location, view
Is not a 4 star hotel, no elevator for a 5th floor room, broken and dirty furniture, old bathroom, dirty jacuzzi, dirty walls. The price and the room pictures don't match with reality.
3.5
Staff was great, breakfast was consistent, and location was perfect to walk to dinner
5.0
The location, ease of access to the main leisure area, clean beach and swimming pools with food and drink service.
nothing. for me it’s everything ok.
4.5
Located in front of my favorite beach in Ilhabela, with very quick access to historical downtown. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with good internet and even Netflix on the TV. Breakfast was good, as was the pool area, and the hotel provided all necessary amenities.
The shower was a bit dirty when we walked in (leaves had fallen from the roof), but once prompted they cleaned quickly.

We did really like the location, the size of the room and bathroom with spa bath. The staff was very friendly and fast. Breakfast was nice too
The internet in the room was not good and the breakfast could have been a little bit more creativity in the area of hot dishes. There was always scrambled eggs and hotdogs. I would have loved to see more items like bacon, some potatoes or even more pancakes like the first day we were there. A minus point is also the lack of elevator
1.5
Good location, walking distance of downtown with lot of restaurants and shops around.
Horrible room, broken floor, moldy parts in the bathroom tile grout, broken plastic shower drain, soap from the previous guest inside the bathroom, black out curtain so thin that it let sunlight through, table and chairs in the room of very poor quality with deformed pieces, wardrobe doors wouldn't close, drawers damaged, in summary a rundown hotel room that wouldn't be worth half the amount paid. They put pictures on the website of the renovated parts, but hid the reality of what is there.
3.5
Good breakfast selection and excellent location right next to the beach. Excellent pool
Shower in our room was not the best but sufficed.

Very nice hotel in excellent location in front of the beach. Great swimming pool with separate pool for kids
2.5
Bad breakfast but the location of the hotel was good
Would say that this hotel is a two star hotel at the best
2.5
staff and location
breakfast was the worst I ever seen
3.0
location, breakfast variety
The very strong mold smell in one room, very big mold stain and smell in the other room; the unfinished details like the absence of shower shelf in bathroom, dirt stains on walls and unfinished painting services in rooms; very thin towels.
Lastly, how even though the mold problem was “resolved” via a room upgrade on the following day only (we were in for a 2 rooms / 2-night stay but had to use 1 room only because it was unbearable to sleep in the other one), we were still charged for 2 rooms / 2 nights and no one replies to our complaint emails after.

location is excellent. next to the central market place with a good view of the ocean.
property is fairly old. fixtures require upgrade. definitely not value for money and the staff is rigid and absolutely indifferent to your suggestions/feedback.
2.0
Not much. The room was comfortable but small. That is about it. The location was good.
The parking was terrible and unavailable. Unless a very small car. The parking on the street is public and already filled. The room had mold in the walls visible on the paint. And the breakfast was soup of eggs and a mess. Poor options. Service was not very good at all. The car got damaged in the garage because nobody provides pads on the corners like alot of hotels. Do not stay here. This is not worth the value.
1.0
The location is the only pro.
Very very old rooms (yeah I read this in other reviews and ignored), TV has only 3 channels working, you can hear other rooms (their TV, they toilet etc) and even people playing ping pong, very poor structure and I wouldn't recommend it even for a third of the price.
