Gostei da localização, pois a estrutura próxima ao hotel favorece o deslocamento à pé. Gostei também do ambiente familiar encontrado no hotel.

Não gostei do café da manha e também da cama muito velha que estava com as molas saindo pra fora (até me machuquei em uma delas),

Foi uma boa experiência , porém esperava um pouco mais , considerando o valor pago .

Ar condicionado estava desregulado , gelava muito , cobertas ruins , pegamos uma no armários e foi impossível de usar , devido a poeira , espirramos muito, os valores poderiam ser um pouco menor para ser compatível com o serviço oferecido.

Uma experiência incrível.

As refeições são uma experiência a parte. Simplesmente maravilhosa, tanto o café da manhã quanto almoço e juntar. As áreas das piscinas e os bares desta área são excelentes.

As roupas de cama poderiam ser melhor. Cobertores e travesseiros mais confortáveis, assim como poderia ter mais travesseiros,

Location was good. Nice breakfast.

Room was average but a bit aged to the point I had to change it due to problems with the air conditioning.

Amazing stay!!

The hotel room was great, the shower was simply amazing. The whole building is so beautiful and breakfast is full of options.

The playroom for kids was not open

Excellent Experience

Facilities were clean and tidy, staff was exceptional and very welcoming. The hotel pools were always clean and functioning and the food served at the hotel was tasty.

The room outlets were pretty dated and did not fit any of the adapters nor did it fit the current updated plug.
