Pleasant although brief.

But i liked the room and the facilities. Personally i liked the men who picked me up especially one who was good at conversation. We talked at length. I was also able to see some major parts of the city. But i liked the room and i had paid for myself and my colleagues.

Unfortunately i only visited the room for a short while. Before i settled in my colleagues asked to move to a different hotel. They did nit like the location. So we got a condominium instead. There should have been more shown in terms of location. They suggested that maybe the place should serve better as a place with apartments.

My stay would be even better with less outside noise at bedtime and quality toilet paper.

The breakfast was varied with local products. The hotel is located in a popular district, on an unpaved secondary road.

Better soundproof the bedroom and change the cheap toilet paper.

Would not stay there again even for free!

Exceptional staff - with the exception of the manager, Mr Adrian. Nice breakfast. Room was comfortable.

I arrived and was welcomed by the hotel manager. Next day there was another manager, Mr Adrian, who harassed me to the point that I decided to shorten my stay. Even the staff there noticed that he was on my case. Not sure why, maybe because I am a woman and was there by myself without a male by my side and perhaps he doubted I could afford to pay for my stay. Or because he doesn't trust white people. No clue why. The location - lots of street noise. No mini fridge in the room.

The hotel is in the center of the town with no sound proof. The loud music from the surrounding was very disturbing the whole night.

It’s a comfortable hotel, just try to stay mid-week or maybe request a room away from the noise.

It was close to the bus station, the rooms were super-clean and well-appointed, the staff was helpful and nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. Reasonable rates.

Not the hotel’s fault, but there was a party going on outside until the early morning hours. It was LOUD. Even with earplugs, it was loud. However, I was given to understand that it only happens on the weekends. I was there on a Saturday night.

Good hotel with friendly staff

The airport shuttle (15 USD) was perfect. This is not a 5* hotel, but it’s absolutely very good value for money with good rooms and a decent bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful with organizing some things. We got the feeling that many foreign tourist stay in this hotel, but it’s good enough to meet the western standards. It’s close to the main Dar es Salaam - Morogoro highway, so it’s easy to het out of the city with a rental car.

The breakfast was simple, but sufficient. The same for the WiFi: not strong, but it works. The area of the hotel is typical for a big African city.

Not bad cost/benefit rate but the front desk staff should be more serviceminded

We never stayd at this hitel 1-2/9 we councelled only after 15 minutes at 10 am but they still wants to have our opinion about stay??? We stayed there 24-26/8 why we can say how it is there.

The attitude of the front deck personal is not proper. They laugh at customer cause of proudness. That they cant accept the councelling after 15 minutes ehen we got to know that our buss is not going from their neibourhoid but from busstation 15 km outside of town.

I enjoyed staying at Silver Paradise, the staff are good in customer care. I will return next time.

Breakfast is good with the variety of items. The room is good with a big space, I enjoyed staying there though there was a noise from neighbours (hotel/pub I think) they play loud music and made me to sleep late because of that. The room is very neat big thumb up to the staff.

The hotel is very good and luxurious but I dislike the location (though I can not be able to change that) but you need to speak to the owners of the nearby hotels, they need to install the sound proof to avoid disturbing others with their loud music, bearing in mind that, the enjoyment of the rights ends where the rights of others begin. Hotel need to work on that for the sake of Silver Paradise Hotel customers.

Disturbance with local bars music. All the night up to 4am.Impossible to sleep.complucity of manager who don't even dare to stop them pretexting that their license allow them to make such noise...which is a total proof of ignorance and therefore incompetence..

THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE WHOLE STAFF AT THE HOTEL FROM THE SECURITY AT GATE, DRIVER, RECEPTIONIST, HOTEL SUPERVISOR, HOTEL MANAGER, THE CLEANERS/HOUSEKEEPERS AND KITCHEN/RESTAURANT STAFF THERE SERVICE IS FABULOUS. I ALSO LIKED AUTOMATIC HAND WASHES AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL AND ALSO IN THE RESTUARANT AREA

I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE WIFI CONNECTION AND SOMETIMES THE FOOD WHERE NOT ACCOMMODATING. I DID ORDER A BURGER FROM THE HOTEL KITCHEN I REGRETTED WHY I DID, THE ROUND ROLL WAS SO HARD LIKE A ROCK I DIDN'T EVEN EAT IT. AS A HOTEL THE HAVE INTERNATIONAL GUEST NOR EVEN LOCAL GUEST I THINK THE HOTEL HAVE A HAND SANITISER IN A RECEPTION AREA AND ALWAYS IN THE ROOMS AND TEMPERATURE CHECK/SCREENING SINCE THE WORLD IS EXPERIENCING CORONAVIRUS.....

No pickup, clean room

Price vs quality the room is really good. Clean room, comfortable and clean matras/pillows/blankets, aircon and ceiling fan that work.

They forgot my airport pickup and they couldn't find my booking in their system although I made the booking via this website, had communicated with the reception via email about my pickup and even the manager had called me to confirm the pickup.... Luckily they had a room available.
