see both the mountains and the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, they had vegan croissants which was a big plus for us.
One day we left the hotel very early and they gave us breakfast to take with us. We also had dinner in the restaurant a few times, the food was good and the prices reasonable.
Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful, from the evening we arrived until the time of our check-out we felt very welcome. The cleaning lady did a great job.
The facilities were nice, the flowers and plants ubiquitous and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.
4.4
Great location near a quiet beach with clear water. Exceptional breakfast with a lot of homemade dishes. Possibility to get food delivery from the hotel-owned restaurant. Our room had an own kitchen-corner.
Average WLAN, no sun protection on the terrace in front of the room
