About this villa rental

This large holiday villa is perfect for large groups wanting to be close to Puerto Banus to enjoy both the beaches and the nightlife. A car is not necessary as shops, restaurants, bars and even a supermarket can be reached on foot. We can easily organise airport transfers for you if you wish. The villa is set in private gardens, which has a private swimming pool and a covered pavilion. The pavilion is located next to the pool and provides a great place to hide away or for dinning alongside the pool. The lounge is light, airy and provides a relaxing atmosphere. There is full British TV including Sky and several international channels and movies on demand in the lounge area along with a high speed fibre optic connection. The kitchen has a small breakfast table but mostly our clients prefer eating out in one of the many restaurants. The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and a guest WC. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room with separate bath. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two bedrooms share a bathroom and the other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It is possible to fit another single bed in one of these bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom can be accessed via a spiral stairs and has a large en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub (not a Jacuzzi bath). All bedrooms have independent air conditioning units. This villa is really ideal for large groups - maybe for stag and hen parties. NOTE: From the street to the villa there is a steep flight of stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

Lots of ants around the house and the pool wasn't very clean. Besides that we everything was good.

The property is lovely however quite outdated, it is a typical Old Spanish property but things need some atttention. We unfortunately had ants in the cooker but our overall stay was lovely the location was perfect the beds were comfy and the bedrooms were immaculate.

We had an absolutely brilliant time staying in the villa. This villa is spacious and clean, there were 8 of us that stayed and it was more than suitable. Pool was amazing and the outside space was fantastic.

Very old house, need repair now

Very old house, need repair now

Old house that need some repair before anybody should rent it, hot water did not work properly, needed manual start of the oil burner daily before bath. It was not possible to use the bath at the topfloor because the water could not be adjusted. The toilet at the topfloor did not work proberly. The heat pump in ground floor does not work. Window in living room can not close When I called David he was very friendly tried to help me the best way.

The Villa is just as pictured and is in a great locations, very close the bars and supermarkets, close to the beach to everything is within walking distance. The outer house is perfect for outside eating and every bedroom is lovely. I would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at the villa, In a perfect location for a large party. No taxis needed. The property itself was very clean with all you needed for self catering, but is a little tired and could do with a bit of a face lift. However, the location was the bonus factor and the price. Great holiday had by all
