this places gives you the creeps

the receptionist and breakfast lady was very nice

Very loud music from the restaurant downstairs till late. The hotel smells bad, the bathroom furniture was totally broken. No good vibes al all, never going back.

Certainly not "Luxury" nor "Boutique"

The bed is good.

Modern, but lots of fixtures and furnitures need refurbishment. There are 5 floors: as a safe distance from the ground-floor disco music, I recommend at least the fourth floor. Doors shut with difficulty, and noise, consequently. No light above the bathroom mirror makes it a tough business shaving in the morning.

Exceptional

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, were definitely made me feel like home, receptionist were really perfect , Reem is absolutely on the top of her game and made it so easy, also Osama and Hosam, breakfast with Hanan is deepening you to the moroccan good start day .

the noise of the party on the restaurant, it seemed like we had a disco party on our room, the staff said it would end at 11 pm but music only stopped a bit after midnight.

I would definitely use it again. Perfect for what I needed.. and well situated..

Staff were great, nice, supportive and friendly. Location nicely situated close to shops, restaurants..Everything worked great..

I liked everything.. but it could do with a little freshening up on decor.. small cosmetic signs of fittings being replaced in shower and toilet flush. Everything worked great...

Cool little place near good food and shopping

The location is excellent and the service was excellent. Very attentive and accommodating. Good hot shower. Stayed in 201 and 202.

One of the two rooms smelled a bit dank (my wife thought it was a smoke-smell-removal attempt) but we didn't notice it for long after being in the room.

The Location

The hotel is next to a restaurant that becomes a night club (?). They are good at shutting it off around midnight. However, it was almost impossible to sleep before then.

Very good value.

Very good location. Supermarket is 7 minutes walk. Tram station is 17 minutes walk. Inside the city but not at the main road with very minimum street noise. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall happy with our stay.

A friendly, modern-style furnished hotel at a reasonable rate in the center of Casa.

The check in was very friendly. The location was easy to find and in a modern-fitted building. The room was clean, did not get sound from the outside, and included all amenities you could ask for.

I can't think of anything I would have wanted different for a one-night stay for business reasons.

The location, the staff members were polite...

Not so clean, I had to change the room, no breakfast offered, no coffee, no tea, nothing...
